O.P. I can see what you are saying as legacy is supposed to equal what your ancestor/family has done and the legacy it add. If your family is rich by all rights you will be rich, but just because your dad graduated high school does not mean you will ( like getting all the codex's) also your Dad may have found oil or gold. does not mean you will find gold or oil (like the datacrons) I suppose you could be saying the datacrons are passed down like your family left you a house but so then does that mean when u transfer them your other toons can not use them. I think people are mistaking legacy for my other characters / alts should get everything my others do so I can start way overpowered. I do agree with the Off Hand in collections but just like my dad has a C & C permit I had to go earn mine myself but we both could have the same gun.

I agree with this should make moddable off hands for collections!

you can not get a generator that is modable unless you run the flashpoint as an imp you can get one from the heroic saving face but as a pub you have to wait till nar shadda. it would be something you can get without relying on others to help you and to add to my collections. as a tank mainly I want a generator right away and the easiest way is through the collections. yes I could go through the GTN but the prices are ridiculous for the generators and not willing to spend it. they could add it to collections very easily and since this is about what we want from the cartel that is what I want I know the ways how to get it but I would like the ease of collections.

I would love for you to offer a orange off hand through packs or just straight buy that we could add to our collections so we could have a modifiable offhand from level 1. level 1's may not be able to use them but when the ability comes we will have it and ready to use it immediately. if I used 2 lightsabers or two blasters I can get modded ones immediately through collections. second low level mods (enhancemeents/mod/armor) for level 3-5-7 a schematic through the CC or in packs would be a great way for cybertechers to make some money and allow us to use our low level collections gear from level 1. it would not affect pvp or be a play to win cause level 9 is win the other mods and armors become used. and 11 for enhancements. I personally love collecting and having my collection armors and it saddens me and my wife when we have to exchange them for the green or blue gear we get through quest rewards. The actual drop date is not till Feb. 4 the Dec/Jan. dates are considered early access so an update may still occur and then the official date of the new expansion would be in February. the forum acts as though Dec. is the drop date but no one is realizing that is an early access the official drop date is Feb 4. and I know they are just dropping it so early to get more people to sub. but it is still early access!

It would also work if they'd just delete all that nonsense and make it a single global exp boost. Maybe 10% per chapter is a bit much. I'd have it be 3-5% per chapter. since you only get about 25% legacy experience of the normal experience you receive 10% would take 8 chapters unlocked to get just too 100% of the Experience you normally get so maybe a little high but a good incentive to get more alts from players

I think a legacy level boost would be a great idea. I had 3 ideas on how this could be implemented or choices for people to choose from. 1. make it a cartel market booster like the minor or major exp boost but just legacy level with maybe a 100% up to 500% legacy exp boost. 2. offer an automatic boost as you get more toons leveled through chapter like the class emote and heroic moment -- make it a 10% boost per character reached chapter 1,2, and 3 maybe even finishing the makeb quest. it would show your legacy is learning and growing like a grandfather teaching is grandson. 3. a character perk or legacy other ability bought with CC or credits on your legacy like buying the exp boost and the global legacy unlocks. this a great way to spend my CC or credits that I have enough to waste now. this is just an idea that thought would help to encourage players to create more alts. I really enjoy the legacy and hope for more perks and additions to the legacy overall. any other thoughts or ideas please list here and lets hope someone from Bioware is listening. would really like this!

since I am new to the forums I will answer the orignal question which i will say "Deceived" it was so inspiring I even read the book which i will say was awesome as well!

the ability to do an instant mount you could buy as a character perk in legacy with cartel coins or in the cartel market. this ability would be great and maybe add an additional amount to do it while in combat as long as it is not PVP content. it seems frivilous but that .5 seconds of waiting for a mount can be well worth the price to skip maybe i just love the rocket boost instant ability and would like it with all my mounts.

Yes I support the idea for animal mounts. and I think it should be for all animals to slow like bantha to fast like varactyl. love all and any mounts. lets also add mounts that carry extra people as well!!

social points for doing pvpwould be nice as working in a group to obtain an objective seems like it should be awarded social points== doesnt have to be much 10 for a loss 25 for a win just an example but any would be better then none
