  1. http://arstechnica.com/gaming/2014/03/the-elder-scrolls-online-beta-leaves-us-skeptical/ Play ESO at your own risk... I wouldn't waste the money.
  2. What's a BBA vendor? Sorry for being noob.
  3. Hey Guys, I took about 3 months off and am now back into the game. Anyhow I'll get to the point I could have sworn that they said they were going to release the load screen Bounty Hunter Armor!! Did they ever do that? Did I miss it? I can't seem to find it in the CM. It's one of my all time fav's... Anyone hear anything. (pic below) http://thegalacticdrift.files.wordpress.com/2011/12/wallpaper_star_wars_the_old_republic_04_2560x1440.jpg
  4. Good Evening fellow galactic heroes, Its kind of moot question, because if you don’t have a sub you can’t answer, but maybe others have access to the answer regardless of the restrictions. Or maybe they re-subbed. I do a lot of reading of the forums not much posting. Anyhow I come across this line all the time: “If you don’t like it, then un-sub for a month and see how you like it.” Or several different versions of the same line. Pick the one that most suit you. My question is, has anyone ever actually tried this? Has someone un-subbed before and then re-subbed because it was just to annoying? Or are all the one’s un-subbing just staying un-subbed and happy? I only ask this because there have been an awful lot of complaints about sub worth. And people love to throw this quote around like its free cheese at a wine tasting. Anyhow I hope some one has experienced an un-subbed account before and can share their experiences. I to would like to know if I should un-sub or not. *bows* Thank you kind sirs/ladies.
  5. Ok, SO this is the same Reason I can not a add the Level 7 ship upgrads to my account wide? It doesn't have that little button... http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m169/Liah_SA/SpaceEquipment.png Unlike the armor I have... http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m169/Liah_SA/ArmorSet.jpg Because it gives all my ship's power? That's kind of weak, isn't it P2W as is?!? Why couldn't I just link them all?
  6. Exactly, I only use ONE companion for each of my eight. They are mostly the romance option (except my two gril chr's they use Mako and Nadia, I would romance them if I could ). I don't like any of the others, just waste of space.
  7. I play this solo, since my guild died with F2P, so for me its just ME and my "wife" in this game, and no one else. There's no rule to the depth of RP. I'm in a RP guild where we are all just our text. But this game is like a Story/Movie/Game.. and VERY solo able. Just because we all share the same story line doesn't mean I can enjoy the content in a solo manner. I mean we all love princess Leia the same. We all read about Darth Vador the same. And we all "Married" Kira the same, its still fun and enjoyable. Now, Maybe the misunderstanding is where I used the term RP, where everyone jumps into the D&D RP mode. I meant more like light out of normal life and trying to be immersed into my casual gaming. This is getting off topic anyhow. I don't want to get into the depths of a RP debate and at what level you can RP with out another human around. I'd like my companion to say more then just the stander stuff after I put in all the effort to level up affection and story quest. Like I said its not make or brake, its just something very small that they could add to the game that would be nice. That is all
  8. Not to mention that the first time thought the game you listen to EVERY quest voice over, and do EVERY quest. Now its Space bar heaven and only listen to the class story's
  9. It always feel's that these types of "look at me" threads are just trolling threads. *shrugs*
  10. Gwena... you said it perfectly. +1
  11. *chuckles* I don't need it Sir. it would just be nice.
  12. When was the last time your wife said she loved you, or anything personal at all. When I'm out in the field with my "Wife" she say's the same things she's always said since the day I meet here. Would it be to difficult to make a dozen one liners for my companion that I'm connected to? Stuff like.. "Not now hun, I'm trying not to get us killed." "Dam you look fine holding that gun." "Cant wait to get back to our ship for some alone time." Anything, we spend all this time and effort to get them up in affection and level up to see the personal story lines, just to have them say the same things when out in the field? I feel so disconnected with my companion. I'm not sure about the rest of you but I only use one companion per chr. And its always the love interest regardless of what she does (DPS, Tank, Heal) one, we fly togeater... well you know the saying. Anyhow it would be nice if she said something from time to time to show she's still interested in ya you know? P.S Yeah Yeah, I know its just a game, and not I'm not that worried about it. Its not make or brake, just something small that I think would nice. I have a wife I love and a kid I tolerate (*winks*). I'm a Rp kind of guy, like to get lost in my MMO. Step out of reality and into a different environment on my spare time. use my imagination, I remember a time where I couldn't wait till the next cut seen with Risha. I know cut seen's ane companion updates are expensive and time consuming, but to cut a few lines for the married couples couldn't take that long.. Anyhow Happy hunting all.
  13. there's a thread there as well. 3 pages long.
  14. http://www.swtor-spy.com/datacrons/ *points up* Say's there is five! Yet the planet Codex say's 5/7. http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m169/Liah_SA/AlderanDatacron.jpg ???
  15. (My agent) This is Yurian before the awakening, before the empire forever changed his views of the galaxy, before the unforgivable truth was reviled. Before. Dromund Kass. City of legend, hope, and perfection. The center of empire power, within its boarders, a massive civilization run perfectly in harmony with its leaders. There are no poor, there are no weak, no one starving, no one suffering, everyone is taking care of completely. There is no trash littering the streets, no homeless begging for had outs, a child can walk from one end to the other with a million credits and not once get hassled. There are no murders, or crime at all for that matter. This is a planet of Law and Order. Everyone mindset is exactly the same. Perfection. The quaintly of life is at its pinnacle. A place where you are born with skill’s, and those skill’s are recognized at a very early age, and the empire leads you down the path of success. That is why Dromund Kass has the best opera, technicians, fighter pilots, craftsmen, cooks, everything in the galaxy. We reach out and unlock the potential of everyone we encounter. Every one here is doing exactly what they are proficient at. We do not leave anything for chance. Everyone has special skill’s therefore everyone is special, and those skill’s will not be wasted. That is the crime, waste. And the galaxy is full of suffering and waste. Yurian has seen this first hand, and it makes him sad. It is not the poor individual’s fault that he is born into a repressive republic, millions suffer every day under their rule. Their democracy does nothing to help anyone, except the powerful. Where as in the glorious empire everyone is utilized to the fullest of his or her abilities. How one lives day to day in that pool of filth is beyond him. Their cities riddled with crime, poverty, trash, and suffering at enormous volumes, its more then Yurain can bare. So many special people in the galaxy not living their life for a purpose, something grander then they are, a since of connection with everyone you see. When you walk down the streets of Dromund Kass you see pride, purpose, determination. Everything we do effects everyone around us, we push each other to be better, more passionate, more engaged, more aware. That strive for perfection is what we seek for everyone in the galaxy. The end of poverty, suffering, jealousy, and hate. All that is left is respect and love. Yurian sits in the local cantina where he was born near, the center of Dromund Kass. Passing the time thinking about the empire, it was a quite place, light instrumental music playing in the background very soothing. He spent the passing time thinking about his part in it all, and how he help forge the future. The clientele is a mixed bunch, scientist here, a street cleaner there, local mechanic, Imperial Intel officer, commanders, teachers, they all sit in the same cantina with the same since of pride. No one looks down their nose at anyone. We all have a job, one no more important then the other. Yurian sits and sips on his beverage, its been a few day’s since his last successful assignment, it would be a few more day’s before he would receive a new one. The empire was very efficient, four days between assignments, two if unsuccessful, more days where assigned if the mission was especially involved. So as usual he spent the first four day’s here, doing exactly what it is he loved the most, drinking nectar and waiting for his companion, Raina. Thinking of the devil, in she walked in full proper military attire. A tight black outfit up to her neck, her rank in precise lines across her chest. Stiff as a board with purpose in her eye’s, not to mention a disapproving look on her face. No need to look for me, she knows exactly where I am, as she makes her way over Yurian leans back and enjoys the view while lazily waving to the bar keep to order two more of his favorite drink. “Wasting time as usual Yurian.” She says in her delightful accent. “One would think someone of your stature would not visit such places.” She squints her eye’s in non approval. Yurian chuckles in response, he’s made his case plain to her on this topic a dozen times regarding this place. She had no foot to stand on, and in the end she could only come up with “It’s just not proper.” With an air of closer in her tone, one of a thousand reasons Yurian always requested Raina to debrief with, to file reports with, to write up successful mission logs though. She was spectacular. Raina was everything he looked for in a woman, and she was well aware of it all. Yet, Yurian had NO idea what she thought of it all, she is very opinionated and by the book, but she would not tell him what she felt about him or even hint. It was just another part of the grand puzzle that is Raina, and Yurian was determined to solve it. The bar keep walked over with the two drinks with a “On your tab sir.” Yurins reply “With your usual 10% tip.” Another ritual that not need be spoken but the pleasantries have been going on the exact same way for years. Yurian just loved this place. Raina sat down with grace, sitting straight up and porously dropped the data pads on the table at the exact same time as Yurian was reaching for his drink. The drink spilled just a bit onto his hand, Yurian noticed that not one drop of her spelt, her glass was not as full as his, and not for the first time did he wondered if she and the bar keep where in league with each other. “Down to business shall we? I have several documents that need your approval, some targets for junior officers, request of arms and ammo to refill your ship, your monthly expense report, your personal bank statement.” She eye’s me as if I was wasting her time with such nonsense, her abilities being wasted on trivial paperwork, the last one particular so. Yurian knew good and well why she never refused a meeting with him, she was in love with his job. Yurian was always in the middle of the most exciting and fascinating assignments. To fill out Yurians mission log is the equivalent of reading a spy mystery novel. After each mission you have two day’s to fill out the post mission logs and depending on the severity of the mission you are allocated a small staff to help document and log all the relevant information, the ships log’s, the field logs, explanation of decisions exc.. there is always a ton of data that needs to be filtered though and analyzed. Not only is Rainas company as soothing as it is fun, she is also brilliant, efficient, and beautiful. She only agreed to do the leg work so she could see with her own eye’s how the empire future is forging, and she felt that her input could help pave the future. She didn’t have the necessary skill to be an ops agent herself at least not yet, she didn’t know Yurian knew that she has applied and was denied to be an agent several times before they met. Maybe working with Yurian would help her advance in her career, the information Yurain gathers, or better stated in the manner in which he gatherer it, is priceless to upcoming field agents. Yurian knew this and used this to see her every trip back home. Yurain smiled and put his hand on the small stack of data pads, picked up one at random idly flipping though the data. “I noticed here that my personal bank statement as been accessed 22 times over the past month.” With a straight face Yurain looks Raina in the eye’s. “What’s odd to me is that for each incident it shows your code signature next to it. Is this something I should be worried about?” Raina puts down her drink slowly and sits straight up. Yurian keep’s his chuckle deep inside, as he was reading the data pad he noticed that she was really enjoying her exotic and rather expensive beverage, the one she introduced to him. “Worried, no, and as to why, my superiors request this information on a fairly regular basis.” Yurian taps the data pad softly on this lips, “Curious.” He adds a pause for dramatic effect. “What would the empire gain from such trivial information? Don’t answer that, answer this. Why would the empire use you to gather such information? While you think about that, think about this. The empire needs no human to search for or to analyze such data, all banking is freely open to the intelligence agencies, the algorithm and data analyzing soft where developed by the most sophisticated minds in the empire, and they already have this information. If for any reason I was a threat to the ongoing perfection to the empire I would have been questioned before I set one foot on this beautiful planet, and all records of such an investigation would not have left any trace of their presence, so there would be no signature code left behind. A signature code is only left behind by someone who was granted access to a personal account, by the host.” Raina eye’s start to glaze over as she recites, by memory, a passage from the imperial code guide. “Under Military Creation Act code 5643cca subsection C5 “High profile field agents shall undergo rigorous inspection at the will of the intelligence agency. These inspections will include but not be limited to personal bank accounts, vehicles, living quarters, and affairs found off planet…” Yurain puts up his hands in surrender, if left to it she would recite the every code in the book to satisfy her need to be nosey. If Yurian really pushed the subject after weeks of paperwork and persistent phone calls to the right people he could probably put a blemish on her other wise spotless record. The reasoning for the questioning was not for any other purpose then to let her know that he knew she was being nosy. What he really wanted to know was why she was so interested. Raina looks disappoint at being interrupted or maybe it was because she couldn’t display her elaborate ruse, not doubt she put in a lot of effort into it, either way she was irritated. Yurian flipped thought the data pad to see the first day she popped in, then preceded to the next, so for an so on to try and figure out the some kind of connection or reasoning behind her intrusion. This was the first time she was so forceful into this personal life, that he knew of. Why now? What’s going on. The bank statement had no rhyme or reason to it. Intergalactic withdrawal here, Hutta currency deposit there. Hell, Yurian did remembered being on Hutta but the money that he deposited healed no significant interest to him, he didn’t even remember what he did to earn it. Nothing stood out to him, wait… on her 20st snooping entry he noticed that she visited his account 3 times that day. There was only one purchase. A fairly expensive piece of jewelry from Naboo. Yurian was there for precisely 10 hours doing recon for the empire. Dressed in common folk drab, he’s assignment was to follow and record the movements of a hand full of ambassadors the empire thought where defecting, as it so happened two for the five where. Which worked out great for the empire, an assassination of imperil ambassadors on republic territory, especially the way Yurian planed it, more then one high profile congressmen went on trial for those two murders. On his way to the first assassination he felt eye’s on his back, which was probably nothing, but over the years he has learned to trust his instincts, and decided to take a detour into a near by jewelry store, the shopkeeper jumped into action, after being escorted around Yurian asked for the most non symmetrical elegant piece she had on stock, not in those words of cores. With how rigged and precise the empire is, he figured if anyone was going to come in and check he better play it safe, and just go with some local peace. Pretending to be excited about the purchase, handed over the appropriate coin the shop keeper beaming with pride handed him back the velvet case in her custom made bag. Could that be it? How could something so simple be of any interest to her at all. The bag with the entire contents have not been touched since, he left it on his ship in a small drawer in his caption quarters. He hasn’t thought of it sense. Well what ever the reason, that was defiantly a clue, he was already thinking up a plan to.. In his deep concentration on the puzzle that is Raina he failed to notice the small group of soldiers enter the cantina. They where coming right for him. Raina stood up, which shook Yurian out of his thought. Yurian then stood up, the men came over and said very official tone “Yurian Stonebow, put your hand on this pad please.” Yurian did with out question. The pad beeped and flickered with lights then a small green one stayed lit. “Come with us sir.” With out hesitation he fell in line. Raina gathered up the data pads on the table and quickly caught up with the group not saying a word. He was escorted to a guarded transport, and that was his last image of Raina, standing outside this favorite place, staring at him thought a thick tinted glass window in the back of the transport, that was the image he kept with him now.. No emotion showing, just those calculating eye’s hard a work. He was escorted to the interrogation room, one he knew well. Yurian was a very successful agent, everything he has ever done has been for the empire, he was not worried at all, when you are right, pure, and true nothing can stick to you. He was waiting for about half an hour or so, when the door opened and to his surprise, Raina walked through, with two data pads. She looked different, distraught even, nothing any normal person would notice, just her hair wasn’t perfect, every so slightly out of place. When their eye’s meet her body relaxed, every so slightly. She sat down across from him and started in with the usual questions. “Name? Agent code? Code name?” this went on for a few minuets. Here finger’s flying all over the data pad. “There, you are fee to go, the investigation in question no longer needs your testimony.” “Are you going to tell me what this is all about?” With sad eye’s Raina said “No, I’m afraid I’m not a liberty to say.” It was the eye’s, that’s what Yurian loved the most, her all telling eye’s, when she was in, all in, you could tell by her eye’s. He first noticed the intensity of her eye’s, in total bliss on his ship analyzing post mission logs. It was her one tell, and for the first time that tell showed him sorrow, a sadness that cut Yurian to the bone. Yurian stood up very deliberately, with a very serious look on his face in the most no nonsense voice he could muster. “Very well, Raina would you please escort me back to my ship. I have something I want to give you.” For a moment, just a very fleeting moment Raina looked shocked. By the time she stood she was all composure and business. Stood there for a second reaching into his soul with her eye’s and said. “Yes Sir, As you wish.” She turned and walked out the door, not even looking back. No more games, no more puzzles, never again will I see you pain, Yurian thought as he followed her out of the station and to into a taxi.
  16. Blue’ruin Is my Bounty Hunter. She’s a girl that I created for the sole purpose for the legacy aspect of the game. Blue’ruin is a name my wife chose for one of her second life avatars, and it’s been around forever. I created her as a bounty hunter because my wife is all sorts of awesome and I wanted to have her in the game even though she doesn’t play the game. In the legacy tree, I have her married off to Ericgron. This bar fight is no dubitably prior to her having known Ericgorn. On a busy walkway in the common area of Nar Shardar, Blue sits sidewise with her legs crossed on a bench right up against the 3 foot protective wall that over looks the light filled city. Over 20 stories in the air, she sighs as the breeze flow through her blond hair, her right arm dangling off the edge. These peaceful moments are too far and few in between she muses to herself. Buildings connected at various levels by crisscrossing hovering platforms. With how crowded the platform was and all the adjoining platforms, the flashing lights, a cantina entrance every 10 feet, one would forget that you where indeed so high up suspend in the air. Blue closes her eye’s and opens all her other senses taking it all in. Smelling the random fragrances of strangers passing by, some quite lovely and some so foreign that she almost opened her eye’s to find the host, but she refrained from doing so, just listening to the sounds of the mass’s, friendly greeting , a couple arguing, door slamming, the hover speeders zooming by, the warm night air on her skin. With the slight vibration of the bench she says “So Victor, do you have what I need.” Knowing for cretin that was not her companions name. The twitchy Rodian shifts where he sat. Speaking strange words in his native tongue. The translator implanted in her right ear deciphering the words for her. “Yes, Yes, right here” As he pats his shirt pocket. “I keep them very close.” His eye’s shooting all about, over the edge, at dark ally’s, top of buildings. Blue inhales and takes in the mood of her associate, opens her eye’s and stares directly at Victor. Victor gets nervous, he motions forward as if to stand up, deciding against it his eye’s flicker at hers then away. “So, how will this go down.” Vick say’s. With her left hand Blue pulls free the small package from under her left knee and places it in her lap. “This is all you need.” She eye’s the package and with a suggestive grin she looks back at Vick. Vick wets his reptilian lips with a strange tongue. He look around nervously and starts to scoot closer to Blue. Closer, closer, now sitting so close she can feel his bumpy skin on her outer thigh though both their clouting. Blue never moves, never reacts just sits patiently. Vick with tremendous accuracy and speed swaps the package in his pocket with the package on her lap. Suddenly stands up bows and with a look of relief says, “Thank you, my dear, the pleasure was all mine.” And hastily loses himself in the crowd. Blue drops her right arm back down the side of the protective wall dropping the finger small now empty capsule off into oblivion. “No Vick, the pleasure was all mine.” She say’s to herself. The poison flowing through Vicks veins would take two day’s to kill him, would drop a human in a second, but with a Rodian’s chemical makeup he wouldn’t even notice anything until the last few second before his death. She wondered if she would even be in his thoughts before the end. Would he make the connection, she doubted it. Events where in place to record and prove Blue’s kill. Blue stood up letting Vicks package fall to the ground, the contents of that box might buy a new star ship, but money was nothing to her now and fame was all that mattered, besides this was a very shady and dangerous Rodian, who knows what kinds of booby traps we connected with that package. This bounty was old and very lucrative, the fame she would get when they found his dead body would be enough to quench her thirst for a while. Thinking of thirst she elegantly weaved her way thought the crowd, losing the top layer of her clothing on the way to the cantina. So much of her appearance had changed from the bench to the cantina front door, she had dark hair now, a pricy outfit with matching shoes, the color of her nails, no one would even have recognized her not 2 minuets past. All evidence of her prior appearance slowly dematerializing under the footsteps of hundreds. As she walked in the cantina she spotted Mako right away, sitting alone at the bar sipping her drink and looking around. The rest of her crew doing what ever it is they wanted to do, she didn’t run a tight ship, in fact she had no idea why so many people wanted to be with her, she shrugged the thought aside, they where all useful form time to time and its not like she didn’t have the space or money. But Mako, she had real talent, it was her idea to use poison even though she may not know it yet. She was a very adept little thing, quite knowledgeable about the biology of all the intelligent species in the galaxy, had a sharp mind. Blue just needed to break her of any passion in her life, passion and connections, bonds, are for the weak. If you care about something or someone to much it can be used against you, and that could never do. Fame on the other hand can never be lost. Its potency fluctuates all the time, but that can be managed. Fame was eternal. As her project flirted with a male human, she noticed the body langue of the male, to aggressive, the tattoo on he back of his neck was a clear sign of a particularly nasty gang on Nar Shadar. His hand was working its way up her leg, Blue sighed “Time and place Mako, time and place.” She muttered. The opposite sex has its uses, but now was not that time. As Blue walked nearer, being a few inches taller then Mako and obviously more curvy, the Male changed targets mid sentence. Mako taken back by the abruptness of the males lack of interest turned with a glower on her face at the target of the mans stare, with a dejected look she turned back to her drink, her body language apparent to Blue. Blue thought that maybe Mako was starting to become more then a project for her because the dejected look made Blue angry. She slowed her walk and showed the man the same interested look she was receiving. She moved very deliberately, the male standing there lost for words with his jaw open as if shot with a stun gun. As blue got closer she pressed herself right up against him, leaned close to his right ear and said “Its time for you to go.” The male smiled “Sure thing beautiful, anywhere you like.” He then placed his arm on her hip. “You know.” The male said while looking around “I know just the place, you, me, a few friends, we can make a night of it.” Blue smiled took the guy’s arm and twisted it up and behind him twirling the male around while doing so. The male let out a yelp, angry he twisted himself free looked around for his gang members who where all standing now and making their way to him, “Cute. I like when they are feisty, it makes it more exciting.” He gave a grin, checked for his back up and then stepped towards blue. Blue didn’t move, when the male was close enough and grabbed her right arm.. and with a sizzle and a puff the cantina went black, the Simi packed cantina exploded with panic, yell’s and people running blindly in every direction. Blue, again amazed at how quick Mako learned, she took advantage of the situation quickly twisted free of her assailant, not having any of her gear with her used her minds eye to make her way to the bar where Mako was sitting. She bumped the bar with her hip, using her other senses she dodge a few frantic footsteps, there was a lot of scuffling and people hitting the floor in pain, yell’s and cry’s went out. Blue turned to where Mako was and said, “Well there goes girls night, let get out of here before..” and just then the lights flashed back on, blue squinted and shielded her eye’s with her right hand. As her eye’s adjusted to the seen before her she chuckled inside, the male and his gang where on the ground clutching at various parts of their body, unable to move. She quickly noticed that Mako was no where to be found. “Clever girl.” Blue whispered. Before Blue could stage her exit, coming in though the only entrance was two dozen local enforcers. The cantina bar tender put up his hand and started to explain events as he saw them, which was very much in the favor of his fallen comrades. Half of the guards where applying aid to the “victims” while the other half made their way over to Blue. “So, Blue is it.. is all this true?” Blue didn’t respond, by the look on his face and the cuff’s his partner was taking off his belt, it’s was obvious that it was a rhetorical question. As blue was being escorted to the near by squad car she could only smile at the progress Mako was making. Unknowingly Mako was sitting on the same bench Blue was at when she made her hit, calculating what to do next, her pack full of Blue’s gear, the night vision shades came in handy she thought, it was amazing how thin and small they where. She tried to look like everyone else, a bit curious at all the lights, sounds and movement coming from the club, but not all that surprised at the events unfolding around her. At least that’s how the crowd was acting, so she made her mood match, just the way Blue said to, to blend into a crowd to look like everyone else, use the environment around you. Some one running always catches the eye’s of enforcement it’s advertizing that you did something wrong, be right in plain view make it seem as you did nothing wrong and have a right to be there. Watching Blue being gently placed in the back for the enforcement vehicle. Mako was still upset with Blue for…well.. being blue. Mako knew good and well that she could have escorted Blue to safely, but she still felt the sting of jealously, she knew it wasn’t Blue’s fault but that didn’t make the feeling go away, but now that everything was calming down the feel of guilt started to settle in. “What a waste of time.” Mako thought. After a few minutes of thinking, Mako decided that this was a test for her, that was the only logical conclusion. She started to make her plan, Mako look around and noticed that there was a theme in this district, a theme she could use to her advantage. She picked out her target with the same height and build, and followed the pixie chick into a club. Later that evening while Blue was looking out the jail cell at the flickering lights of the city. It was kind of nice sitting in the jail cell, no one trying to contact her, no decisions to make, no republic, no imps, just her and her thoughts. It was oddly relaxing. Mako walking in, well no Mako Blue has ever known came walking in alongside the jailer. Mako had blue hair, and in pigtails, a short pink skirt with socks up to her knee’s a t-shirt tide off in a knot under her bossism, showing every inch of her tone body, and more skin then Blue has ever seen of her, face full of makeup, chewing something and talking with pouty eye’s at the jailer. “You see sir, my mom is just so bad. She never knows when to stop. When she saw me with my boyfriend she freaked out.” The jailer not even listening to Mako at all. Just smiling and nodding. He ran his bracelet over the scanner at the cell and the lock popped open and he use his left hand to open the cell, his right was firmly planted on Makos back side. Mako just oozing with pleasure. Blue knew it was the pleasure of the jailer not looking at her and the fact that Mako was saving Blue from trouble for once. The incident was hardly worth Blue’s effort at all, the second she noticed that Mako was missing from the cantina she decided to see what Mako’s next move would be. She liked everything about this girl, and that is exactly why you don’t get to deep with anyone. Blue vowed to be more professional from now on. As they stepped out of the station and Blue was being lead to what she only assumed was their get away speeder Mako got very serious. “Do you think that was to much? When that guy tells his buddies the story will any of the real me be recognizable in his story? I feel as if I tried to hard”. Mako bending down behind the local enforcement sign to pick up her bag hidden outside the station. “I feel violated that guy, I feel ridiculous in this outfit. I need to change.” She paused and look at Blue, “I did my research, 7 out of the 10 cantinas in this area are packed full with girls who look like this.” As she gestured to herself. I thought that if I picked the most generic look I would blend in with out notice.” She waited for my approval. When it didn’t come, “Here’s your stuff.” As Mako handed my belongs over, I grabbed her hand and looked in her eye’s and said “You did well.” Mako brighten up and I knew she meant more to me then just a project.
  17. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=604570&highlight=fight+cantina And since it is locked.. I can't add to it. *points up @ link* last one to the race, but its not as simple as a one liner or a paragraph, I'm a RP'er and that question is a little more involved then CourtneyWoods could have guessed.. well for me. Work, kids, and expansions have delayed my response but here they are My storm trooper UnimatrixZero might get in a fight, so it is plausible that he could get in a fight and to the point where he would be tossed in jail. I mean being the leader of Havic squad and all, you would think a caption wouldn’t get in a fight, and trying to keep him natural he did have to knock around a few bad diplomats that pissed him off. There was this one on Alderan that really pissed him off so before he left I gave him a right hook to the face for talking down to him. My superior didn’t like that one bit. Anyhow this is how it would go.. Zero walks into the cantina with Elara Dorne, it’s been a hard fight couple of day’s. The mission was a success but not with out its share of hardship on the squad. Zero nervously took a chance at asking just Elara out on this casual encounter, HK-51 was shut down for a few day’s while he reanalyze he efficiently. Aric Jorgan still irate with me for the promotion of Elara to OX second in command over him. M1 4X searching for his next target to help moral for the republic, and our newest member Tanno Vik, well, he’s a self centered deviant, on more then one occasion I have to put him in his place, I’m sure the punch I gave him right form the start didn’t help issues, we haven’t be on good terms ever, so as it turned out I had a chance and I took it, to my surprise she said yes. This is the first drink, our first chance to get some really one on one time, where missions, group dynamic, personal issues are not a topic or issue, our first time alone together, and I’ll admit I’m kind of nervous. Elara being born in a well to do imperial military family, defecting to the republic, I’m not even sure where to being, but I figured drinks is a place to start, maybe loosen us both up a bit. The cantina seems to be in good sprits, a few games on the big tv’s, the band playing request from the crowd. We are in our street cloths so on one even noticed us, a few heads turn to stare at Elara. As I notice other guys looking at her I feel a bit protective, which makes no logical sense at all, I mean we aren’t even anything, but its still there, I put the emotion in check and bring my attention back to her, trying to find something to say. As she lifts to her tippy toes looking for a place to sit I gaze at her, filling my eye’s with her every curve, her hair in a tight bun, her outfit very close fit but not reveling, very proper, very in control. Her long neck stretching for that extra inch over the crowd. She was beautiful. She puts up her arm, twitching a few fingers as she hails over a waitress, they converse for a bit and then with a small smile that can floor me she waves me to follow. We fallow the robot waitress to a table for two. A small circular table on tall legs one chair on either side. We settle in and order a few drinks. For some reason I start to sweat a little, I have goose bumps, my foot start’s to twitch, I play it off as if I’m tapping my foot to the music. “So Caption, what’s in the future for Havic Squad?” “Please, call me Zero, and lets not talk shop now.” She tilt’s her head every so slightly and then nods, pauses to consider things. “Sure thing Zero. Do you have feelings for me?” … and just like that I was stunned into silence. I’ve been weeks hiding out in a cave just her and me, fending for ourselves as we wait for a e-vac team to pick us up. She’s saved my life a dozen time over, and I her. As our squads medic she’s patched up so many parts of me out in the field I truly have nothing to hide from here. I’ve made life and death, split second decisions that have affected the lives of thousands, and with one sentence she’s had me completely stumped. I cant even breath, its like I lost the ability to understand the need for it. My body jerks a deep inhale as my subconscious decides to keep me alive. I look at her and it doesn’t help, her beauty only heightens the fact that I cant think. I gather myself and… “Hey baby, you are looking smoking hot tonight.” Say’s the drunken stranger leaning on our table between the two of us. Part of me is thankful, because the hate for this guy effectively brakes my comatose state. “Excuse me, sir. Can I help you?” I say as I try to stay calm, I lift this guy straight up with my one hand under his arm to get him not only away form Elara, but to show him that I’m in no mood for this. He jerks his arm free and with a god awful stench to his breath he leans in and say’s “Listen pal, obviously she’s not that into you, I can tell by the way her body looks.” He then takes this moment to glance over at her and give her a long hard stare. As he turns his head back to me it collides with my fist, his head whips back around as he fall’s to the floor knocked out cold. The cantina owner noticing all this and grabs his bouncer device from above the bar and hurry’s on over, he looks at me and then looks at the guy on the ground. He eye’s the situation and decided to go into aggressive stance. Good thing to, because the mood I was in now I was looking for a reason to burn off some steam. I guess the owner read that in my expression and backs way off. “Jannie.” He yell’s as the robot waitress roll’s over “Call the local authority I want to press full charges.” “What!?” I bark. “That was my brother, and last I check you didn’t even give him a chance. You assaulted him and that’s it.” The cantina owner say’s in a matter of fact way. “He’s right. You had no right to hit that guy.” Chimes in Elara. A complete loss for words, I just stand there dumfounded. As the local authorities put me in restraints and walk me out of the cantina. “That’s not quite how I picture all of this going down.” I say under my breath. The cell is full of random people some drunk, others just loud, and others that actually look like they belong here. The benches are full so I have to stand up, I lean against the cell wall, just pondering everything that happened tonight. The bluntness of Elara, the fight, or better yet the hit. How the hell am I going to figure this all out, and on top of that I’m her superior. This is all bad. All just bad. Out of the corner of my eye I see two people walking up to my cell, of cores its Elara and the jail attendant. “Your free to go Caption.” He say’s with pride. “I wish my Caption would get in a brawl every now and again, he’d might let me slide from time to time.” As he pats me on the back as I walk out of the cell. Some of my cell mates give me a double look as I leave. “Thanks.” I say back clearly ashamed of this whole thing. Elara has no expression on her face at all, and she sites several violation to the Republic code of conduct as we leave the station. “Alight, that’ll do Elara.” I say. “Is that an order sir.” replies Elara. “No.. nothing like that.. I just..” We are both outside standing by the taxi waiting to take us to the space station. Elara just staring at me, no emotion at all, just staring.. I breath out trying to find the right words… She leans in and kisses me, a long solid kiss, gets in the taxi and leaves the door open. I give my self a chuckle and say while I’m climbing in the cab “So, where does that land on the code of conduct.”
  18. I would agree with you OmenQ but..... if you go here: http://www.swtor.com/blog/developer-update-legacy-achievements I mean that's right out of their mouth.. In fact I knew where to find it because I remember reading it before launch. I post the codex, and the achievement... something obviously missing. and to Foxrynn *chuckles* Nicely done!
  19. How can I have this: http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m169/Liah_SA/Achievement-Loathsome.jpg And NOT Complete this: http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m169/Liah_SA/LegacyAlignment.jpg ... I got V Dark Side to unlock the codex and the skill that accompanies it (Sacrifice companion to heal me). Then started on the slow path back to light side (all 8 of my 50's are V Light). But some how, I didn't get credit for the V dark side? I thought they took the codex's that we did achieve and use those to update the legacy achievements? I'll tell you one thing, I'm going to work back up to V dark just for this achievement. I just want them to know they have a glitch in their system. It sucks to.
  20. Because I want to press ONE button and do the emote, I don't want to click through a few drop down menus to have to do something RP in a MMO. For that matter I should be able to take ANY emote and put it in my quick bar. If you don't want to use up one slot for a quick emote then don't do it no one is forcing you to use a quick slot, but others (including myself) would dictate a whole bar just one emotes there are a bunch of skill's that are useless (All the travel ones do not need to be in a quick slot. Repair droid, mail droid exc...). I think it would be really cool to have one click emotes. Some one does something stupid and one the spot on Q I press the "Palm face" emote! Instead of clicking as fast as I can thought the emote drop down menu, and because the moment will pass if I take to long because of that haste I pick the wrong one with a miss click... where as I would just put it in a quick slot and one click. I mean there's no chat bubbles or anything and everything is typing in the same chat window standing a round like a bunch of borgs drones.
  21. http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m169/Liah_SA/LegacyEmote.jpg Here is what I don't understand. Why can I not Take the emote icon and drop it down onto one of my skill bars.. That way I don't have to type /*enter desired Legacy emote here* every time I want to one?!? Is it just me or doesn't it even look like you SHOULD be able to just drag it down?!?
