We are still dealing with this issue, since Friday afternoon. Can someone please look into this so our guild can function again. Thank you.

This has been going on with our guild since Friday afternoon. It's very frustrating for us too. The only work around we have found is that if someone with gkick - reinvite privileges is on, have them kick your char. You will be moved to the fleet. Then they can reinvite to the guild. We are still waiting on responses with our tickets to. It's very frustrating.

Our guild is still experiencing this....since Friday. Most members are unable to play their characters. Please look into this.

Many of my characters were logged out in my guilds Stronghold. As of early yesterday evening, I still have been unable to log into any of them. When choosing the character, there is no loading bar and eventually it times out with the error which reads: Your characters on this server are currently unavailable due to maintenance. Try again at a later time. I can still log into a character who is in another location (unfortunately all characters I play are in the SH though). This is affecting many other members of my guild as well since yesterday afternoon. Server: Ebon Hawk Imperial Side

Hello! Returning player after being out of the game about 2+ years. I know you cannot go back and do Story Quests for your class. But can you go back to the leveling planets and do those quests with a boosted character? Or is that also a no go? Wasn't sure what you had access to once your character goes through the "5 years gone" plot line. Thanks.

Maybe they are allowing this to offload some of the players to their more suitable servers and then they will take a look at populations on the US/EU servers and look at transfers then? There's no way they will make people stay on their "dead" servers forever. Patience.

They really should just merge some servers, let them rest for 30 days and then open up (free) transfers. It would probably bring some people back who ended up on very low pop servers and ended up quitting because there were 15 people in Fleet every night at prime time.

I love it!

Our guild rerolled about 6 weeks ago now, and have all caught up to where we were on our other 50's. We've raided the content we had already cleared and we're much happier on the new server. Rerolling isn't all that hard, and in the long run, makes your gaming much more enjoyable when you're on a better server.

And they are doing their universal response of closing threads.

...and the servers are down for a few more hours! What are you up to?

I just want the servers to come back up.

My entire guild (about 20 of us at the time) decided to say screw it on waiting for transfers. We up and rerolled and just two weeks later, we're about to start raiding again. Why waste your time ranting about something you won't change and just work around it? Taking a few weeks to start over on a much more populated server isn't the worst thing in the world. We couldn't be happier now.

I'm almost certain this is something that will be coming up in the first year. So many other MMO's have it. There's no reason they wouldn't put it in. =)

This is a great site to give you an idea of the server populations and how they have changed in the last month or so. http://www.torstatus.net/shards/us We chose ours based on it being a high pop server with just about everything. While we have only a handful of folks who RP, I see it in various places like cities and even the fleet! Good luck on your search!

Same people who complained for years that Everquest was way too hard and "I'll never get anywhere!!!" are now saying "Well I got through everything and I'm outta here!". Silly people.

This thread reminds me of the crying us EQ1 players did when EQ2 and WoW came out. No like, literal crying! It was sad.
