This game is starting to suck because of the ridiculous lag.
What makes it worse is that when you open a ticket, you get a message returned telling you to use a guide that they have come up with to help reduce the lag. So I read the guide and did everything they suggested and I am still getting insufferable lag (like every 20 mins gettin booted from the game).
It seems like everytime you complain about the lag, you are getting ignored and no response from customer service.
If they have time to write an auto-generated guide every time the word lag is used in a ticket, then you would think that Bioware and EA would fix the problem because they obviously know about it.
I think they care more about attracting new people rather than fixing the existing problem, and that is going to drive people away as there are a lot of subscribers getting to the end of their tether with this lag. (I know I am and I am seriously considering cancelling my subscription). :mad::mad:
