  1. Stalinovich Commando Healing 5,269 HPS :: http://imgur.com/rHWCULe
  2. I did not think about that, you actually brought up a good point.
  3. It's just a brainstorming idea, to stop the mass healers queuing. It would only be applied if there was more than 2 healers, also the number could be less. It's not healing output, but healing received.
  4. Agreed my friend. I will not lie, in regs Sorc feel OP, but in reality its that Ops/Mercs are under performing, Mercs being the worst. That gives the false sense of OP. Merc rated healing is not possible going against good dps, Ops could maybe pull it off against a Dot cleave but not a burst comp.
  5. If you say Imps are doing bad on Harbinger, than by all means, please uninstall. I don't know what time you are playing but 70% of the time we are getting rekt on when playing Pubs. I play mostly from 3PM-2Am West Coast US Weekdays/Weekends and IMP pre-mades are a cause of the problem but the real problem is the lack of veteran/skilled players on pub side. A good majority of the PUB pvp players are fresh 65's (Check their gear and valor) or just PVE guys queing in for a daily. Also another major issue is people leaving the WZ.... RIGHT AFTER IT STARTS. Literally, the speeders pop up in civil war and 1-2 guys quit. Same in void star, if the door gets planted on in the first minute the rage quitters come. The best part? Their usually s***** to begin with. How come we still don't have debuffs for leaving the WZ? Like 10 minutes would suffice if you leave the WZ after it starts. I propose Bioware take away the free instant 65 TO NEW PLAYERS. One should not be able to make a toon straight 65 and go PvP the first day. No, doesn't work like that. If you want to get an instant 65 than please grind like the rest of us have been doing and after you get your first 65 you will be granted a free Instant 65. In addition to this, I believe that you should have at least 40 valor before queuing up for 65 PvP. 40 valor is not very hard to get if you run a few wz while leveling. But if you have more than one toon, than having 60 valor legacy wide should be the other req if the toon doesn't have 40 valor. This will not slow down ques but will minimize on the random scrubs who decide to come in to 65 PvP who have no idea what the hell they are doing. Yes experience creates good players, but first you must learn the basics. Read the forums/youtube, watch a live streamer play. This was my first MMO, I didn't just bash my head against the wall when I kept loosing. I said "Hmm how are they winning the WZ? How are they using their abilities? Why can't I seem to stun him when hes glowing purple like that? Research other classes, play other classes, and read some guides. Sure it takes up some time, but that time is rewarded and plus all the other people in the WZ will appreciate you knowing what you are doing. Another thing I think they could implement is a Raid Debuff if there is more than 2 healers per team (Imp team has 3 healers, pubs have 2 than the Imps get a debuff for to "Healing received" or vice versa) This healing fest on the Harbinger is absolutely ridiculousness. Honestly when a Sorc pulls over 5k HPS it doesn't even impress me. When an OP/Merc can do it, I give him/her some props. This may seem bias in a sense, but I have been playing for awhile now and it just seems that Imps are always running more heals/healers. The only time Republic seems to get healers is if a decent guild such as mine or a few others are running premades with a healer. My counter to this is apply a raid debuff to the team running more than 2 healers. Ex: 3 healers are in a match, everyone gets a 20% healing received to them (This is just a general number, maybe 15% would be more fair?) Reason I say give them a debuff is because we can't tell the Devs to make a matchmaking like group finder in a sense where there will be equal amount of roles be team. They just won't do it, and it could slow down the ques drastically even if the PvP quality did improve, but I doubt it because they have allowed FOTM to rule the game this long. (If you play FOTM, you are whats killing the game. If you find your class to easy to play and than play something else a little more challenging, it feels way more rewarding healing on a merc than a sorc) My 2 cents. I have been playing far too long to keep silent and let this FOTM/game in balance go by. It's really taking the enjoyment out of the game to the point I don't even que for Regs anymore without at least 2 other people. I believe the devs only actually fix #### is when a major patch roles through. They don't even just make minor adjustment to stats or game play midweek. Granted on some occasions (recently). Why don't you guys make small changes every week and see how that goes? It's like race cars with you guys, every few important upgrades you need to tune your car to make sure everything works properly and efficiently. All you Devs seem to be doing is slapping part on to part and no tune. That's why FOTM has been going on for so long, and the same reason we have the same classes under performing... Least we can see from you is "we are looking in to these classes", If you can't fix the PvP balance than let some vets brain storm some ideal balance ideas and create a vote thread where the player base can decide if they want to see those improvements. In the end I feel like I'm just beating a dead horse, but at least I can vent all the frustration I have been going through this past year with PvP.... Thanks if you read till the end. TL;RD: - 20% "Healing Received" raid debuff to any team with more than 2 healers in the WZ, if a healer leaves than the Debuff gets removed. - New players are not allowed Instant 65 till they have at least leveled one 65 manually. We don't give out Bachelor degrees without putting in the work.... - 40 Valor req. on fresh 65 to que 65 regs, or 50 valor on legacy for a new toon to que 65 reg. Maybe higher for rated - Do more class balance on a regularly basis, doing fine tweaks every week and making small changes instead of big ones every half year. - If you must have a great class spec, make it hard to play. High Risk=High Reward ex; Eng/Sab Sniper/Slinger, Car/Combat Sent/Marad.
  6. Really Bioware? You can't even add Armor set like last season? Yet you add decorations? Is it so hard to re skin and add some lights to some armor and make it legacy bound? Seems like that's all you do for the cartel market anyway... Very disappointing, considering I got 1850+ rating to be safe just to get the armor, like last season.
  7. I hope you are being sarcastic, as they were nerfed in damage and some abilities to 10M (Assault Plastiq, Incendiary round) Were you suggesting we use our basic trooper abilities: Hammer shot, Full auto, and Sticky Grenade? What a joke
  8. When playing today I noticed a few bugs that really really disgusted me. While PVPing on my sentinel, when fighting and tried to use some attack abilities it said "Not facing target" multiple times/different occasions/different abilities. For example at the beginning of the game I would find a target and try to force leap and it would say "Not facing target" when the enemy was directly in front of me, and in range. Another instance when I was trying to take down a healer that is sitting in the back free casting (NOT MOVING) and I would start my rotation than all of a sudden I couldn't use any of my damage dealing abilities. Kept saying the same thing over and over on my screen, it was really frustrating not being able to attack a target that is clearly in front of me. You might be saying that it may be my connection but my internet is just fine. How do I know that? I was talking to my buddies in vent the whole time without delay, SWTOR is NOTORIOUS for lagging me out of the game when my internet is doing just fine. Now I am not blaming my internet because all of my guildies were having some what of similar issues where some of their abilities wouldn't work either. On a total separate occasion I was playing my scoundrel healer, we were in the starting zone in civil war and I was throwing some heals on my friend who "CLEARLY IN FRONT OF ME" but yet again, "Not facing target" at this point I was just plain annoyed, on fleet I asked some people about it and they reported similar issues and even other issues (Bugs). I am not sure if its the patch or what, this hasn't really happened to me before... If someone could fill me in on why this might be happening I would be glad to hear it
  9. I'm still confused about the two? Which is better to stack for what type of damage? Which one will make me hit harder with High Impact Bolt and what should I be stacking if im going to be playing the Assualt Spec? Or some info on what the states do.... Thanks
  10. I'm a 45 Guardian and I have plenty of experience from PvPing and I soo agree with you. Im vigilence specced and I just can't dish out damage like some other classes can. I get into people's faces I use relics at least 3-4 a match and I'm avg 150/210k But also getting objective above 6000k a game because I'd rather have a bad dps with great team play (calls out, watch node) then a lone wolf 300k dps. I mean I just feel with all the work with taunting and smashing my keyboard for the rotation and doing this much damage I think we can be boosted a little. Plus survivability is not the best especially because we get Awe so late when gunslingers/snipers get it at a low level. Tbh it really isn't an issue and doesn't weaken us to the point of no fun but we defenatly need toget boosted a bit. That's just MO.
  11. I'm sorry guys but I've stayed quite for far to long, no matter with all the patches and all the new tactics. PvP is just not fair, some classes clearly have advantages over others. For example playing as a Guardian I feel so weak and under powered, first thing I do is leap to a target, from here there's 3 things they can do cc me, knock back, or att me. But clearly its either #1 or #2. You give a sniper/ gunslinger 3 cc's, flash for 8, stun for 4, and a knock back. Plus they can't be interrupted like they use to, or you cant leap when their in cover. *** Bioware are you really giving them such an advantage like the big nuking abilities and 35m range with a cover buff isn't enough? Plus i'm rooted every time I get knock backed and i can get knocked twice simultaneously. Idk about other classes like Mercs, Assassins and stuff but about every class that's powerful gets on? Vanguards don't dish out to much dps and get their asses kicked by all the ccs and knock backs... IMO I think only healers and tanks should have the right of the knockback by giving majority of the classes them it's just like gravity hammer in Halo, Its annoying as **** im sure all of you can agree. Maybe I just need to play the class to get all my abilities to judge? Maybe I don't know how to play even though i've played gunslinger, shadow, vanguard, Merc, Commando, Setinal, Guardian and such. Maybe some of you have your own opinions and strategy. But please Bioware please fix pvp, its only fun when its fair. When im at a disadvantage I don't have fun...
  12. Could you guys send me some links to some possible builds that you would recommend?
  13. Good video, I play on that server and I've played with some of the people you've killed xD
  14. Actually prefure the trooper/robe look. I think they should use some of the juggernaught 50 pvp Designs. Thats the only reason i like Juggernaughts more over Guardians because of the purple lightsabers nad their helmets/chest pieces. Just me but I'm going to have to sign this:D
  15. Hey guys, since we all know that 1.2 is coming tomorrow (for me that is) I'm gonna be rolling a Guardian with my friend to level fast and I want to play as a tank and melee dps. This is how I want to prioritize my role: Tank and then dps. Reason for tanking obviously, want to be hard to kill and to play as a ball carrier in HB. But I don't want to sacrifice my dps either. But im willing to split my trees. Another thing is for tanks is it better to go tanking spec and higher str over endurance if your trying to dps and tank or Tank gear in dps spec? If someone could give some advice to some possible builds? Also prefer burst dps over dots. I been playing a commando which is all about grav round spamming and then switched over to combat medic and really enjoyed it at endgame pvp. Just want to play as a tank so I can guard my friend and not worry about surviving. All advice appreciated!
