Chance was given. I played this game around 1 month. They lost it. Game is not worth my time. Here is simple sum of everything that Bioware done.

It's first MMO in my entire life that I lost interest in less than a month. I spend more time playing that "Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures" because at least minigames were fun

Yeah, that's not a fix. Fixing it would require 3rd cation. It's standard for some games focused on PVP. Usualy if 1 faction dominate on server, 2 others make alliance against it. Everyone want to be in power.

I'm lvl 45 and I can tell you - there is no rush since once you hit 50... that's it. Also merc is bugged so you wont winish your quest line. And on my planet that was around 10 people at most while low lvl planets have 50-100 so i usggest that you wait.

If you enjoy simple, linear undeveloped games with no content worth playing after you hit 50 and loot of broken parts then you should subscribe. I personaly sugget to wait few months and play when game will be fixed. Right now there is no point playing it. Of course you can always be one of those people who enjoy leveling 10 chars from lvl 1 to 50 playing same content over and over again with no choice at all. Or you can spend all your time in bugged warzones playing PVP matches against imperium (since republic is a minority). Check if half a year I say.

More to that. Do we REALLY need "sprint" at lvl 14 ? even with sprint my char is dam slow and until lvl 14 is just dead slow. What is the point of this ? :|

And what is the point of this ? You will be lacking loot of skills. As example as BH I have very powerfull "Unload" skill but with very long cooldown. BUT adv class Mercenary have tracer missiles. Those missiles have high damage AND they have 30% chance of reseting my "Unload" cooldown.

I had very good gear (didn't farm for it but still it was mostly purpule or orange with best mods for my lvl) and STILL pvp gear was better.

1. You will easly miss all your whisper messages because your chat is global and it include all info from quests etc. Very bad design - Bioware style. 2. Everything else work like in any other MMO /w nick msg == write to someone /r msg == respond to last whisper /s msg == return to global chat ENTER to start typing SHIFT + CLICK in inventory to link item to global chat CLICK on nick to whisper them. Very bad design - Bioware style. Mostly because nick on global chat is clickable but not in your whisper etc. 3. It's just undeveloped like everything else in this game. Give them a year or two. Then something will actualy work like in other MMO or who knows - maybe better

I would not care to wait with reporting bugs and problems with something like that. Also how you imagine new players getting help ? Or how you will answer their questions ? Also I'm lvl 45 and I stop playing few days ago (recently I tried imperial agent but repeating content except 4-5 missions is no fun - especialy because TOR is linear to the core). And I think that game sux. None of my friend play anymore. And I think that TOR at the moment is very poor mmo and even worst single player game. Sorry.

My bounty hunter is on lvl 45 and I only need fingers from one hand to count all my encounters in the game with the enemy except warzones. PS: Because of very poor balance in the game I won all those 5 fights. So I can claim that I NEVER lost a PVP fight in the game Sound nice if you don't know that world is too empty and questing areas are poorly made for PVP people.

It's the same like with crafting. In TOR they put crafting because... every MMO should have crafting. PVP is put in TOR because... every MMO should have PVP. But Bioware made 2 mistakes. 1. They don't know ANYTHING about making MMO so they score failure with creating crafting and another with PVP 2. They don't know ANYTHING about mmo crowd and they decide to put in game only TWO factions. This way there is always imbalance (mostly empire dominate republic on PVP). And this is something that CANNOT be fixed anymore. And there you have it. They created another poor single player game and they add there some MMO features. This way they did EXACLY what they did with Dragon Age II. Dragon Age II is very poor action slasher and ever more poor cRPG. The Old Republic is very poor cRPG and even worst MMO. PVP will NEVER be good here. Story is not even close to cRPG, MMO features are undeveloped, PVP and crafting is a joke, space combat is just a minigame with ship on rails and there is nothing more there. That is why I unsubscribed. Don't expect then change anything overnight. Better to go back to something better or wait for something new and good.

And how many cancelled without making thread like this ? I'm one of them. How many more ? We will see after this month.

Don't know why. I cancelled more than week ago and I could continue to play. After 20 december you could setup subscription so Bioware would allow you to play and then delete all data. And account will work. Also THERE IS NO DATA about resubscribers. Since we are not beyond 20.01 we don't know anything. Especialy when Bioware forced people to subscribe if they want to play game they pay for.

If it's true that TOR lost more players in recent weeks that he gain new ones then I can asume that in near future they will merge some servers. So don't worry.

I didn't rush, i had time to check few professions and i still hit 50. It's just lack of content. See you in couple of months...

If I would not move from my old server I would be lvl 50 right now. I'm only 45 with 2 jobs, studies (master of art or M.A - don't know how to call it in english) etc. And I didn't rush anything. If you have experience with MMO that's only natural.

I don't see how spamming "LFG" on chat build community. It destroy it even more since people have hard time talking to each other when LFG is running around the chat all the time. Oh wait... I don't do LFG anymore because there is max 10 people on the planet. And I stoped doing group missions (HERO ones). Why ? SIMPLE. There is 10 people. Small chance that someone will want to do this mission when I want so I don't spam LFG (no point). I ignore other people LFG because even if I join we will waste hours or two just to find 2 additional people. I can spend hour or two doing something else. So not only there is NO community on the server (6-15 people on planet ? COME ON!), not only current LFG is a CRAP but noone use it. So how you want to destroy community even more ? I don't see that. I talk with people on the group but since there is no group I don't talk with anyone. Simple. And with 10 people even if you write something on chat there is fat chance that someone will read it. So there you have it.

I will quit post usualy is from a kid who is unhappy and he thing that his 14,99$ will make a difference. There are people like me that still hang around the forum but cancelled already because of our own resons or we don't want to talk about it. I like to talk about it and I care about this game. So I quit because it's bad but I'm trying to point out what is bad for next improvments.

There is PLUS next to voice acting and star wars. I was thinking that at least this is good in this game. If PVP is like it should be than I did wrong selecting PVP server. Sorry mate but it's broken on so many levels that I cant count. Cooldownds for empire and republic skills are different. Stats are differen just like many other things. And the problem is - it's completly unbalanced. As example I play as Bounty Hunter Mercenary and I NEVER lost a match against ANYONE in 1vs1 battle since the start. Not even once I died. In PVP matches mostly I die when more than 1 player attack me. And my score is always in top 5 on warzone. Very often I have most kills (mostly because that thing is also broken). And if you know how to utilize bugs and your enemy dont then you will destroy them with no sweat at all. As example recently I killed sith warrior. He manage to took me around 30% HP WHILE I was not using med-packs and he did. Empty. Advance few levels and you will find 5-15 people on the planet. We are on PVP server and yet it's hard to find enemy player to kill. And sometimes I played 2-3 hours and I didn't meet anyone! UI is terrible. No scaling, no ability to open few windwos at once. Companion quest summary that constantly close me something, freezing that require reload and many many other things. Ok. How about TOR customer service because you were clearly taking about something else. Week of waiting is good customer service ? Week of waiting with no help at all is good customer service ? Glad I didn't experience it as my friend. He hardly manage to play since he had loot of problems and customer support that didn't respond in a week or more or they respond... with exact same message as before. Loot of issues and it's not only my that say this customer service is worst in MMO history ever. Sorry. Other companies set higher standard. Not opinions. Facts. All from experience. Who cares about WoW ? TOR already have their pandas. Just look at the graphic. If someone would tell me in advance that this game is for 1 month and for people below age of 15 then I would spend my 60$ on something better.

So we will play other games and we will check IN YEARS if there is something to do. If you don't understand that then I'm very sorry. Also noone really complain about endgame. How you can complain about something that not exist?

This is what I'm talking about. Even Rage PC that was unplayable on some magazines score high.
