  3. Its obvious that they somehow are going to get tweaked, because there are A LOT of them in every single BG. I was once the only warrior where the rest was sorcerer or mercanery, it was a nightmare. If they really arent going to make changes to those 2 classes, this game is going to die, because everyone is caster and there will be no melee and alot of people are going to call it quits including me unfortunallety. I gave up WoW for this and I'm starting to regret it being a Marauder vs all thoe ranged everysingle time. Im really unmotivated. So please, let us know IF things are actually going to change and this game is going to be more melee friendly.. if not, im out of here.
  4. Could you perhaps link your spec? Is the talent Phantom a must? It reduces my damage while force camouflage is active by 100%

  7. So I play a lvl 50 Marauder and right now its a nightmare in Warzones. I get 2 shotted by operatives, 2 shotted by mercenarys etc. How much better will we get with full gear? Do we still die so fast? Its really frustrating to only meet ranged classes in game. Im always the only one or with someone else as melee in every single Warzone. This is just getting very old and makes me want to /unsubscribe, because Im really having no fun at all on my Marauder and I don't want to leveling something else, becuse it will take to much of my time. I consider myself as a good pvper with around 7 years of pvp experience and never felt so squishy on a melee:( It can also be that I only have 3 champion items. Legs,hands and ring with 136 expertise. So we will get better surviveabillity with better gear or do we still get 2-3 shotted by most classes? Anywhere I move in a Warzone there is someone behind or infront of me with a cannon shooting on me or a sorcerer with lightnings. Its really pissing me off and I'm not motivated to keep grinding for gear right now. Please help me and motivate me to keep playing my Marauder Thanks in advance
  8. Well, I don't mind the effort. its ok to be the hardest class to play as long as it is the most rewarded thing. So my question is if thats the case?

  13. We all should wait till lvl 50 and full geared, since thats where the game is balanced around. Not low lvls. When a Marauder/Sentinel is full geared, it will take a lot less damage than at lvl 49 without gear. def scales better than attack. Marauder/Sentinel is a challange which is great for skilled/experienced people. I rather not play something easy, because that just doesn't reward me enough and I get bored eventually. It's a blast killing as a Marauder/Sentinel, but killing as a Sorcerer/Trooper or Scoundrel isn't worth my time.
  14. LOL. They need to start making the class (ranged in general) harder to play. The character will actully spin around while casting for you!! HOW more EASYMODE can it be? A melee who moves around to avoid getting hit by the ranged does not work. They can start by removing this ridiculous thing

  16. I so *********** hope your right about this:D this makes me very happy tho. Im currently lvl 46 and can't wait to get 50 and gear up. If this is really true, I'm *********** happy of playing a marauder. Please tell me more about the 50 brackets when geared and how better marauders can be vs other classes at full potentional when other classes also play at full potentional
  17. Your such a jerk. There is nothing wrong with giving melee also ranged attacks since there is a huge advantage for being a range class right now. And dont forget we are force users, so its not weird having ranged abillities as a marauder at all.
  18. Hey all! I'm just suggestioning some thoughts of mine for the Marauders/Sentinels. So no need to flame, but instead discuss. -Cloak of pain now also absorbs Ranged/Magic attacks by X amount and build up extra fury when attacked. This will make ranged less spammable like commandos with turret and sorceres with lighting. or -Cloak of pain now makes you immume for knockbacks and stuns while active and the skill takes 10 seconds now instead of the current effect -A slowed abilllity from range distance so that you don't have to jump in with force leap so you dont get knocked back, but can just start with the ranged slow. Saber Ward now also makes you immume for slow effects and reflects one ranged abillity back the the target and silence him for 2 seconds and cooldown is reduced to 1.5 minutes. This makes the ranged class to actually fake cast and not just spam. These are only thoughts to help counter off ranged classes. Together might help the developers out with ideas!
