  1. I cancelled my subscription recently. I know that each person has different expectations and some people are very satisfied with SWTOR. I am not. It may be that they need to iron out bugs. However, they cannot expect me to pay a monthly subscription and then wait until they fix the problems. It is a waste of my money. I know that they must have been in a difficult situation because a lot of planning went into this game so they must've wanted to roll it out as soon as they could to start recouping some of their financial losses. My issue with it is that it, for me, it does not contain the same spirit of adventure and fun that KOTOR 1 and 2 had. In those I really felt like I was part of a Star Wars adventure. A lot of the combat becomes grinding and boring with no other purpose than to increase one's levels. I tried the PVP and PVE and found them equally cumbersome. I am a casual player and really just wanted to enjoy PVE games like I did in the KOTOR series. Perhaps I am not the type of player they are looking for in the big scheme of things but my money pays the bills just as much as someone who plays PVP daily after coming from work or school so players like me should be considered. Unless you play PVE and PVP group games routinely gear mods cap around 30th level. New powers cease after around 25th level, at least from my experience thus far. I was hoping for a much more story-driven game that develops the background and trials of your character instead of a two dimension hack and slash, basically a glorified dungeon run. I feel that Bioware needs to go back to the roots of what made KOTOR successful. Until they are able to do that my money and interest will go to other games. I personally do not think they have the capital, nor the available talent, necessary to save this game. It saddens me because I had high hopes for SWTOR.
  2. Thanks to everyone who posted here. Was having some problems with this myself but the different tactics set me back on track.
