A few customers have told me that our servers have better usa game pings so maybe shopping around for a new ISP may help. Coming from country Victoria, I have 230-280 with occasional spikes in the 300s. Guess it would depend on what is causing the high latency.

Once it's out of Aussie BB servers, it is out of our hands in terms of routing. We cannot change the routing. We do recommend ping and tracer tests. If the delay is happening on our server, then we will escalate it, but if its occurring on a telstra link, the transpacific cable, or in the USA, then we do not have the ability to change that. This is straight from our level 2s. For her connection, I recommend doing the usual troubleshooting to see where the lag is occurring but generally short of moving, there is little to be done. Also, depends on her connection and whether its fibre, fttn, or fixed wireless or wireless. I would not be shocked for a fixed wireless or wireless connection to have a higher latency. Sadly. As for a ping time of 400, we would say unfortunate and high but it's a USA east coast server.

Dont do this. You'll waste your time. I currently work in tech support at Aussie BB. Here's what I'd tell you. Sorry, this is a routing issue and once it leaves our network, we are not responsible for extra hops as we have no control over them. Please take up the issue with the end server as lag time is either them or an issue with the other hops outside our network. We do not troubleshoot high ping to overseas games especially on USA east coast or anything over the trans Pacific cable. #truth

Where is your proof of this? I am somebody and I liked Kotfe, and really loved KOTET. It was interesting. I enjoyed it on my agent, so yeah, a non force user. I think KOTET and Revan tie for most interesting in my opinion. I was totally bored with the vanilla story. I hated makeb. Left for a bit, came back and started KOTFE and loved it so much I subbed. Yesterday it had significantly reduced to about 228 from 360. ( up from the original 186 on west coast). Today it's about 230-356. It's considerably unstable but not experiencing super high spikes. I think it'll probably stabilise to 228 for me over the next week.

You don't indicate which server. I recommend including that information so they can ensure its full. As for not expecting it, well there are...people claiming that the Satele Shan is dead and panicking and probably recreating toons on SF. It was announced that there are too many people for 1 USA server. If people are freaking or experimenting then yes, this will happen. Full servers is what you all wanted. Not the first time for a full server queue

I'm from the Fallen Knights. There's a few of us around but they've gone on to join big guilds with their mains. One of the guys is stationed in the Pacific so APAC and loves ops, the rest of us were in Australia. We would do a couple of opsa week until a few months ago
