I finally got the chest piece last night myself and only paid $25K for it, almost half what I paid for the helmet. It's nice to be running around in armor that is not seen on every other toon now. Check the market constantly when you get a chance, I literally had landed at fleet, checked the market and posted a few items and it wasn't there. I went to get some supplies, figured I'd check the market again before I left and low an' behold there it was. Snatched that armor up so fast I must of damaged the game client, had 3 CTD afterwards.

Credit sellers use them to acquire funds, hyper-inflats the economy, ect, ect.

Just trying to locate some decent weapons for Torian... Havent really paid attention to any of the planetary vendors to see if they carry anything. I know world drops are well....non exsistent it seems and GTN has a few but they are either way under level or still to high of level just yet. Any pointers much appreciated! P.S. Still looking for TT-15A Chest Armor piece on Shadow Hand Server!!! Farming for it seems full of fail.

Nope....not the TT-15A pieces, Chest and Helmet are rare drops, rest is bought with comms.

The level 40 Venerable Paragon or Vindicator moddable boots look very good with this set.

Not trying to make it seem like he did something wrong, but I'm not one to pull punches as they say either. MOST of the issues people have with this game and the solutions involved come down to one thing. Paying attention. Yes he can go clean out Balmorra, at the same time though how much comprehension was needed to understand also that he would have too in order to progress his class quest, yet he wanted to find a level appropriate planet to continue? See my point?

Well considering in your quest list it gives a reccomended level for each quest and I believe Balmorra is listed earlier then Nar Shadda both in level and in presentation order maybe you might want to pay closer attention to what your doing instead? Options there, not Bioware's fault you didn't think ahead.

Noticed this myself. Unload literally at times takes 20+ seconds to come off cool down during some fights.

And this is why you dont skip content, and do it around the suggested level. You'll have to finish your class quest on Balmorra if you want it to advance.

Spent all evening yesterday farming this sucker with no luck and of course I never spotted one on the GTN. Back to farming I guess.

As a Merc learn the beauty of Concussion Missle on an elite that locks them down for a solid minute. Thats one out of the fight, have Khem start tanking the other, use whatever CC you have left if there is another one. Make sure however not to AOE near the locked down elite. Take out the strong/trash mobs while keeping an eye on your tank. Its always better to kill the weaker enemies first while distracting the stronger ones, it lowers the overall DPS towards your group faster. Also...get a level or two above the mission, you'd be surprised how much of a difference 1-2 levels can effect survivability in this game.

I off heal when I can, but like how I put it to one group member I had who questioned my healing methods I simply said, "In the time it takes me to heal you from half health to full I can have an elite more then half dead....without you even touching them. You really want to complain about my healing or help kill the *****!" I make pew pews....not heal boo boos.

Can anyone point me in the direction on how to accquire these? I play as a Merc but absolutely love this armor's black and red color scheme. I was under the impression that certain quest on Taris were involved, but all I've seen drop are Mercenary Elite pieces, and frankly...they look like crap. I'm a Merc...I don't want happy blueish or goldish colored armor. I've got the Helmet, Gloves and Greeves. Any help appreciated. By any chance are these pieces Power Tech only quest drops?

Options are limited it seems for Bounty Hunters at lower levels. It's either use a ventilator type mask (like what Malgus wears) which actually look pretty good in my opinion if you find one to match your armor or you get the fugly frying pan with a towel glued to it. I didn't get my first T-Visor helmet until level 34, don't know if any similar types are avalible below 30. The Athiss Flash Point drops one of the frying pan helmets with a half face visor, redish/black color. Edit: Also drops a ventilator type mask also.

You obviously have never witnessed a Bounty Hunter do mob juggling. Doesn't involve Tracer at all, matter of fact it involves general Bounty Hunter skills. Does require knowing your class and mob mechanics. Tracer is just a bonus for us Mercs to annoy you haters.

What gets me is why are people only using tracer? If I'm fighting strong mobs...yes. If I'm fighting Champions or Elites....yes. If I'm fighting 3-4 spawn regular mobs....I use a mix between Explosive Dart, Rapid Shots, Missle Blast and Flame Thrower to mix things up and fight on the move while keeping targets off their feet. Yeah you build heat, but there's a button for that too both during and after obliteration of the masses.

So does it give the next quest immediately after the Cantina sceen or do you have to gain moe affection to trigger it? I did the Cantina part...and I think maybe (and I'm probably wrong) a sceen immediately after on my ship but haven't heard anything else out of Mako.

And look into how many people took time off, already had time off due to holidays/end of year events and then factor that into the big picture when it comes to active players a month ago. Big difference between active players and active accounts.

Your results may vary I will concede on that part, but for the most part some people need that extra bit of healing on tough fights. Like you I used a DPS companion the majority of the time except for really tough fights, I never had problems with elites, but you and I may be better at controlling the flow of the fight also due to knowing what abilities to chain together, ect, that negates the need for healing. I made that point from my own personal observations, not saying it was set a set in stone fact or requirement.

I had absolutely no problem on that planet as a Guardian. The issue I notice with most people who play Guardian and have trouble killing elite type mobs is usually the same two things......
