whats the easiest chapter to do a stealth run on, besides the first, since you dont get a companion? (im heals)

the point is that your ungeared green wearing alts wouldnt be running ops in the first place, at least this way you have a chance to go from newly minted 70 to getting your first tier piece relatively quickly. ive got 3 set pieces and im maybe command level 15. for some it doesnt work and for some it does. 4 hours of grinding shouldnt be a guarantee of anything. personally I think youre just a spoiled player who cant handle having to earn what they get.

before cxp you could run an op for 4 hours and receive nothing as well. /shrug

ive had success with the crates. cant really complain. ive gotten 2 of the basic 230 set pieces from them, which I would otherwise never get since I rarely run ops. /shrug

i agree with this. running alts through the walker quest is a drudgery.

the reason people are willing to grind is because there is an end goal. when RNG determined what that end goal will be, people get frustrated when it doesnt come out in their favor. RNG should never be the result of a grind. RNG should be a lucky bonus, not something you actively work toward.

I feel that achievements shouldnt be linked to what you pay for. Subscriber rewards should be strictly related to cosmetic and convenience items, such a portable trainers and mobile cargo holds, stuff like that. I wouldnt consider having paid 20 bucks in the month of march as much of an achievement and if I were an achievement hunter, I would be upset about not being able to complete the game because maybe I had a hard month and couldnt afford to pay a sub, or I was deployed for a few months in the armed forces and cancelled my sub while I was out. Seems silly.

cant really say it better than this. if 3 people in the group want a fast run and you want to see the content, youre the one causing the problem. If you want to see cutscenes and perform a full clear, I recommend recruiting a group on the fleet to do so. most people have run these things a ridiculous amount of times and just want to grind out the command xp for their upgrades.

im just wanting to play the game mode. I was just introduced to it 2 days ago and I enjoy it immensely. On days where I work 3p-11p eastern, I get to play 1 time, 2 if im lucky, until the queue dies. of course id rather play against other people, but when there arent other people to be found, whats the real difference between a bot named Jensaga and an opposing player named Jensaga, as long as they both fly around and shoot you?

better than sitting on the fleet watching things spin until I get bored and turn the game off. dont you agree?

I agree here. I like the concept of GC, but as a way to gear up if you arent in a guild that can run Ops. The most social aspect of this game is operations and the genre of the game is MMO. By having Ops act as an unreliable way to gear up, youve taken the massively multiplayer out of MMO, so now you have a single player, online grind fest. I want to run ops. I want to meet new people. The old ops loot system gave people a good reason to find players to fill those spots. it gave people a reason to join big guilds and meet new people. With the drops being totally random and significantly less often, its just not worth it for people that dont already have a dedicated ops team to try and scrounge together a group to run them. leave GC in the game and bring back loot drops.

im for anything that helps get me in there. I joined the queue 2 hours ago. I have a feeling ill have to go to work in 2 more hours before it goes off once.

im at the point where i dont care if people would farm bots. I just want to play the game and I cant.

at least in galactic starfighter. i love the game mode, but after lile 10pm, its done. queue takes hours.

getting like 2 per boss and none for conversations in flashpoints. whats going on here?

have these heroics been removed, or is it something I need to complete first before they show up in the weekly heroic list? or, are these just not included in the fast travel heroics you can get on the fleet? sorry to necro, but its easier than reposting the whole thing.
