  1. So the next time I get operative roll bugged (your fault), or knocked into the reactor pit in voidstar, unable to /stuck or revive (your fault) I will be punished for 20 minutes, or most likely 1 hour? How about when I randomly get disconnected entering or leaving a warzone, despite a solid internet connection (your fault)? We should be able to punish whoever came up with this asinine idea for an hour. It's only fair.
  2. Just tag yourself as a ranked player, then maybe that mythical Musco guy and/or the devs will give you their personal email and phone numbers.
  3. Why don't you just get rid of regs altogether? Might as well, the only thing left will be solo ranked, with its 14 players.
  4. Forcing players into game modes/games/situations which they do not enjoy does not seem wise during a time of dwindling population. To me it appears you're pandering to a very loud, never satisfied, minority of the pvp community.
  5. Yes, but they were evenly distributed. Dawt.
  6. To me, this matchmaking system feels like punishment for years of being relatively successful in warzones. Whatever metric they employ in their algorithm, whether it be valor, play time, win ratio, total warzones played, to reach their "hidden rating", negatively impacts people like me, and those I've played with and against for years. Too many times I've entered a warzone to notice I have an inverse, a low or even ungeared person forced upon me for what can be construed as balance purposes . Add a few friends to a group and the issue is multiplied. I generally have no problem with these people, they pay their subs, they have a right to play too. I'm not an elitist. However, there comes a point at which no amount of effort can overcome the obstacle of propping these people up. This is very discouraging. In the situation described above, I tend to leave immediately. In the off chance I decide to stay, only to realize in the first 60 seconds that the outcome is already decided, I leave. Prior to this patch this would not be the case. The point of emphasis is If I lose, I want to lose to circumstances unrelated to some sort of balancing system. These are not just my feelings, they're shared among everyone I associate with. I'm afraid our confidence in the developers and policy makers in this game is reaching an all time low. Some sort of compromise must be made. Dawt.
  7. You need to open the PVP box and hit Warzone as opposed to Ranked. Right clicking on the warzone symbol is bugged and queues you into solo ranked, which obviously won't work sub 70.
  8. Mid pops were very fast in primetime(SS). Mostly arenas. They need to increase the threshold time to allow an 8 v 8 to fill before reverting to a 4 v 4.
  9. Happened to me the other day too. Lost my patience after about the 5th death.
  10. It's happened to me dozens of times. Getting pulled, pushed, killed never fixed it. Zoning out is the only cure.

It seems the sorc/sage healing gap got wider.
  12. Because accounts are not pro-rated. Unfortunately I'm paid up in advance, and double so, I've paid for time when services I have purchased were not delivered. It's my right to complain, even though I haven't complained as of yet.
  13. Actually you should be thanking me, and all the others, who cancelled their accounts. It was us who forced this response.
  14. Wow, there must have been a lot of cancellations,
  15. Funny, that's what I wrote on my cancellation comment. One less (uninterrupted since game launch) subscription.
  16. Worrying about swtor writes to an SSD is unnecessary. For instance my primary OS and swtor SSD is a 128g Samsung 840, with "low endurance" TLC nand. According to specs if I wrote 10gb a day it would wear out in 11.7 years. I write about 5 gb a day. These specs are conservative. For instance, there's an Anandtech article where a different Samsung SSD survived 7 times more writes than the specs would indicate. This budget SSD will outlast swtor, it may even outlast me. Bottom line, if you get an SSD, which you should, use it.
  17. Ended up with a g502. Someone at work actually had one, go figure, and it fit my hand pretty good. Funny how you don't notice things like that unless you're looking.
  18. What do most people use? Currently debating between one of the 20 or so button Nagas and the Logitech G502 Proteus. Wired is fine for me, budget is unlimited, within reason of course. I currently play a healer in SWTOR, with an occasional BF3 match. Muchas gracias.
  19. Awesome cat. Fatten him up a bit and he'll look just like mine. -Dawt

  21. Maybe people just don't like you.
  22. @Spazms Check out my new hat. -Pippa
  23. I premade to avoid being a backfiller replacement for a quitter PUG'er. Win or lose, whether it's a slaughter for or against us, none of us ever quit a WZ.
