  1. You can purchase it from the Fleet Comm vendor for 125 fleet comms. I got 3 yesterday. You have to purchase the lvl 7 crafting material boxes. There are lvl 6 and 8 as well. Edit: I didn't notice the bump date lol
  2. There is a person right in front of the corsucant departure elevator on the fleet that will give you a quest that will direct you to your advanced trainer on the fleet.
  3. Since you already have a 400 cybertech, I'm assuming you'll have close to maxed out scavenging and U.T.? Armormech uses those exact mats so you'll have a very easy time getting mats to level your Armormech. That will let you take 2 different gathering professions like slicing, arch, etc., purely for profit purposes. Plus, slicing can get you crafting missions and augments right now so that's a little bonus imo.
  4. Yep, I've noticed the exact same thing with my smuggler w/ cybertech. I've always received Redoubt first at least from what I remember.
  5. Odibin Lighthammer I got the name from watching Blade II. The big bald pureblood vampire was named Odibin and the translation was lighthammer. Plus lighthammer works pretty well for a light side DPS:)
  6. Thanks a lot! I had a feeling that was what was happening.
  7. I don't PVP much so I can't help you there but there are daily PVP missions that also net you some nice income.
  8. Do all your space missions available everyday at least once. Slice every node you come across while questing. 100%profit(some will argue this) You can pick up scavenging and sell mats at a nice price, but only gather from physical nodes while questing. 100%profit(some will argue this) Kill every mob you see and sell all the loot gathered from them to a vendor. IMO don't craft at all. Use your commendations to buy all your gear unless you really need something from the GTN. See about hooking up with a guild. Some higher lvl guys don't mind running you through FP's to get you some nice gear and creds.
  9. So a mission reward of 5000 will always be 5000 and Killing 4 npc's @100xp each will get you 800xp?
  10. I'm having a little trouble understanding this rested xp thing. When rested, you should receive double xp from what I understand. To me that means any xp gained while rested will be doubled i.g, mobs/mission rewards 1. Lets look at space combat as an example for normal kills. You kill an enemy ship, +7xp pops up over your ship. Does this mean I will receive +14xp? I kill 100, it makes a difference of 700 vs. 1400xp 2. Also, when I receive a mission reward of +5000xp. Is that number already doubled? The real mission reward should have been 2500? Or should the mission reward window showing 5000 be 10000 total after accepting? I've tried keeping track of gained xp and the log on the side of the screen confuses me after I've fought a few enemies. If the numbers that appear over your head or in the log are already doubled, that would explain it. I'm in no way QQ'ing as the leveling is fast enough, it's just something that I've noticed.
  11. I've run into this a few times as well. I've found that moving out of cover or off of uneven ground has helped me, though that's just what I've seen. I figured it might just be lag though.
  12. I ran Athiss as a lvl 35 SS with two people that died within 10 secs of spawning, every time. They decided to pull a chain of mobs to me on their way from the medcenter so I was stuck fighting about 10+ at a time by myself. Once we got to the final boss(forgot his name, he's a sith) I had to do it basically by myself once they died. Every time they walked back in, it reset the boss to full health three different times(probably a bug). Once they decided to let me do the entire boss fight by myself, we were able to finish. I did all that with only having to use a Trauma medpack once, when my health fell below 78%. Maybe it was all luck or a glitch or something. They got all the gear and I got my measly +5xp at the end.
  13. Yeah my post was more of an off-topic thought. But I do agree with everything so far:)
  14. I've wondered about this for a while. I only have experience with UT, but it would be really nice to be able to farm these mats from world nodes somehow....Even a vendor would be nice IMO
