First of all sorry if I am asking the same questions again. As a subscriber I purchased the ROTHC several months before September 12 and have kept a active subscription, does this mean I get the Title and Cartel Coins? As a subscriber I haven't received my Title or Cartel Coins? Do the free-to-play people get this?

Could you please scrap the Double XP Weekend. I believe it is interfering with the OTP system.

If and when they do release a true expansion I hope they don't rush it and release a substandard product filled with new bugs.

First post on this thread was 7 days ago and its already up to 29 pages. Its EA; a two time recipient of the "Worst Company in America." We can't expect much. People tell them what's wrong and they ignore them. Edit I just pushed this to 30 pages.

Suggestion 1: Remove the "One Time Password" feature. The feature clearly does not work properly. At times customers do not get an email with the password. Other times it takes days just to get the password. And on other days you have to call customer service. Suggestion 2: Employ more people in your customer service department and train them properly. The past few times that I have had to call customer service to get a "One Time Password" has been an horrible experience. First time the wait time was 60 Minutes but I got through within 10 Minutes. My first time was my most pleasant experience. My second and third times I waited for 60 Minutes and I didn't get to speak to anyone. Suggestion 3: Stop development on new content for a while. Focus on fixing the chronic problems of SWTOR. It seems to me that the developers hope the new content will cover up the substandard/faulty product(s) it has already released. I hope customer service or the developers actually sees this and does something. But I know from past experience with SWTOR and its support staff that nothing will happen.

First of all thank you for the hard work posting such a long list. I highly doubt the developers will ever fix the codex entries. I say this because there are still titles listed under individual planets. The entry is there but there is no way to get them. These entries have been there since the launch of the game. Those of you that are hoping they get fixed soon or that complaining will motivate the developer or customer service into doing something, don't be disappointed when nothing happens.

Not sure if this is the right place for it. Dromund Kaas - Yozusk Platesmasher I need it for The Tyrant of Dromund Kaas achievement. I've been camping the place for a few days now and it hasn't spawned. I've also switched instances and left the planet just in case but it still hasn't spawned.
