Recently I started working on renown just for something to do. Took a character from 1 to 75 and through all the content. Bought the superior renown boosts from the fleet vendor and joined a guild for all the boosts there. During a heroic I noticed that the final reward window that appears when you complete the heroic stated I was getting 24k+ renown. I took note of my current renown BEFORE accepting the reward and looked at the amount I had AFTER. Instead of 24k+ I got 17 to 18k. This happened consistently through all the heroics. I looked here in forums and found threads about the same issues with the point systems they have going back to Dec of 2019. I created a ticket and was told the standard submit a bug report. I have been with the game off and on since it started and know by now "report a bug" is game support speak for "Go F yourself." They haven't bothered to fix this "bug" since Dec 2019 and since it causes players to THINK they are making progress while placing the goals of those systems further down by shorting points they get players to buy more time and more boosts, etc. I cancelled my subscription. I will not pay a company who treats their customers in this manner. Any other market business and customers wouldn't buy this product either. This is basic honesty and this company apparently has none.

Freita or whatever your name is. Sorry, Not a full time gamer and acquainted with standard gamer protocols as well as you are apparently. Been at lvl 65 for months and haven't had a need of a trainer the entire time so I tend to forget about trainers. So when I start playing new content my very first thought is not "damn! I need to find a trainer!" I know that makes folks like me idiots in your eyes and I can't help your arrogant and stupid views of other people. Obviously you have not gotten past puberty and lack the ability to see the world through other people's eyes. Maybe a reminder from the game designers upon entering new content to check with a trainer. But thanks for the reminder about trainers even if you gave it in such an arrogant and condescending attitude. I will look into it

Fought and died about twenty times. As a gunslinger I have one interrupt distraction. The smugglers kick is gone. Vaylin does massive damage. I do tiny damage. Try to run to the heal blobs and you get bounced like a basket ball. Only way to stop that is escape but that has like a forever cool down after you use it. There has to be some clever game trick to defeat her but I'll be damned if I can figure it out. Tried one person's suggestion of running up and down the stairs but I lose health too fast and die that way too. It seems like an impossible fight. Am I glitched or is there a secret to this fight?

I am stuck at "speak to Lana" in this mission. Keeps saying "not eligible for this conversation." I have tried entering the ship but the two doors are locked. I tried resetting but reset button is not available. I tried going to stronghold , can not due because of combat. I tried logging out but can not because of combat. Tried quitting same thing. left swtor and closed game from windows 10. Restarted back to the same situation WITH 15 minute wait reset and started over. Tried getting Lana to attack each trooper nothing.. I attacked three troopers.. nothing.. I will wait the damn 15 minutes but if there is a real fix to this please let us know. WTH?
