    Pre 1.2 average full length game with support against a good team who can stay alive = 612k dmg on watchman Post 1.2 average full length game with support against a good team who can stay alive = 655k dmg on watchman Wonder if the 43k average dmg diff makes us op now or hmm... expertise buff? certainly, master strike buff? ehhh... as sents/maras, we pass 10-15% of our time in a wz CC'd. Most of the sents/maras would say the same if they are faced against those who know what rooting and stunning can do to sents/maras. I mean not whole a lot changed for Watchman spec, and it is still the best overall dps spec out of all specs for the class. If anything, they took force fade away from watchman spec... Are the people now realizing that Sent/Mara is a good class? Why was it so much of an underdog before? I just think people look at the class changes, and just compare to their class changes, oh yeah, we are the ones who got buffed the most... or is it... other specs became more useful but still have lower dps than watchman/annihilation? just gonna post this out there, and think about it... Suppose you have a perfect situation, and 2 classes. A tank-sin, and a Mara ; Both of these players have SAME skillset, and SAME expertise. So it's not really a gear or skill issue now... question is... Who would win? We might be able to do the same scenario vs a PT. Yeah let's hear some opinions from those who are experts at their classes as a mara or a sent. Tank-Sins, feel free to comment as well.

  3. An unpaid intern with a 2 minutes of availability can do it when they are pointed to the right toolbox. Maybe that's what he meant.. I don't know, whatever.. It is just a cosmetic issue, nothing high priority, but yeah will get fixed in the future on topic, the tooltip is incorrect, damage outputs are the same. it's tested by many, dig into the forums a little bit, you'll probably run into the results.
  4. if your saber is 300-350 dmg as an example. 0.66 - 0.3 = 0.33 difference in the dmg output which is 99-115.5 dmg difference that you'll get as an addition in every Strike and every skill that requires you to have double sabers. In raw amount, the damage doesn't look too good, but let's say, if you're using 6-7 attacks that uses double sabers per fight, you'll be benefiting an additional 600-800 dmg. That's just an example. In my opinion, small numbers are what make the difference in the long run. So I think it's worth it, but still, everybody is entitled to their own opinions.
  5. All I will say is that it is NOT your computer, but the game engine itself. Additionally, Ilum is NOT too different on any other server which are favorably overpopulated by empire. There's only a few exceptions.
  6. Hello, Cauterize is a Melee skill therefore it's not modified by insight since insight only boosts the crits for Focus skills. Overload Saber is an Active Melee skill which is not affected by that either. Hope that answers your question.
  7. it's not really a downgrade but the focused stats changing is what's making it look like. And please, you said less expertise? lol... not gonna say anything. Also, there's no diminishing returns on Strength, Endurance or Power. So I don't know why you'd say something like that either. Moving on.
  8. The answer your looking for is nothing was altered. What you must've done is; you must've had an unique champ bag in your inventory already and you didn't receive the one from the options. I hope that helps.
  9. What you're saying is correct, there's not much of a difference but I have to tell you that in MMOs after most of the gear is maxed out, what makes the difference is those small numbers that you're creeping on. They do make difference, maybe not too obvious, but they do.
  10. yep on top on not having a 2nd set like Juggs/Guardians do, we get to use the weapons from their sets as our MH as well. I would've thought we'd have more Str rather than having more Endurance, and maybe +Crit instead of +Power... (for BM), meh..
  11. lol such a horrible math you did there... Why do you take your crit chance into consideration... jeeeez if the ability hits for 2500 dmg with +75% crit dmg, that will mean the dmg output will be 2500 + 1875 (from surge) = 4375dmg.. honestly, i couldn't resist from posting
  12. I completely agree with the fact that the modifications are telling you what your stats are going to be and you don't have much room to move around with them. I'd definitely love to be able to customize the way I want my stats are instead of being told what to use.

  14. I use both Close Quarters and Defensive Role for both PVE and PVP, i don't see why you don't do the same. lol problem solved?
  15. I personally use imflamation just because of the fact that a 30% decrease in movement speed is good enough to catch up to your opponent, and run with the person if trying to kite. Leg Slash uses 2 focus with a bad damage output, i could use the 2 focuses there for a better return. It's probably all up to the comfort zone of the user. Cauterize slow is more than enough imo.

They did say we're increasing 6% to 15% to COMPENSATE the loss due to a bug. yes, we get that, but the compensation doesn't turn out to be an increase in dmg but decrease. so then, just leave your patch notes without saying "this will cause an increase in overall damage" because that is not true. Just say you did this and that, and be done. corrected the bug, and did something to compensate the loss. Don't have to lie, seriously.
  17. everybody is getting that buff, but if he's lvl50, it doesn't make an increase in his stats.
  18. wow been playing a watchman sent since the beginning, and i never knew we could do 4.5k dmg followed by such high amount of dmgs... cool... lol
  19. Hedarr Songhh is somewhat balanced - we do play huttball within reps at times, but it's usually other 2 maps. Nobody valor trades that i know of, and there's constantly a fight in ilum although imps do outnumber most of the time, but still, reps do quite a good job. but i'm sure you got more than one option
  20. yesterday, we did have an epic battle in Hedarr Songhh server. Same amount of reps vs imps - it was back and forth. Yes the valor gain was stopping every once in a while, but all we had to do is just continuous fighting, you die, and you continue getting valor. Lasted for a few hours. For those who want to reroll rep in a more balanced server, Hedarr Songhh could be a good option to do so. Never have problems getting ilum or WZ dailies done.

  23. my luck was atrocious with champ bags up to something like 3/45 where as i am 5/14 with BMs now, thank god...i mean rng...
