  1. BioWare is amazing, and I love them, but they clearly don't belong in the MMO genre. This game leaves so much to be desired-- the appalling auction house system, the clunky and outdated click-to-cast healing utility, the broken tab-target, lack of target-of-target, limited PvP options, severely unbalanced classes, the boring and slow paced flashpoints... Yes, I'm severely bored. I didn't expect a thinly skinned WoW from BioWare, but I guess that's what happens when you put 95% of your focus into slick cinematics and expensive voice actors. Oh well.
  2. Came from WoW, totally disappointed with Swtor (won't say it's a "bad" game persay, but it's certainly not BioWare material in my opinion) so I've gone to Skyrim, hoping that Guild Wars 2 will be what I'm looking for.
  3. Yeeeaaahhh.... sounds legit. ::caugh::
  4. I don't agree at all. Duke Nukem failing had nothing to do with the time it took to release the game, it failed because it was a terrible game. Starcraft 2 was a huge success, and how long did that take? Diablo 3 is obviously going to be a huge success, and that's an even longer wait for even more hardcore fans. I would have waited however long it took if only Swtor would have had even a *little* innovation and added some standard MMO features.
  5. I wouldn't call it a 100% fail, but I wouldn't call it a great game either. I played for a month and I'm bored as hell. Personal preference, really. I was looking for something new, not just a thinly re-skinned WoW with voice actors and a space ship that lets me play horrifically boring and repetitive arcade-style mini games. But that's just me.
  6. Like I said, mouseover healing and customizable UI's are pretty darn standard. You're being a fanboi for the sake of being a fanboi.
  7. I hope you like it more than I did, but I can tell you right now that SWtOR is nothing more then a thinly skinned WoW ripoff, only with less features and content. Yes, they have voice acting..... neat.....
  8. You say this regarding a forum update. Thanks for the laugh.
  9. If you'd read my original post, you'll see I'm hardly being picky. The features I was looking for were pretty basic features of MMO's, nothing too flashy or special. As for Skyrim, that game is perfect for me-- no complaints at all. We'll just have to wait about GW2, but I can already tell that simply due to the fact that it seems innovative and not a thinly skinned WoW ripoff makes me think it'll be a huge success if they play their cards right.
  10. Somebody just took an intro to Stats class!
