Hiya all, So, you know how the "start at 60" free token we were supposed to get, didn't work? Well, I "used" it to make a 60, except it started at lvl 1 and I never really got that token back as promised. So I spend 2000 cartel market coins and I use the token except I still cannot make a lvl 60. It says 0 level 60 characters available. So, I put in a ticket... and wait... and wait... and wait... a full month has gone by without an answer. So I call them... wait 45 minutes (I was calling from another country too, so you can imagine, this character has gotten pretty expensive for me by now!), they finally answer and basically tell me, to wait some more!! Nothing they can do... it has now been 6 weeks and I am out one free token and 2000 cartel market coins... I am seriously put out. Anyone else had this problem? Did it get resolved? I think a 6 week wait for something as simple as checking my records, seeing the token was used but no 60 slot became available and restoring, should be SIMPLE!!! If the game is so broken and you CANNOT make a 60 to start with, please just refund me my 2000 cartel market coins!!! This was real money spent and you have taken it without providing what I paid for... also known as theft!!!

So you get one free lvl 60 token... used it, and of course didn't work... Put in an in-game ticket... Then used 2000 cartel coins to purchase a token... You guessed it! Didn't work either!!! Updated ticket... has been 3 weeks, no response. I call the customer support overseas... 30 minutes wait time and their response? You are in a queue, you have to wait longer, EVENTUALLY we will fix it. You took my money and you will EVENTUALLY fix it? Like, when? Another 3 weeks if I am lucky???

I have spent a lot of money lately on Cartel market items and I have ended up with about 15 duplicate vehicles in my characters. I have tried to sell them in the GTN with no luck and they can't be sold to vendors for some reason. Some items that appear unboudn (BoE) can't be sold on the GTN for no reason, I don't get an error message, just "you can't sell this item". Since we are talking REAL money now, and not in-game money, You need to do something about this. Give us the option to at least sell it to a vendor. We have bays full of crap we can't do anything about *which we bought with real money*. This is ridiculous. Not only that by customer service sucks lately!! I have e-mailed them twice about issues about the game and they responded with either "we will look into it" or "post in the forums". Nothing came out of either. You used to be able to solve our issues, what has happened?

I have a problem. I got 99 tokens in my inv from crates... I completed the items in my list (Except the two, Orange and Black sphere and the Jar thingie) and I got +5 tokens for each item I got... well my tokens still remain at 99 AFTER completing the items. None of the +5 tokens per item quest have been added to my inv. Anyone else have that problem?

Hi all, I am looking for an easy to follow, comprehensive guide to building a good Commando Medic character. I have found a few but they are either too complicated or don't go to enough depth. Has anyone stumbled accross any that are easy to follow but also detailed? Thank you!

I totally agree with the poster above. It is ridiculous that you miss out on about 30% game content because you can't find a group anymore Isn't there any way to merge servers?? In my server (D'Xun Battle Cirlcle a European server) the maximum number of people on the Imp. Fleet is 30!!! I haven't done a single op and I have two level 50 chars (one tank one DPS)!!! Forget the bugs and such, in terms that I find the game playable still... at least do something about server pop, PLEASE so we can at least get a chance to play the content!

Sorry, I was referring to the LIVER not the actual Jerky, should have clarified But it IS rare, in over 6 hrs of killing things on Hoth I got TWO one of which I had to win the roll for (the other was a random mob)

It's been said many times but the drop is totally RANDOM. I literally got it off the FIRST mob I killed (after 1.2) the minute I stepped foot on Hoth with my alt. It was a Wampa in a cave on my class quest. I saw purple beam and was jumping up and down, until I realized it was "just" a mat lol I then proceeded to kill half the planet and I only had ONE more drop from a group HC from killing the boss. I believe it was the "Big Find" Imp Quest. I won the roll for it I then bought one more off GTN. Then I proceeded to kill the rest of the planet INCLUDING Snowblind and Gargath.. no more drops So it's rare ... and random and you can get it from vritually anything on Hoth if you are lucky

Also even though I do not have the schematic, if you do not have Biochem or you got an extra schem, I am willing to buy it off you and then I can make jerky for anyone who has the mats on the Dxun Battle Server (Europe). My char's name is Rainne, seek me out, I will be happy to help

I have remained silent mostly while reading the thread and looking all over Hoth trying things. Mostly because nothing came up and because I didn't have the jerky But I worked very hard to get a group together to kill Gargath and Snowblind. I even got my brother out of bed because he has a lvl 50 healer! I felt I was instrumental in getting that group together, I travelled to the Imp Fleet recruiting, got my guildies out of bed... we killed Gargath, he dropped the schematic, a guy who had JUST joined us (after we had all died several times) was lucky with the roll for it If you know my server you will know it is a low pop server. The MOST people I have EVER seen online were 42 and on Imp Fleet. Usually the planets only have 6-10 people at any given time... most often than not the numbers hover around 4 people on each planet... so you know how HARD it is to get a group together to kill a world boss. So please don't say it was handed in a silver plater. For a LOT of people it will be near impossible (or at least several, sereval tries/days worth!) to get the Jerky. Some might never get it. If I get permission I will post the guy's ID on my server that can make you the Jerky if you get him mats. He was kind enough to say if I mailed him the mats he would make me one but I must ask if he would do this for other ppl as well.

I do agree with the people that said Zoeller's comment is very vague. Someone on the internet (of a couple billion people and even more billions of data) found the tauntaun but didn't capture it... Hmmmm... Very vague. I do think waiting with the buff on might be a good idea... but where would one wait?

Also, I think the whole Schematic thing is kind of unfair. I have been playing this game for 4 months now and apparently I am on a low pop server. How can we take down Gargath when at any given time, we have trouble even find 4 people for a Heroic? There are never more than 6-8 people on Hoth!!! I have several chars (one of which is lvl 50 and the others near 50), so I have played Hoth MANY times .. never enough ppl for a big group to take him down Make it a quest, I'm all in, but one that everyone can complete even on their own?

So who's the Greek working for Bioware?? Lol SO many of the names in this game are Greek including a Champ on Hoth named Tre'vor Kirieleison... in Greek it means "God Bless Us" but it is not an actual name but a phrase we Greeks say, only a Greek would know it... and a ton of other Greek names and locations and what nots lol. I wonder if they read the forums But seriously... Kirieleison??? (if you are Greek I am sure you are laughing with me..) it's like naming your char Dogjumponme
