  4. i have now lost 2 level 60 slots. The free one first became unavailable over a week ago so i bought one from the cartel market in the hope you would perhaps refund the cartel coins to me seeing as i didnt have access to the free 60 i should have still had from subscribing. I made tickets and phoned customer service spending£7 in phone credit to be told i have to wait for an in game response. I got a response after 4 days but it was an automated droid telling me to call customer service, but when i called them they couldnt help. The problem begun on the 27th october and ive had no sort of assistance or human response to help me. I hve spent £9 subscribing, £12 on cartel coins to buy a 60 i should have had access to, then i spent £7 to call you to seek assistance and you couldnt help me. Thats £28 i have spent in the last month all in the hope of playing KOTFE level 60 content and i still cant play the content i want to, nor get a human reply in response to my issue.

  7. Yeah i resubbed without looking up about the gm and customer service. Just had a quick browse and theres alot of negative... 'i received a note in my mail from a moderator stating that "my attitude was unacceptable" and that "they would ban me if I disagree with the time the company had arranged their maintenance again". They later changed it of course.

  13. Just lost my job and working part time only now, i need someone to level up a new char with to fill my very boring weekdays. not played for 8 months so thought id check it out again. reply here:)

  15. Recently came out of work and working weekends only now, waiting to start university later this year. I have a lot of spare time so i figured i'd play SWTOR again. Anyone fancy leveling a new char on this server? Reply here
