Yea ATM I think Bioware has a lot of very annoyed Aussie, Kiwi and other players ... they had pobably better sort this very soon ... they really needed to put this info out way earlier ... a massive fail managing player expecttions.

probabvly not read this bit of the FAQ " Qualified players in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, or Singapore, will be offered one-time free character transfers to Asia Pacific servers for a limited time period in late April. No specific date has been confirmed at this time. We will be sending an email to all qualified players by early March with more details. check it ...

yea just recently (what yesterday) i was in the days after launch ... now its two months away ... great jpb PPL didnt drop the ball there pretty much threw the thing away ... so much for playing toons with friens who i've talked up this game too ... should have known it would be ....

HMMM now if ppl didnt buy the gold that wouldnt be a problem ... supply and demand. If ppl are going to buy it others will farm and sell it with all the negetive results ...

i think the storylines are cool and also not everyone you kill on empire side is well all that good ... and well on my IA the (almost) inperial uniform I put together just looks cool also one cannot have good without evil right?

nice list - i was playing WOW at launch and TBH i find the continual comparisons somewhat tiresome. Good to see someone point out that all the bits and pieces many people go on about in WOW didnt get included until reletively late in the piece. It took WOW a lot of time to get a lot of things right and you know the same applies here ... pretty sure they cant just like copy and paste code ... even in the digital world copyright applies

meh every MMo takes time to develop and i think they are onto a good thing here ... sure some things need some work but well thats life . For those who have no patience ... best take your ball and play elsewhere.

ok ATM i get that we Australian / New Zealand / Asian players are unsupported and that server maintainance is not really tailored to our timezone. My question is if / when the oceanic servers get up and running are the dowtimes still going to be at 6pm as they are for us now or are bioware going to pick a more appropriate time to take servers down? And not like when everyone will be playing?

agreed ... pretty much eveery thing I dont miss about WOW ... lets see (hopefully) how SWTOR compares after what seven years development. Betting it will be a favourable comparision.
