  1. this statement seems to verify that server merges will eventually be forced or autmated If i have 8 characters on server A and 4 on server B and 3 on C then what will happen when A, B and C become one? Will i have 15 character slots? What if i only have characters on one server and the server merge happens will i still be limited to 8?
  2. i keep hearing get more power/surge lose all your accuracy... This just sounds stupid to me.. so i went and shot a training dumby only using charged burst about 20 times then i took out 1 power 18 augment and switched it in for a a accuracy augment... this is such a small change 18 for 18 so there shouldnt be much of a difference. but after hitting the dumby 20 times (combat blah mk-5) i did notice a difference try it yourself and see the results yourself. 2200~2300 normal (pwr) 2400~2500 normal (acc) normal = not crit that is a notable difference in favor of acc its possible my power was close to cap or my acc was way low so it could be totally skewed dont forget accuracy = armor pen EVEN EXPERTISE in pvp more then everyone is running around with damage mitigation because of expertise to cut threw that u need accuracy

While in a Warzone on another pc? and i know my grammar and spelling isn't perfect and while distracted and using the wrong tools to type it gets worse i fixed some of it so...ya ah almost forgot... looks like you can only kill the same mobs in an instance 6 times
  4. i have no illusions that its an easy drop to get. Ive been threw kp/ev about 40 times, trash has droped stuff 6 times: 1 exo med 1 schematic exo stim 1 schematic exo adreanal 1 columi ear piece 2 columi implant. each time we killed the least we could so...4~6 mobs per group? 21 groups in kp 13 in ev 136~204 mobs in all. so about 0.00055% to 0.00036% chance to drop im estimating a few numbers... 40 times in each could have been more or less iv got 3 50s that ive been raiding on for the last 4 months both story and hm, more schematics mighta dropped as well and maybe more mobs are in each ops.

The other day i realized i could solo trash while i waited on the others and on the 3rd mob i killed a 25 mod schematic doped woot! so the next day i went back in killed the mobs left reset phase went back and killed em again easy farming no drops but i got the time.... next day... i go in kill mobs... reset... and they dont respawn... ive set hard mode easy mode and 16/8 this sucks i cant farm schematics and a smart 16 m can do trash 8 m then switch to 8m
  6. some items in game have stats on them like green/blue and many belts/bracers. Often these have good stats but not to looks you want. Unfortunately you cant pull the stats out and put them in something you do like... and some items look amazing but dont have slots so you cant improve them. It would be nice to have an Item Merge system for this Example Item 1 Rarity - White Stats - armor 16 Looks- Metal Item 2 Rarity - Custom Stats - Armor mod slot Mod slot Looks Rope When Item 1 is placed in the display slot of the Merge window And Item 2 is placed in the Stat slot teh result is item 3 item 3 Rarity - Custom Stats - Armor mod slot Mod slot Looks Metal
  7. ADD COMPANIONS TO FAMILY TREE I was talking with a guildie about our companion storyline and about who we married.... but how could i marry risha who is jelly of other girls and marry my other character? So my family tree is inaccurate with out my companions

I love how if you play hut ball just like soccer you win every time! but then you get in a match where the players play like 5-10 yo's play... big clumps of idiots playing ball hog... sure from time to time a tank stratigy where every1 supports the ball handler is needed but most of the time if u pass and have people ahead to pass to the ball hander wont even get hit... at least not for long... so who goes where? 1 healer 1 tank in mid for reset after that 1 player after every trap... if your excape is on cd then take a bak possition for defence... if needed most of the time your team shouldnt care about the other team when they have the ball... if they are tank/clustering the ball handler ur not gonna kill him very fast ans he willg ain allota room but if u have some1 at reset then u can score 2 almost imediately after they score... they will be confused chasing the ball like little kids and you'll win...

Ive noticed many people comment on companion AI and one of the issues i have with it is their targeting.... and not being able to turn off normal attack... i think normal attack should be on a toggle they should target the mobs that have the highest threat on their master... this makes them attack what the master is attacking or if the master is a healer it targets what is most likely to attack their master same for dps... and as tanks generate allot of threat the chances of a companion pulling the highest treat off them is rather low.
  10. and increase the duration... make it a troggle... if stealth doesnt have a duration anti stealth shouldnt be limited by the one...
  11. well..... u cant mail to people u dont have friended... u cant friend people who are offline.... and there is no accout wide storage... sure bind to account... just make it impossible to send it to other characters....oh isnt that the same as bound to character? theres some systems that need to be put in b4 bound to account is added
  12. Late/early morning war zones have a habit of being extremely imbalanced resulting in abortion... I purpose "Observer Droid" Mode When the teams are unbalanced and a player on the team with more players dies he becomes and observer droid he can freely move about the arena and watch/talk but can not fight buff or heal the first droid gets one "effect" (de/buff idk what to name it) Each time a droid is created every droid gains another stack of "effect" When the teams are even and a player dies the droid with the most "effect" stacks will return to the spawn and be allowed to enter the game as his normal self Droids are stealth and non target-able
  13. co op? well... the imperials and the republic are currently in a "cold war" they arent really fighting a war they are hiding behind treatys when ever possible to prevent unnessicary losses and hutt ball is an illegal activity as far as most civil society would be concerned so it is being done out side of any government activity and controled by the huts.... As the huts say at the start its done by random draw.... If it was done this way why aren't imps and rep on the same team? Late night the disbalance of factions be comes more and more obvious... so opening it up for co faction would help allow for balanced teams and make it an alternating entery... no more of this 4 one side 8 the other.... 1 enters and goes to side a 1 enters side b.... then one a..... you get the point! if ur in a party... well u get assigned slot 2 of side a... when tis open u can get in...

With shart shooter specs YOU GAIN BY EXITING COVER ONCE EVERY 7-10 SEC How? 1) Snap shot In order to make best use of this u have to leave cover every 7 seconds and recover so that u get an instant fire increasing your dps by reducing time dps = damage/Seconds By reducing the time by 1.5 seconds and increasing the dmg you gain significant DPS 2) Cover Screen By exiting cover every 6 Seconds you can increase your ranged defense Any Sharpshooter who does not make use of these abilitys either didnt spec them or is LAZY! and not dealing their max dps...

Hummm.... again..... like i said all of sharp shooters skills can be done in 4~7 seconds.... and your moving again to cast all those that u said.... and u pop down and your done (all dead) never had much problems with elites until i was doing my class quest 5 levels up from my level i would rather not be running around like a chicken with its head cut off if moving doesnt benefit me then i dont want to theres no need and it can cuase los and other issues that would have been avoided while under cover you have increased defences after leaving cover you have a chance at increased defences SHARPSHOOTER IS THE ONLY TREE THAT REQUIRES MOVEMENT TO USE!!!!! Dirty fighting can increase movement speed.... or cancel an extra effect once ever so often... but these do not require movement and can be done from cover In fact sharp shooter is the only tree that needs you to leave cover to gain....

SS tree you should never be under cover more then 10 seconds or your not making good use of the tree.... and you should be able to be do all your skills that require cover in that time I hate hate hate hate people who say that SS is bad cus it needs cover... it a tree that minimizes the time you spend in cover while maximizing the damage Drop all your skills move and repeat move around a bit and hit em normally...

Its not a myth that according to the description it reduces the damage... the skill does not say X damage per second over y seconds it says X damage over Y Seconds in math wording is important here.... 1700 damage over 15 seconds is in dps 1700/15 = 113 Add 3 seconds 1700/(15+3) = 94 This means that according to the current wording the ability will reduce your dps I do think this is a tool tip miss wording.... that needs to be fixed... some fixes may include rewording the skill tree ability to read "Adds 3 ticks after end of vital shot" Or the easier fix and change vital shot to read "Deals X Damage per second over X time" Bad wording aside.... Sharp shooter has increased accuracy... and increaded damage on quick shot...so even the skills that are used during movement are increased... And like you said when dps is needed you rarely have to move when movement is needed usually dps is less needed or irrelevant because of shielding ect Sharp shoters still use vital shot... i dont see why you wouldnt... it doesnt cost too much and only has to be applied once and a while... If it was a stackable (with own stack) then i would understand making it a priority skill... and i completely forgot about wounding shots..... WOW! REALLY???? i can cast burst shot aimed shot and trick shot in the channel time of that skill...its maxes at 1400 and does 5 shots...assuming you dont move...or cast another skill... quick shot cost to much energy for the damage boost so energy runs out fast... I want to know more im not just bashing the more negitive i am the more possitive the responce as well as filling in my gaps of knowledge Thanks to the bomb advice! great in pvp
  18. looks like the way ur server plays are way different.... My Server.... Most of the time top dmg is 250-300k Adverage dmg (for all players) is 120-150 Hut ball is usually ended early because of 6 scores.... (80-120 average all players) Void star usually ends 2-3 mins b4 timer ends (160-200 average all players) and civil war usually ends with one team having 230 pts + (120-150 average all players) who wins? well its a coin toss... if one side had 4 members from the same guild chances of winning are high... unless its one of those guilds.... in which case i give up at the start and focus on medals ( solo kill, last shot, 2.5k hit, ect) but the rest of the time im snagging the ball running a bit and passing.... or trying to inturpt and kill the healers fast or just stuning every1 and planting the bomb. We dont have idiots who stand in AoE's on my server... its a nice way to clear the bomb sites or to make a team scatter but it deals little to no dmg... one tick and they are gone if not sooner im in it to win it not to get some stupid high dmg... most of the time attacking players in wz is a waste of time with the exception of cc... Targeting a person getting healed is a sure fire way to lose. kill the healer and get it over with! if the only thing you kill in a match is the healers then your doing just fine! chances are ur team will win if the other team cant use a healer Short games = low dmg.... im not the best and i blame my computer for some of it... lack of experiance for another bit and crap gear for the rest AS FOR LVL 10-49 comments.... Did u notice the pvp buff on ur lvl 20? oh.. you didnt? yeah... 200% dmg helps some.... Ur crazy dmg image from poster up there Thats a perfect example of targeting the wrong people! 700k dmg and only 26 kills? thats 26000dmg per kill most players have between 15000 and 25000 dmg..... if your attacking the tank ur attacking the wrong player!!! if ur let them get healed ur attacking the wrong player!!! My server may have low damage but most players get 26-30 kills per match easily healers rarely top 150k...

Ive been advised that Dirty fighting provides a smuggler with the ability to move around freely and dps...(all comments are relavent to pve and raids not directed at pvp) Unfortunately I dont see how dirty fighting increases mobility and damage... At least not as much as Sharpshooter Why? 1) Open Wound Increase duration of Vital shot by 3 seconds..... what does vital shot do? it deals X damage divided up over its duration.... so if you increase its duration you decrease its damage per second... Either the description is poorly worded or it has a negative effect... 2) Sharp Bomb/Bombastic This is an aoe... In raids people hate you for using AoE... at least on 40% of the fights... 3) Dirty kick Melee move...not helpful in pve unless somethings gone wrong... 4) All skills that required cover still require cover and have little to no change in duration So how does Sharpshoter improve mobility more then Dirty fighting? 1) Snap Shot As soon as you enter cover charged bust can be used no charge time. Can be used 1x every 7 sec. 2) Quick aim Charge burst crits reduce cast time of aimed shot by 1 second. If you use smuglers luck then cover then charged bust then aimed shot you are in cover for 3 seconds add in using illegal mods first and you cut that down to 2.6? sec... 3) Trick shot Used in conjunction with above combo it adds little to no time in cover and you can still leave cover before 4 seconds is up If using this combo you are siting for 4 seconds moving and casting 2 skills out side of cover then returning to cover for a charged burst/trickshot and up again add in hot pursuit from sabator tree and you can do more damage up and moving then those who went down the dirty fighting tree alone
  20. So... Im not on the fastest pc... and every time i do a warzone i have to load back to the last location... then load the next warzone can we just load directly to the next war when the que finds one.
  21. i think it was in reference to in game economy... what is the correct price on one server is the wrong price on an other ect.... though i dont see that happening often with the exception of pvp vrs pve servers i dont like the idea of switching back and forth... maybe an option to transfer for a small fee and only x times per month.... so that if its a case of my friends are on x server you could join them but in cases of "pvp here is unfair" and other small balance related issues that work their way out if you give it time
  22. ^-- What he said sure mobs are easy enough to kill.... normal are a piece of cake... Strong take a while to take down Elites hurt but go down fast enough Champs are a bit of both... high hp and higher attack... Some mobs are harder then others... but get to mabs that are 2-4 levels up and you'll find strong and elites hard as hell when alone... and without your companion.. i think even your level mobs would be almost impossible... as a gunslinger ive been able to do my class quest for the most part 2-5 levels before the level... i had all my companions by 35... and did my quests solo... i helped my friend a sage? do his class quest... and it was fricken impossible!!! and we were 4 levels above it... some re-balancing is needed... but the mobs are more or less good
  23. Cons: 1) Loss of community Situations: A: If you can just join a random group why make friends? B: If you got free groups with no work why join a guild? 2) To much focus on dungeons! Why? This unlike other MMORPG's is RPG there is a detailed a unique storyline. People who play mmorpg often forget what an RPG is. Just having a character sheet with information that advances... as you grind through the game with no effects... just increased stats... no progress in story... 3) More people complaining about WoW clones... Side note: No! WoW wasnt the first and its not the best Runescape and wow are of the same quality in my book... and runescape was first... and free... so thats a plus... Pros? well i hate the idea but for the disscussion... 1) Easy of access 2) Less guilt associated with NEED 3) More Rare items for every1!!! (humm con?)
  24. Ok.. so i exaggerated a bit... Early development of starcraft was announced in 2003 but was delayed because blizzard redirected its resources to WoW later in 2005 the project was picked up again... later the beta scheduled for may of 2009 was put off till feb of 2010 then the official release announced for july 15th was pushed back until july 27th so i exaggerated a bit... but it was delayed 2 years in development then the release dates of beta and offical were also delayed so my facts are right i stated that blizzard didnt keep to its original schedule And the game was released with only 1/3rd of the campaign completed...
