WoW at vanilla (and now) had what this game will never have: soul. Different animations for different races, ability to swim, sit in chairs, drink beer, do neat things with engineering (the jumping from Azshara video comes to mind). You could explore the whole world and actually visit opposing faction's capitals. This game's big innovations are companions (useless at end-game), and voice-overs (over at end-game).

Haha, I know that feeling. Was clean from that addiction since March of last year and SWTOR made me realize how good the game was/is and makes me want to resubscribe... I've never leveled a paladin, hmmm.

Slow fall from mages, levitate from priests, engineering capes, slow fall potions, paladin bubbles, heroic leap for warriors. Druids (if they shift to cat form) and rogues will not die from any falls in WoW BGs. edit: i call BS on your "seven years" of WoW experience.

There are certain classes here that are the rock to everyone's scissors but there's no need to get into that. You've never been knocked off the bridge in Voidstar? It'll happen, and unlike in WoW you can't do anything to save yourself from death.

How much SWTOR PvP have you done? WoW's classes are mirrored as well, in fact they're exactly the same in both factions so I have no idea how that's a positive for SWTOR. And if you hate gettting knocked backwards by an elemental shaman, boy are you in for a surprise.

Take your ship to the fleet, if you use fleet pass it won't trigger the follow-up.

Can't have separate server forums because of the HeroForumEngine limitations, sorry guys. Also it would become apparent how dead the servers are about to be and would introduce more work during server merges.

The companions really emphasize how weak your character really is when you don't have one out. Fighting the last boss of my story line should be an epic 1v1 battle... thanks for those heals Talos.

disappointing/10

saved up 1000 of each commendation and had a bag in my inventory. got nothing but tokens when i hit 50, then found out that's not even enough to buy a single piece of centurion gear. thanks for making my decision to cancel easier.

I'd suggest going darkness, i roll with Talos and it's pretty cake.

sounds more like war games from wow to me. where you can pick the group you want to fight, or maybe just allowing a raid of 8 to queue up. how about letting us keep the friggin group after exiting warzones?! rrraaage
