That 33k hit was on a PVE geared sage lol. But yeah I was getting trained that match but not too much. Snipers are incredibly durable if you know how to cycle DCDs

I play Merc quite a bit and have recently switched to an alacrity build. I am rocking 104.99% accuracy, 37% crit, 68% surge, and a little over 10% alacrity. Seems like the big hits are about the same, but the overall damage is quite a bit more. I really think it's personal preference when gearing out toons, but I would try that build. Alacrity is pretty over looked right now I feel like.

Honestly gearing is a lot of personal preference but I've done a lot of testing and have found a mix of crit and alacrity to be the best for overall damage. I was rocking crit and power but have found my hits to be the same with the power replaced by alacrity. My current build is 37% crit, 104.99% accuracy, and 8-9% alacrity. I'm still hitting over 20k ambushes and am doing over 3k dps in regular warzones on a consistent basis.

Yeah I've been rocking Annihilation spec all pre-season and it's a blast. It puts out great damage with DoT spread and single target if you can stay on someone. I love it for the pressure it puts on healers. Right now the spec is easily my fav in all types of PvP play. Not the easiest spec to play, but when you get it it's pretty brutal. I'm rocking regular ranked set, but my buddy has a high endurance one he's been using for solo ranked and seems to be a lot more survivable. Glad you're having fun with it!

I honestly don't think anyone cares whether you play this game or not. It's not any different without you. I've seen you in some matches before, and frankly you're not a nice player. Stay out of the game and forever complain on the forums. I don't give a ****. It's better not having bads wanting **** handed to them anyways.

They're actually one of the best to play in team ranked with the right comp. Some of the best teams in this game have a MM sniper and focus on doing traditional brutal hard swaps. The meta is constantly changing in terms of different strategies, but sniper is really strong right now.

OP said that he mostly plays PVE. In that case, you'd want to roll an annihilation marauder. They are the second highest sustained dos in the game right now. Fury spec is second to last.

leap>zen>zealous strike>blade rush>precision>blade dance>(break at .2 seconds to cut animation)>clashing blast>dispatch. This will give you 100% armor pen on your full blade dance and clashing blast while autocritting on dispatch after. This is the opener you want to use for highest potential burst.
