    Just gonna put this out there. I am a returning player and play a guardian tank. I try to get into ranked grouped arenas, but no one is willing to try me out or teams don't even q. Therefore it forces me to play solo Q.

     

    Honestly it just seems like some of the people who play team ranked are butthurt that they can't get there solo Q rating higher. It can go both ways. You only win in grouped because your 3 team members carry you. I am not saying this is a fact, but removing one part of the game to benefit another part of the game WILL NOT MAKE SWTOR more competitive. It will be the exact same as when 8v8's were around. Each server will have 2 elite teams and nobody else.

     

    You obviously have never played proper ranked,if one person is bad you will always lose vs decent teams.

    And why would you want high rating in solo>?rofl

    1. We didnt rage quit. I was just raging a little.

    2. I guess we can all agree that Roudy's team is better than ours.

    3. How well a team performs is not only personal skill, but also how the team plays together. A team playing together for about 1 hour obviously has a disadvantage against a team that played 500+? games in season 1.

    4. It was just a fun group derping around a little. Nothing too serious.

    5. Who are you again? The Jugg I played with once, that didnt even slow the melee that were tunneling your Sorcs?

    6. I agree, that I **** up my breaker sometimes, but I am pretty sure I do alright most of the time.

    Yoloqueue is a joke,its not competitive and its rng based.

    The fact yoloqueuers get the same rewards as people who play actual competitive pvp is hilarious.

    Keep the ranked comms for yoloqueue but remove all rating and season rewards+dailies,these should be exclusive to group ranked to encourage people to make teams and stop being yoloqueue heros that haven't got a clue how to play their class but are still regarded as tier one?rofl I could link so many streams where players with over 2k solo rating try group ranked and get beat down soooo bad because they dont know basic mechanics like cleanse and when to use CC breaker.These people should not get the same rewards as people that play competitive ranked because they are lucky with rng yoloqueue.

     

    Group ranked is suffering because of these people too scared to play competitive and want easy rating yolo queue.If we remove rating they will be forced to play proper ranked and that would be good for every team as increasing playerbase will make more even based games with new matchmaking..

     

    I doubt BW will do anything but I felt this needs to be said...

    No you don't the only accuracy you need is the 3% from the talent at the base of one of your trees. Why? Because your autoattack is the only ability that uses basic accuracy, all other white attacks have base 100% accuracy.

     

    Proof

    Note this example only had 91% accuracy

    Against a target with 5% defense.

    Hammer shot (ranged, basic attack) -> 14% miss (91% accuracy - 5% defense = 14% theoretical miss chance)

    Full auto (ranged, special ranged) -> 3.3% miss (101% accuracy - 5% defense = 4% theoretical miss chance)

     

    No class should ever under any circumstances take accuracy on their gear.

    Umm yes they should when you start getting so little returns per point its worth getting the accuracy and you base your "No accuracy" argument on one parse or one advanced class?

    For every single DPS class you stack power and surge.

    No you shouldn't,so many classes work better with 25% crit.

    Also you should have around 95%+ accuracy classes that have alot of ranged/melee attacks as the surge DR makes it not worth stacking past 74% imo.

    Play without crit/accuracy and you are gimping yourself.

    Hardest class/spec to master from an arena perspective.

    1.Merc Healer

    2.Vanguard Assault

    3.Shadow Infiltration

    4.Operative Concealment

    5.Sentinal Watchmen

    I didn't list carnage as I think people are overestimating how hard it is to play at its best,wereas I would struggle to list 2 or 3 people that I consider "masters" of the specs,with carnage I could name 10+ with ease.

    No. Just no. I support the core idea but not the chosen place.

    It has terrible LoS, is far too open, and its easy to make a misstep and ruin the whole thing, if not so intentionally.

     

    This should be done on the fleet if it is to succeed, connected to the main ship by some sort of portal.

    Basically a mini-world (which could be sanctuary as well and reachable by both factions) so the loading isn't too long. With proper arena map design that will support multiple consequent duels. As well as PvP zone flagging so PvP medpacs and adrenals work.

     

     

    Now that would be a great duelling zone.

     

    But Oricon, at the palace entrance? Hell no.

    Solo ranked is terrible.Filled with BS hybrids that ruined it.

    Solo ranked is for two types of players

    -People that are too bad to play in competitive group ranked so they use solo queue to scrub rating against other bads

    -The other type of player is the one that has "vis Fatalis" under their name and has 3 others with "vis fatalis" under their name on their team 90% of the time.:D

     

    I'm joking about one of these types of players,but can you guess who?:D

    Errr wut?

    Its a hot that heals when you take dmg,so its never really wasted,putting on 8 people at the start of a warzone its 80k healing with no effort?It has no CD,low energy cost and no required range for it to work....Next you'll tell us you are an operative that thinks kolto probs are "garbage" for pvp aswell.

    Many people were excited to play the new map. It's only for a limited time, so I don't see what the complaint is.

     

    "Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

    This is currently what queueing for wazones is like in swtor atm,you hope to get a different map but same one over and over....People will get so sick of it quickly...

    If it's huttball, then get over it. It has a temporary increase in the odds to get that map since it is brand new. Both huttballs will share a slot in the future and go back to the normal rate soon enough.

    I take it you like Huttball?Imagine getting a Civil war for 10 games in a row?Any map is terrible if its overplayed...

    This was a poor move by bioware imo..

    PvP in the game is dying, very few good teams queueing, thus, I've done some rework to the roster. You are weaker than current Tier 1/Tier 2 teams. Want me to move you to inactive then?

     

    Yes move it to inactive or remove me and kendrai from team we stopped queueing like 2 weeks ago.

    I already told you to do this.
