  1. Not sure if you addressed it lastnight, but make sure to turn on the archive feature or whatever so people that missed can watch it later.
  2. Going along with what Stellar suggests, in a domination match, de equip all bombers that are on satellites when they get more than 400 points lead. These solutions would certainly cut down on bomber, scout or GS "spam" and make things more interesting.
  3. I'm game as always to try something new and different. Imp side works better for me as I have more of them than pubs. Just let me know a bit in advance and I'll be there if I can.
  4. Gone Sithing may have the most pilots, but many of them solo queue. There are also some that don't want to fly SSN or can't make it. We're not a pure gsf guild so not all members fly. Also last SSN, mine was the only imp team, in the end, we went pub side and finished the event over there. As it looks now, the only other teams are going to be pub side.
  5. I should be able to make it for all three hours instead of just the first two. No team. Both sides all ships mastered.
  6. I agree with Lendul and that SRW is the only pure gsf guild around. At the launch of their guild ship, they expanded outside of GSF and now also include pvp. However, they are located on Shadowlands which isn't the most active server for gsf. Harbinger for North American servers is the most active and The Red Eclipse for European servers.
  7. I also think it depends on your fly style. On two of my pilots on Harb, I have the T1 GS, T1 bomber, two T2 bombers (one with rail, the other with interdiction) and the tensor scout. ALL of my other pilots have the T1 GS and bomber, T2 scout and bomber and T3 scout.
  8. BtL would be cool, but I think unbound would be better. You can already do that some ingame currencies why not this one too?
  9. I agree with Verain to have the type one of each ship already unlocked with no need to spend the 5k on the GS/bomber. Also many new pilots are NOT aware of the guides. It's on our shoulders to draw attention to this section of the forum, the /gsf chat or even taking new pilots by the hand and making suggestions on how to improve. However, so many are just in for CXP that they have no real interest in improving the game for themselves and making it harder for those that play to do so. At the end of most matches, I post something in /ops or /gen if it's a wargame about the /gsf chat. What more can we do?
  10. Yes, Harbinger is the most populated NA server. Harbinger is my home server. The other servers good for gsf are Ebon Hawk, Shadowlands and JC.
  11. Vexet, I have that issue across servers/toons. It's not always the same ship or components so I always check everything. It's better to check all your ship's parts than assume it's just one ship or one component.
  12. I will try to make it tomorrow afternoon.
  13. Why not just make legacy hanger or even just faction hangers? The Devs don't read this forum, so anything we say is failing to reach anybody that can do anything.
  14. I was recently chatting with a veteran pilot and was given permission by this person to use one of his replies to me. No names are going to be mentioned. "I recently conducted a little experiment on Harb. I made a fresh character named XX, and flew only stock ships for fifty matches. I wanted to see what I could accomplish personally, given the limitations, and also what sort of opposition I would be slotted in against. I was somewhat surprised to find that only one game out of the fifty was a 3-cap Veteran Premade Vs. Nothin But Noobs mess. Coincidentally it was the very first game on that character. Of the other 49, I rarely saw more than one or two vets combined from both sides. XX was in 2 of them on largely unskilled teams, XX was in a number of them, XX once or twice. Otherwise it was consistently people who looked like they were still figuring things out, and not the 'usual suspects' I'd expect to encounter when playing as XX." That's not to say this is what happens to all pilots all the time, but something to think about.
  15. Maybe allow people to fly on both factions. The wargames were great, but there were still imps flying or wanting to fly and just waiting in queue for a pop.
  16. I myself have taken a slight sit back and not flying as much as I used to. Last week, I did conquest on two toons, some of which was ground pvp and crafting, the rest was gsf. I flew two or three evenings out of seven and that's been about as much as I usually do anymore. Also, I both solo queue and fly as a group. As always, I reach out to new people, try to avoid bomber spamming and fly on a "noob" friendly when I see noobs on the other side.
  17. Due to overwhelming opposition, hostility and lack of participation, non meta Monday's are cancelled after today, December 26. If you wish to continue to fly non meta on Monday's that's great, but no such weekly event anymore. Thank you to al that did participate, it was a test that failed though.
  18. Krix has funny letters in his name, so he'll (I'll assume you're male) will just have to do it when he see the name appear. If you have any questions or whatever, just ask. Which server are you on?
  19. I had to miss one Monday totally and one Monday evening on Harb, but on TRE quite a few of what are considered "server aces" participate, some of the others there, not so much. The event is met with hostility and resistance by some and I say thank you to those that chose to fly non meta in the events. In the month or so this has been going on, I've noticed more people doing it each week and the same "aces" also NOT doing it. It's been said to me, "I see meta so I'm going meta". I can't make people participate, but can hope it becomes more widely known and people decide to get out of the meta and fly something different. If this turns into a total failure (in the long run), then the "rules" can be altered to allow other ships. As it stands, the only GS allowed is the T2 and scout T3, the only bomber is the T3 and any SF. However, I'm not going to call people out for playing something else as this a voluntary participation event and not all are going want to do it. Without being able to openly call people out on the forum, I can't sit here and type out the names of the people I would like to see in non meta, but can only appreciate those that do and say thank you again. I'll keep pushing the non meta Monday or NMM as it's being called by some, and revisit changing things if it turns out to be a total failure. I honestly expected about 50% participation and that's more or less what I'm seeing. So for me, this isn't a failure, but time will tell to see if those people continue.
  20. I hope more people are aware of this event and will fly more non meta ships today.
  21. The pub side on TRE seems set in their ways and will continue to fly meta. There wasn't much non meta action on Harb either, however I had something come up last week and couldn't even get in game.
  22. It's again Monday. So please, if you can fly non meta ships in your matches.
  23. *bump* Just a quick reminder to try and fly non meta this evening.
