  1. Are these going to be available during the base game campaign, or just in the 5.10 patch content and onward? I wasn't able to watch the livestream when this was mentioned.
  2. This is how I always rationalized it: Wrath needed every little bit of power when it comes time to kill Darth Baras. Hate is a good source of power, and having Quinn around would consistently stoke that rage and hatred towards him, and thus, Darth Baras. When Iokath rolls around, you can interpret it as a second betrayal; Quinn allegedly spent all this time looking for Wrath, and despite Wrath being the leader of the Alliance, you find him in Acina's service. He even says "I actually tried to approach you once... but I lost my nerve..." It hits a little too close to home. Opens old wounds. And the way it was acted out worked really well for me. You gave him a rare second chance, and he screwed it up.
  3. For a long time, people have been asking for a proper same-gender romance option in the form of a companion, which has been denied for various reasons. We've already received a Cartel Market companion in the form of Treek; buy her contract, and you can have her as early as your Level 10 trip to the fleet. In a sense, there's two versions of her: one Imperial, one Republic, so there's not a huge stretch in terms of what I'm proposing, other than needing two VAs (though I guess you could cheap-out and just use a generic alien language). So, an idea for a non-aligned neutral mercenary contract: Republic and Imperial characters would receive the same character, instead it would be based on the gender of the PC. For male characters, you'd receive a male companion, and female characters would receive a female companion. Ideally, their relationship could be similar to that of Hanharr and Mira from KOTOR 2: you can only have one, and they would refuse to work together. (Alternate: They could be of similar mindsets, mentalities, likes and dislikes, so you wouldn't feel like you're "missing out" by not having the other.) The kicker, is that they'd have the [Flirt] options leading to a same-gender romance plot. Have it gated by Acts much like standard companion relationships, and I'd think that would be a decent compromise towards including options for proper SGR; not just an NPC you get to flirt with on every new planet that's discovered beyond Level 50. Toss in a CM Appearance pack for them, so you can dress them up in whatever skin tone/hairstyle/face you want (and make a little extra money). Then, those who want the SGR companion can opt-in and buy them, and those who want to avoid it don't have to make the purchase (if denying the relationship isn't enough). BioWare can make some money on the idea, cover the costs to get it done or whatever, and there's a step towards happiness. At the least, a win-win for both parties, no? I don't know if this idea's been presented or discussed before, and I don't really feel like digging through the entire suggestion forum to check. If so, I don't think it could hurt to add in another voice who'd like to see this idea. I'd pay for it (and it would give me an excuse to stop wasting Coins on Packs that give me Exploration Experience Boosts instead of my Jetpack.)
  4. I just want a proper DE-10. Black Nebula is close, but... don't really care for the holo-radar on the side.
  5. At this point, I'm not even asking for much, just allow us to romance existing companions. No need to re-record lines or anything, and I wouldn't care if it sounded a little awkward at times. Just remove the gender restriction. At the very least, toss us a new companion, be it cartel coins or next expansion or something, that we can do same gender romance with. Kissing some NPC every new planet isn't what we had in mind.
  6. Please? Unless something like this already exists? The set is amazing, but It looks a little weird running around with a bare chest like that. I'd love to use this set if it had an undershirt or something.
  7. BUMP. Would really like to see this issue fixed... This doesn't happen for the Sith Warrior/Inquisitor, but does happen on the Bounty Hunter/Imperial Agent classes also. So it's not just limited to the Republic.
  8. At the very least, they should add another 1-5 XP tier to the legacy XP perks, and have it apply for all XP, and stack with the other XP perks/boosts.
  9. BUT 1F YU0 SP4Z HARDER MAYEBE DEY WILL GIEV U MOAR CRUSTZTlS
  10. With the double XP weekends, XP boosts, and the introductory/daily/weekly group finder and PVP quests, I've got most of my alts at around Level 22-23, coming out of the prologue with their ship. The primary reason for my alts, is to experience the story of every class at least once. I am enjoying all of them so far, even Smuggler and Consular. I've done the planets before, and usually just spacebar through the non-class quests, but now, with gray quests, and green quests less than a level away from going gray, I'm finding very little motivation to even do them, and just focus on my class quests. I may go back to them eventually when I'm higher level and can just steamroll the planet, for the sake of completion (and now, achievements). But in the meantime, am I missing out on anything major story-wise if I skip over the planet quest and its sidequests?
  11. You could pay $50 for a full-fledged expansion, like, say, Mists of Pandaria. You'd still get 15 hours of content. Nothing really engaging about regurgitated quest text and Kill X Mobs, Fetch Y Items. And then you do the end game MMO thing, grind flashpoints and warzones.
  12. I'm gonna get a set of Covert Energy Armor and run around with that in Warzones just to piss people off.
  13. Of all the things to complain about this expansion....
  14. Planetary travel: no longer for casuals!
