Take the points out of oppressing force and put in devour, and the one point out of convection and put in lightning barrage. Then you shouldn't have problems hitting 700kdps/200k healing in a wz. It adds more healing then you think with force in balance every cooldown. Only problem is its all slow sustained dmg with weaken mind. Although a mind crush with crushing darkness proc and a fast cast of lightning from lightning barrage is good for 7k in 2 globals. Played it a lot in 1.3 when bug for double cast off of lightning barrage. holla at me in game makadiki
