  1. 1. You don't get your ship until your Level 10. 2. Like the other Space Missions they have different ones for different levels. 3. We're talking about SWTOR, not Demon's Souls. About 90% of this game can be done Solo. How did it get there?? Like I said in the original post. "In the end it turns out someone on Tatooine (or some other planet) got really angry at you and put a bounty on your head." Your doing good / bad deeds (Light Side / Dark Side), totally ruining the plans of your Enemy. How is it possible not to have someone on your oppossing side not want to take revenge.
  2. Totally False. With any Space Mission in SWTOR all you have to do is hit the "ESC" button and you have the option of leaving that mission. Or, for anyone that prefers the more predictable game where they know whats going to happen next; it could be left as a mission on the Mission Terminal of your Ship.
  3. After you've played a few missions on a planet you decide to take your Ship from Tatooine to another planet, or Fleet. After you set coordinates and go to light speed your Ship suddenly shakes and you hear a loud noise. Your Ship's Robot warns that you are under attack. Initial scans of the opposing Ship is a disign that of a Bounty Hunter. The scene switches to the outside view of your Ship as you go one on one with your attacker. The Dog Fight could then follow multiple paths: 1. You win the Dog Fight. You continue to your destination 2. Your Ship gets caught in a Tractor Beam. The Attackers board your Ship and you fight till you win, or get captured. If you get captured, you then have the opportunity to escape abord the oppossing Ship and take it over. 3. Your Ship gets badly damaged, you finally get to use that Escape Pod. In the end it turns out someone on Tatooine (or some other planet) got really angry at you and put a bounty on your head. Or a scenario that brings in your Guild and puts the MMO back in SWTOR. Your Ship gets stopped by a massive Starcruiser. Try as you might to fight, you don't have the fire power to take it out. You try to outrun it, but it's Tractor Beam pulls in your ship (and would also inhibit you from using your Escape Pod). After being captured aboard the Starcruiser: 1. Unbeknownst to your Captors you have a special signaling device and you are able to notify your Guild Mates. Between 4 and 20 members of your Guild can board a Shuttle at Fleet and mount a rescue. OR If your Guild is not around, or you don't have one: 2. You could use the Group Finder. They could add a special mission, Search and Rescue. 3. Your on your own with your Companions. You escape. But before you do, you need to shut off the Tractor Beam. While your at it, you have the option to sabotage the Starcruiser and watch it explode as you fly away in your Ship (earning Light or Dark points). One Space Mission, multiple random paths and endings, never get bored.
  4. Star Trek Online has had a cosmetic feature since day one. It doesn't cost real money, only fake ingame money that you earn on missions. The way it works is as follows; on every Starbase is a Taylor. At the Taylor you can fully recustomize your Character using the character creator. This goes for your Companions as well. Thats right, you can fully customize your Companions (aka Bridge Officers) however you want. You can even fully customize the colors of your uniform to whatever your preference. The character creator is even more indepth. At least 50 hairstyles. You can customize your Character from head to foot literally. For example, you could make the head fat or skinny, eye spacing, length of arms, size of chest, fingers, legs and feet. Another good example of recustomizing your Character that uses this same feature is Saint's Row 2 and 3. How you create your Charcter in Saint's Row series is reflected in the cut scenes.
  5. It would actually make sense when you consider your character can earn Light and Dark side points. Here is one of the ways it could be done. For example, if you have a Jedi and he / she through choices reaches Dark level 3, then that Jedi would be able to switch sides / faction. They could make a special Flash Point mostly with choices so that it could help mold or reverse whichever side you are currently on. Like the cave on Dagobah (TESB). It might even open up a new type of game play. What if your in a Guild, Republic side (all members are either Light or Dark) , your turning to the Dark side would get you expelled. Then you would be able to join a Guild on the Empire side. You can then create a new type of PVP game play with Guild (Rep) vs Guild (Imp). Just like in Star Wars fashion there could be a mission / warzone where your ex-Guild would try to get you to turn back to the Light side. If your ex-Guild wins, you have a final choice of what side you want to be on. If your new Guild wins, your path on the Dark side continues, consume you it will.
  6. Has this ever happened to you, or something like it? On mission, you see a Chest being guarded by NPCs. As you finish taking your targets out, you see another player taking the contents of that Chest and run away. This happened to me a week ago, and it was done by a player who was at a higher level then me so it was not like I could beat him in a Duel. As he ran away he said, "no Chest for you". So here is my Idea: When you see a Chest being guarded by NPCs you left click on it, marking that you have already claimed it after battle (left clicking just like choosing an enemy target). After you mark it yours, you would have five (5) seconds to enter battle for said Chest otherwise the Marker would expire. So no one could abuse it, if you Mark the Chest three (3) times and don't enter battle for it then there would be a twenty four hour cool down period. It could be like a passive ability, i.e., Emergency Fleet Transport.
  7. I just checked. The SWTOR SK has gone back to original format. I can see the numbers again. They are listening, there is hope.
  8. Your right ! It must be the twin Suns of Tatooine having an effect on me.
  9. I'm not surprised you noticed my multiple posts. Your a Gamer, and Gamers are good at noticing things. The point of the multiple posts is to make sure BW notices them and reads them. It's the squeaky wheel that gets the oil. If nothing is done then my Theory is correct. The "Suggestion Box" is not for Gamers to submit "New Ideas", it's a Message Board used to humor gamers. Case in point. The Suggestion Box is meant to submit an Idea for BW to read ideas and put into play said ideas if they (BW) like it. I talked with their Robot via the Ticket Window in game. I spoke with a live Agent via phone. Both told me the same thing, go to the Forum. So this is whats transpiring: Spoke with CS -----------directs me---------> Forum -----------which is supposed to go CS. I have been working with Customers for about 23 years. All they had to say while I was on the phone with them was, "Thank you for informing us of the complication you are having with the latest SWTOR SK update. I will forward your information to the proper department. As you know we are always updating our product and sometimes things don't always work out as intended. Please know the latest update was not the last update and we will continually try to improve the quality of our product." But no, thats not what they said. They said, Go to the Forum and submit a post." So again, I'm not surprised you saw my multiple posts. The question is, will BW.
  10. Recenty BioWare updated the Security Key (SK) for the Android App. The Good: It no longer crashes. The Bad: They changed the Color Format. Originally it was a Light Brown backround with the Eight (8) Digit Code being Bright Yellow. Now they made it Dark Brown backround with the Eight Digit Code being Dark Blue. It takes about 30 seconds to make out what the numbers are. A couple time I entered the wrong numbers because they are hard to see. I contacted Customer Service (CS) in game. They contacted me back by live chat. I told CS about the Issue. CS replied that I should put it in the "Suggestion Box". I called up CS and spoke with a live Agent who gave me the same answer. But then finally said they have made a note of the issue. Yes they fixed an issue. But when they fixed the issue BioWare broke the number 1 repair rule; "If it isn't broke, don't fix it." It comes down to this. They took a simple thing, the SK, and made it harder for their Customer. Making things harder for Customers is never good. I love the games Bioware has produced, and have played and replayed most of them. That being said, now I'm starting to worry, what else will they start to fix that isn't broke.

  13. I'm just reinforcing what you said in your original post. It's not like it can't be done. It's not rocket science for them to figure out how to do it. This is a feature that should have been in the game from the start.
  14. Why just match to Chest? The possibilities could be endless if we could get full color cutomization. Instead of a button that says "Unify Colors", make a button that says "Choose Color" where a color palette comes up and we could choose whatever color we want based on our preference. For example; in Star Trek Online you could visit a taylor in any Starbase and for a certain amount of Credits (game money, not real money) you can alter the colors of uniforms to about 50 variations of color. In the Saint's Row series they also use this form of color customization.
  15. If not for the Group finder I would have ZERO (0) Social points. I got this game in January. After countless hours of flagging myself LFG, typing it in the message box, and waiting at the FP terminals I quit SWTOR in late March. What got me angry was not BW's game design, it was the players at the time. I had one group join me to only quit the group after the FP started. I answered the call for a few other players who were calling LFG, but after I told them I would join they said nevermind. I came back a month ago. I have used the Group Finder about about three (3) times per week, and now my social points are just above 1500. I have played WOW and Star Trek Online. In both those games I have NEVER had to use a Group Finder. So to me it's not the host of the party (BW), it's the people that attend the party (most of the Players).
