  1. I'm not sure what the quote above means. How can you do something earlier than you did? I left the house earlier than I did. I left work earlier than I did. I got up earlier than I did. I unsubbed SWTOR earlier than I did. I tried it a few times but couldn't get it to work earlier than I did.
  2. Anchorhead - Republic I unsubbed today with 1 day left on my monthly subscription. I really enjoy this game, especially the PvP. Unfortunately the steadily decreasing population has ruined it for me. I'll come back one day if the servers are ever merged. Has anyone else unsubbed because of low population issues?
  3. finally bit the bullet and unsubbed today. I really enjoy this game, and the PvP aspect of it. The fact that I have to wait until afternoon on a weekend to get a full group in a WZ pretty much makes it unplayable. will resub when there are merges.
  4. I'm on anchorhead as well. Just unsubbed. Wish it didn't come to this but if there are merges, I'll give it another shot.
  5. I don't see many people wanting to leave a fully functional server to go join a dying one.
  6. just unsubbed today because of server population issues spoiling the game for me. That's too bad because I really enjoyed this game when there were enough people to pvp with. I've got other single player games to play until this one addresses the issue. as for transfers, it can wipe my legacy.. at least the game would be playable again.
  7. because of this very issue. I'm sorry BW, I really enjoy the game but the republic population on anchorhead is causing big issues for me. Now it has one less person Q'ing for WZs. When there isn't enough to get a full group going on a weekend, that makes it even worse. I'll be back when there are merges.
  8. Thanks everyone for the responses. Overall the burst from AP looks better than gut in a direct comparison. My thought process for taking gut over AP was a little different. I wouldn't take gut to actively put myself into melee situations to use. More so as a situational tool to use IF i ended up in a melee situation. Then I could use gut to stack a dot on IR, and still have sticky gren (shares the cooldown with AP). Maybe that's still a bad tradeoff. I like the assault build and was trying to think of a way to help it out when it does come to melee fights. Perhaps the 23/18 build accomplishes this better. I'll try that one out as well.   10. Thanks for the quick response. So going higher in either tree you found better for ammo vs dmg/utility return? Do you have a few examples of what you found better about full tactics or full assault rather than combining the two? Currrntly I'm half way through the assault tree. Looking at what comes higher in the tree... it looks pretty good, but so do some of the reachable skills in tactics I guess.
  11. Hi all, Has anyone played around with Vanguard specs utilizing Gut from tactics + Indendiary Round from assault? This is strictly for PvP purposes. TLDR I'm of course going to try it out myself and see what works for me. Just curious if anyone else has had similar thoughts and used a similar build. I haven't seen much (any) info on this so I realize it's probably not optinal min maxing or cookie cutter. However for my own playstyle it looks like it has some promise. Currently level 25 so it will take some time to get the key skills. Right now half way up the assault tree I'm doing pretty good damage in WZ's. Especially when I'm not forced into close ranged 1v1 combat. For when it does get to close ranged, the added DoT from Gut and some of the other goodies in the tactics tree look tempting. Mainly reduced cooldown on interupt, %90 armor ignore on HIB, boosted crit, boosted ion pulse dmg, reduced cooldown on harpoon. This is what the base spec would look like.   12. perhaps you play on a server where the population is high enough to get a full WZ group on a SATURDAY afternoon. I don't. So yeah, there's good reason for that stick and where it is.

  14. I just wanted to add that I support the OP on this now mega thread. If you cut all the argueing and trolling out, the core issues here are very real. This game, played on a low populated server, does not provide a quality experience. Because of the game structure it's a very complicated issue to fix. Nobody wants to reroll, server merges are touchy from a variety of reasons, "cross server" fixes do not adress all issues (poor economy, community, etc). Putting all of the challenges aside, a combination of server merges (to balance populations the best they can), and some other solutions (cross server etc), would be best. Bottom line is. I really enjoy this game. I want to play it for a long time and I want it to succeed. Re rolling for me is not an option, I'd even pay for character transfers at this point. However, if something isn't done I just cannot continue to play this game. I'd really prefer it didn't come to that.
  15. just please do something. playing on a low pop server is killing the game for me. GTN activity is just part of it.
