i would like to make a suggestion of being able to seperate the buff bar from the avatar portrait ui being able to move this bar around the screen would make keeping an eye on proccs and buffs easier i have been using the retro customization on the ptr and having the small icons up in the top left of screen its harder to notice when proccs are proccing so i think being able to move this element of ui around the screen would be a nice benefit

this is only true for ilum dailys belsavis doesnt require class story to be completed

well as tk sage i favor power then crit then surge. power is actually better than willpower a 28 power augment adds .2 more bonus damage than a 28 willpower augment

the 1 main problem with this idea is population 1 mode would always be picked for speed of entering i hate to say this but taking wow as an example they introduced a no experience gained bracket for twinks but noone used as the wait times were enormous

just to point out only armor hilts and barrels can be purchased for daily commendations that leaves augments mods enhancements and crystals needed to be created by crafters

disturbance does have a second function for tk's sage it can make your telekinetic wave hit instantly instead of 3 second cast also talented it increases your force regen and stacks 3 times it also from another talent increases your force powers damage which also stacks 3 times
