I agree!, in its current state it's pretty difficult to gauge what ability is available which for my self leads to a bit of frustration and confusion. However I do feel they're on the right track, I think a hot fix will resolve this fairly quickly.

I think a lot of where the problem lies when it comes to grouping/making friends is we've all to some extent been spoiled. Example and it is only an example, folks who have played WoW for instance will know that pugging was spoiled by the quick quick get in there bish bash bosh attitude which was born via the "Dungeon Finder" where no one talks and you're expected to know what the heck you're s'posed to be doing. It was often hard to even get an hello out of people let alone boss tactics. So in my opinion I do feel that this carrys some weight in regards to how we're playing other MMO's A lot of the problems I have been seeing discussed here are pretty much down to player attitude rather than game engine. Just my thoughts though guys
