Q: With the coming new 1.4 Update, what is the reason behind relics that cost 400 Daily Commendations but only marginally better or new Black Hole gear* that costs 350 Black Hole Commendations
A: The side effect of PTS is that occasionally items that are not intended for live made it up there and unfortunately that specific item was the case of that. So that item in particular is going to be removed, reviewed, and hopefully a better version will come out in a future update.

iirc, there were new relics on the pts for minimal increase at a cost of 400 daily comms and when asked a dev said the relics were incorrect and they would be made better. that's the last i saw of it, not sure if the new ones will be in 1.4.

By your own logic, HM LI is tuned for players at columi(+) level, too, but that isn't clearly marked anywhere in game, either.

BW should be grateful to every ex-subscriber for giving them tons of constructive feedback on how to save their game and make it fun to play. In fact I and many others which are long gone would deserve a free comeback lifetime sub around v2.0.

All the RP-PVE onto Lord Adraas. Or at least as many as we could handle. No offense to Ebon Hawk.. but we were designated the RP Mega Server by most of the RP Community and 9/10 times our server load is higher with a more active community. I've actually seen several people coming from Ebon Hawk talking about how dead it is. So yeah, all your RP-PVE are belong to us.

It's amateur hour at Bioware. They don't even have the Types of servers listed, or categorized by Region on the Account page, shown at https://account.swtor.com/user/account/transfer.
if you have chars on a server, it will be noted...
and every avail transfer is going to the exact same type and time zone.
