  2. Lets be honest. This tier was easy. There's nothing challenging at all. And how do you define top end guilds? every guild that has everything full cleared and the titles can be considered one.
  3. No no, i do understand an we've had bugs too mostly on pylons though, but i find it weird how we down him everyweek and never have these problems Sucks for everyone that does though
  4. He's right though. MY guild has downed soa 2 or 3 times now and the only REAL problem we've been having is the RNG of getting hit by balls and getting thrown around right after. other than that everythings been working fine
  5. the way we deal with that is we full burn jarg so he doesn't one shot anyone then let sorno enrage and then just burn him. no one gets 1 shot and you can outheal his damage. I will say again that 16 man is easier.

  7. My guild members have done 16m said there is like 1 boss that is harder if anything. i've cleared 8 man nm so i'm the best eva mayne.

  9. Agreed. I hope TOR actually makes the game so that the difficulty is balanced for every tier so that it doesn't matter which you are doing. I couldn't careless what the lead designer says . Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I don't believe the lead designer is raiding every week like most of us are. In fact he's probably basing his facts of what other people may have said which may or may not be truthful. SOA is hard as **** in 8 man because you require 8 people who aren't stupid and can play properly and not screw things up every second. No matter what 16 man is more lenient towards raiding in every aspect. - less than twice as much hp - more than twice the amount of dpsers - you can lose 2 or more players and still comfortably kill the boss. just those 2 makes it 100% easier. There are some mechanics like tank swapping that have to be addressed but aren't really anything crazy.
  10. truth. 16man is easier no matter what, you have less than double the health pools and more than double the dps. Think about it. there are maybe 2 or 3 mechanics that are different and the healing and more dps make up for it by 10000000. some people really need to get a clue
  11. You are dumb as bricks if you think 16 man is harder than 8 man. Every guild that has raided both can tell you 16 man is so much more lenient just because if you lose a dps or 2 or even a healer you can still down the boss with no difficulty whatsoever. The damage is bigger but that's also why you double up on heals. My guild has cleared nightmare and just so you know SOA is 100x harder on nm for 8 mans than it is on 16 man. and don't you forget it.

You know that using your trinkets and using your adrenals = more time cause of the cool down? which means 1 sec for trink and 1 sec for adrenal means 4.5 second cast total. not to mention you have to be lucky as hell for both moves to crit. What you're referring to if pretty unrealistic considering it's based alot on luck lol I mean maybe it could happen but chances are slim and you have to use adrenal and trinket.
  14. long hair don't care about PVP. PVP is honestly impossible to balance because every class cries like they're 12. I like my sorc in every aspect.
  15. That's horribly wrong. The sniper in my guild is MM and he can't do 13k dmg in 2 gcds and he has full rakata.
  16. I just hate the fact that when you switch to rakata gear it seems like you're losing alot of surge and gaining alot of alacrity and crit makes me sad
  17. Is there any DEV posts about it to clarify this? ALSO did anybody run any sims in reference to this?
  18. A good portion of the DPS gear for sorcerers has accoracy on it. But why? People are saying that it doesn't help but when you read it, says it lowers resistance but does that mean it lowers it beyond 0 which means attacks do more damage? If this is actually the case would mean accuracy is a decent stat or maybe it's only for pvp? need some insight on this pl0x
  19. Sims are sims, they can't account for everything as there is to much RNG into these games. They are a good baseline but unless you can provide ingame proof : IE World of Logs in WoW then there is no basis but it's a good start.
  20. According to Sith Warriors sims, 0/13/28 is the best dps spec currently. When they fix double dipping it will still be probably but the others will be really close so you can play what you like
  21. it is still the most efficient AOE heal in the game therefore have a sorcerer healer is very important.
  22. not sure what you mean. I have never seen this happen once and if anything once force surge procs i use it generally to upkeep force. haven't encoutnered this bug
  23. My guess would be probably Madness and Lightning sorcs considering the dots are most useful there but pure dot class would probably be madness
  24. I think he means yellow being ability damage? and white being an auto attack
