I much enjoyed played a Scoundrel Scrapper back in 1.1 and 1.2. Did all normal class and planet quests, and tried Eternity Vault in a large group. All they keep saying "stay in range", don't go in melee. But the Scrapper has 90% has melee and only for surprise attacks. A few times I negelcted the warning and died very quickly on those big bad bosses. Quick conclusion: Scrappers are useless in PVE high end content.
Then I switched to be healer and this is actually awesome, and well I got the bonusses for Kolto Cloud. So, all of this means all Scoundrels in PVE simply have no choice other then to use at least 31 skill points in Sawbones tree. So you might as well remove all level 3 and higher from Scrapper and Dirty Fighting just as well. Also in 1.4 these rules will still hold if you wanne do PVE like Eternity Vault, Explosive Conflict, Lost Island HM. Sucker Punch, Flying Fists, once it was awesome, now I cannot use it anymore.
