  1. I didn't like how our character didn't have VO, but I'd gladly take the "new" convos to the old Rishi/Yavin sidequests WoW style any day of the week.
  2. Specially because they also reminded me of that It was epic.
  3. This is what I asked for, my only gripe is the story content is short, I'd prefer if it came out with all chapters already done (took me 4 and half hours only, no doubt took some people even less, I was exploring the new enviroments too, I was 65 when I hit end of chapter 6). I don't doubt they'll bundle new flashpoints, and op or two and a warzone or two in the coming episodes, so we'll get some of that content as well, but seeing as storytelling is what BW does the best (what they prove with KOTFE, just see all the little details they've put into the episodes/chapters all down to the atmosphere, the voice acting etc) and seeing as it seems that is what most of people want (aside the loud minority), this expansion will mostly be all about their interactive storytelling. Personally? I love it, more of the same please.
  4. I'd suspect they'd try. Also, All that said, hutts survived even worse, and they're pretty resilient species. Knowing them, they'd probably just turn their starship and run like hell.
  5. Nope, even if you delete it (even if you delete all your chars on that server), you will still retain your legacy name/points.
  6. Don't think any date is confirmed yet but I think it might be knocking on our doors by the start of april. @solnar_xan We currently don't know for sure if the legacy features will be usable only on new-created character -- I'm pretty sure 1.2 is bringing legacy features for our already-made alts as much as our complete new character. As for beta, I don't get it. Beta is always buggy and software developers use the players to test it further, free of charge. I may be missing something but you say beta players should be paid?
  7. I'm sad to say, but no, not at the moment. I totally see BW implementing it down the road though, but don't think it will come too soon.
  8. I agree, and while annihilation is superior in almost every aspect, rage still has two things that OP might find interesting (Imo) -- it's less gear dependant (it also seem to scale worse with better gear too) so it still performs some goodish burst even with not as good gear, and it's much easier to play. I am not advertising rage though, annihilation is bread and butter for PvP, I was trying to say that even the weaker of the trees still performs "good enough" in PvP, and even rage marauders aren't "weakest in PvP".
  9. Immortal hands down. I would pull out Quinn for boss fights and use Vette otherwise and never had issues while leveling (and very little downtime as well).
  10. Never had the feeling OP had with my marauder. Then again I was never carnage either. Both annihilation and rage are really good in PvP in my humble opinion (I think rage doesn't get the love it deserves at times). Annihilation feels more powerful but feels hard to play and master at times (more in PvE then in PvP). Rage is imo easier to play, harder to CC but doesn't perform as well damage wise (this is just my oppinion ofcourse). Maybe try a different spec and see how your char performs then, not all playstyles fit all the trees, obviously.
  11. Try talking with her aboard your ship. If that doesn't work, then you might just need to get to next chapter in game for her to start the convos again. Not sure if this was intended or a bug -- but that's how it was with all of my companions.
  12. As far as I know this is allowed -- I know few guildies that went to play the other side and transfered the money. You can also have a friend on skype who has a char on the side you want money on and just tell him when you put it for a small ammount of credits, so he/she can buy and mail it to your char. And you can only directly mail stuffs (or credits) to the characters on the same faction. This is for both PvE and PvP servers.
  13. Check this great guide http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=544#ResourceSystem Specifically resource system part.
  14. Checking 1:12, that's a male sith warrior Miraluka (or atleast I think so). I think for starters they're just gonna give us ability to choose more class/race options. Don't see them implementing new races any time soon (or race swaps for that matter).
  15. Don't see the relevancy between such people and LFG tool--one could argue that LFG would encourage this behavior, but in my personal experience, there is simply very little of such players in Swtor (as of dps meters and such, since addons and combat log isn't in game, this would be pretty impossible). There could also be Vote to kick button for afkers and those pulling mobs and wiping group implemented as well. The kicked player would be changed for someone else that is queued. As for ninja-looting, the master looter works there really good, and I read BW is impementing the /roll function, this would deal with ninja-looting easily. Don't get me wrong, I see the bad possibilites implementing this tool could bring, but I also think it would help much more (specially cross server, this would help greatly low pop servers and underdog side). I'll add that it should still be possible to queue on the LFG as a group (so that guildies can indeed que together), and perhaps that this should only work for flashpoints and not for operations--driving the players to socialise more when they feel they want to experience bigger content - but also allowing casual players with limited daily playing time to find a group for something they actually have enough time for (cross server pvp would also be great, but it's a subject for another thread). This is just my oppinion though.
