Agreed, I'm all for making Vengeance super over powered but that won't happen, and realistic buff would have to be minimal. Ssfish has a good idea in another thread, to paraphrase/throw in a couple of my own ideas, using shatter or impale stacks a buff called rampage that increases rampages proc chance by 5% a stack and is consumed when you do proc. Something minimal like that would be awesome, although maybe not helpful in PVP still.

Well done, what's even more interesting is you only had one 6 minute fight. Most Juggs will parse for like 30 minutes and clip out there best 5 minutes whereas you didnt.

The difference between Juggs not proccing and mercenaries not proccing is substantial, Jugg's will still pull decent numbers without a proc whereas mercenary's will plummit. The 30% is fair in my opinion but if you did want to balance it, take of the lockout on rampage instead of changing the 30% chance.

I put in a quick application for myself as I recently took over lead of APEX, as you may or may not have seen on the forums.

This was APEX first real 16 man progression kill and they did it in a less then favorable circumstances after a lot of very hard work, did it merit and whole thread on the server forms? Probably not, but hey they were proud of their accomplishment and its not an offensive post in anyway. If it really annoys the scrooges of the forums just move on and let the thread die. That was exactly what I was going for, my votes for you but I don't really care to much who wins. What I do care about is that someone doesn't win because they told all their guildies, who have never touched a Jugg, to vote for them. That would be a real loss for any class forum.
