  1. It's because you don't know what you are talking about and that is the bottom line. The razer crystals are offered in 41 power, expertise, stam and critical rating via a vendor in coruscant. So basically you don't know anything. I wont even address the fact that you feel these Color Crystals are different. WHICH THEY ARE but come on even a child can see how similar they are...
  2. You have no idea what you are talking about but that doesn't stop anyone around these forums, does it?
  3. Patch 1.2 is irrelevant to me. I won't be enjoying any new content or features on my dead server. my server(The Deadweight) has no community and no economy. This isn't what i paid for. This is not a MMORPG it's simply a RPG. Unless you're on one of the few heavily populated servers then i'm sure a lot of you can relate. Bioware simply put up too many servers and that is in no way shape or form the player bases fault. I hear a lot of people saying that they opened all of these servers due to player demand but they made an error and now have too many and that should be corrected plain and simple. The burden of having to reroll or quit should not be put on your customers Bioware. Those are horrible choices for us. I guess we can also wait in the dark and hope for servers merges or transfers but that's not for me. The bottom line is Bioware has a huge glaring issue that needs to be resolved sooner rather than later. I'm amazed that it hasn't been officially addressed yet. This is bigger than any content patch. Bioware is really pushing their luck with this one. It's time to get down to the basics of what makes a game work. You can't live off the Starwars name alone forever. With that said i like this game a lot and i wish i could enjoy it the way it was meant to be enjoyed, with other people to play with. Patch 1.2 looks great. I've read all the notes and i like all the changes however i will enjoy none of it unfortunately.

  6. My legacy won't begin until you offer server transfers, THANKS BIOWARE
  7. If they needed to add servers then they needed to add servers plain and simple. How can you blame the player base for that, lol? What a joke. If they added TOO MANY servers then that is their fault plain and simple. So let me get this straight, ITS THE PLAYERS FAULT. These people....
  8. Great logic right here folks. Were you paid to type that? Let's sell an MMORPG to the masses and leave out the MMO part, AWESOME. Oh and let's put the burden on the customer if we mess up. They are banking on people like you to keep them afloat. You know those people who are absolutely fine with mediocrity
  9. They are killing their game by ignoring this MAJOR glaring issue. It makes no sense to anyone. They are screwing over so many subscribers currently that it should be criminal. Thousands upon thousands of people are getting 50% of what they are paying for. People are being flat out robbed of a true MMO experience. The horrible choices they are leaving their customers with are 100 % unacceptable. We can wait in the dark in misery, reroll in misery or quit in anger. Great choices 1.2 is irrelevant to me when i'm on a dead server with no economy and no community. It's a ghost town. Bioware needs to get their priorities straight. You would think that they would be smart enough to tackle the basics before releasing some huge content patch that a lot of us won't even enjoy /signed
  10. How unique an MMO that fixes their bugs, WOW THANK YO SO MUCH. Now i'll go back to my DEAD server. THANKS AGAIN !!!!
  11. If you think that is an acceptable answer to a major problem that is threatening to destroy this games entire foundation than okay. I'm simply not okay with that. This is bigger than any content patch. This is bigger than anything they are currently working on yet they don't have a timeline for it. THEY HAVE A TIMELINE FOR 1.2 THOUGH. They do not have their priorities straight plain and simple. I don't see how anyone that can see the big picture could disagree with this
  12. "1. server population (server merges/toon transfers, etc...) - no answer at this time ^--Answered at Guild Summit, they are working on transfers but do not have a timeframe." This is the main problem people are complaining about and quite frankly that answer is 100% unacceptable. They have thousands upon thousands of subscribers not getting what they are paying for. It's so sad to see all of these people getting 50% of what they are paying for. There is no good MMO experience to be had on a dead server and most of the servers are in fact ghost towns. Patch 1.2 is irrelevant to me because i won't be enjoying any new content on my dead server and i'm sure many others feel the same way. The Burden should not be on the customer. We are left with a few horrible choices as paying customers right now. We can continue to play on our DEAD servers(wait for MONTHS), reroll or quit.
  13. Dead Servers = Dead Game i made the mistake of rolling on a STANDARD status server only to realize later on down the road that the server is DEAD. Paying customers are getting 50% of what they are paying for. Thousands and thousands of subscribers are being forced with the decision to keep playing on a dead server, reroll on a populated one or quit. Those are horrible for a paying customer. Bioware had officially dropped the ball and won't remedy the issue in a timely manner. They deserve to lose every single subscriber that has cancelled due to this. This is MAJOR and it's being ignored by Bioware completely
  14. The whole patch is irrelevant when thousands and thousands of subscribers are playing on dead servers and not getting a true MMO experience. They need to worry about the MAJOR server issues before releasing all this new content that most people wont even enjoy due to playing on ghost town servers
  15. I did find the solution to the problem. I explained in a previous post what i was told to do and why i couldn't do it right now. My point is when you are overpaying in the first place for a mediocre item then you better get what's advertised. You also shouldn't have to jump through hoops because of their mistake. I'm not a fan of products that force me to call technical support within 15 minutes of opening it.
  16. Did you actually read anything in this thread other than a couple posts? Like The part where i typed about contacting customer service/technical support? Didn't think so , how typical
  17. If you actually read everything i typed and comprehended it properly then you would not be saying this. Maybe it's because my grammar isn't perfect or maybe it's because you just don't get it
  18. I figured buying mine directly from razer would be the best way to go. I was worried about getting one that had been tampered with. It was shipped pretty poorly with not much packing material and the box wasn't in the best of shape. I was assuming it just got dinged up in shipping but maybe someone actually did open it at some point. I don't know but i can't get my code and i'm mad. At this point i'm just returning it once i get authorization from Razer.
  19. It was purchased online or it would have been returned already. I was fully aware that i was overpaying for a what i was getting just because it was a Razer SWTOR headset. I would have been perfectly happy with my over priced mediocre headset had i received everything i was suppose to. You guys know those crystals were huge selling points for people and they were heavily promoted. If they can't deliver such a simple thing then they shouldn't promote the hell out of it.
  20. Hahaha i always wondered... i ordered mine directly from razer
  21. I base this upon all the Razer products i've owned in the past. I was unhappy with my blackwidow Keyboard. i was unhappy with my Razer Imperator mouse and now my problem with the headset. I don't see myself getting anything else made by them. They aren't garbage by any means but you Aren't getting what you pay for plain and simple
