  1. I feel your pain, I've ragequit the last 3 times I tried to play warzone for similar reasons.

    Sniper Buff

I thought snipers actually hit pretty nicely tbh. -.-
  3. @all the omg tank expects damage , fool, blabla Wait what? Aren't the power tech and sith assassin offering competitive damage to and they're also tanks?
  4. You definitely have the right idea Xcore, I would also agree that the one aspect of other mmorpgs that has totally prevented them from competing with WoW is how smoothly the game plays. It's particularly bad on the IA operative at the moment to.
  5. Operatives have no GCD on their abilities Operatives are not kiteable Operatives gaurentee'd kill in the first knockdown
  6. Yeh I definitely agree with this, it would be even better if we used our knives for executes IMO. Well, I'm not really high level on my jugger just yet so maybe it's the same problem but so far up to 15 it's been noticeably more reactive in my opinion. Even the earlier operative abilities are delayed...
  7. lol Would be funny, maybe a tad unfair though.
  8. Thanks for the reply Azo. I agree with most of what you've responded with, personally I still want more knifey stuff though.
  9. Hello I feel as though this spec in particular really needs some looking at, I'm here to share some of my gripes and get some feedback. I would be surprised if there wasn't some information I missed out or something I've gotten wrong so try not to jump down my throat if possible. Need moar knives One of the largest things bugging me right now is that there is a clear lack of emphasis on the knife in the concealment spec. Firstly, for cosmetic purposes I keep wishing to myself that Bioware might make it so that the knife can be wielded and used as a primary weapon. Currently it's just a stat stick and only makes an appearance briefly when a knife ability is used. I mean seriously? If I'm spanking a boss with it constantly and mostly using it as my primary source of damage I want it to look bad ***! Secondly, it is clear that there are quite a lot of abilities involving the knife but regardless I still find myself having to pull out the blaster quite often even though I possess the full arsenal of knife abilities. I'm not really sure if this is working as intended and I don't know, maybe some people like using the blaster in concealment but personally I don't think it fits with the spec and it totally kills the fluidity in my opinion. If you set your mind to it, I'm sure it is possible to use only the knife but lets face it some situations call for the blaster due to the lack of mobility skills. This brings me swiftly on to my next point. Character fluidity This is really something that has killed the operative for me in PvP and caused me to seriously want to reroll juggernaut after realising how smoothly they play in comparison. The prominent issue here is that gosh darn ability delay, It's totally annoying and needs to be cured. Currently abilities hit when the animation hit, if you queue up a lascerate and a player runs behind you quickly enough you'll hear the sound effect as if the ability hit but to no avail it never activated. Two problems I can potentially see with straight up removing this ability delay: 1. If everything was so quick, you really really wouldn't see the knife very often 2. I'm pretty sure if we had no ability delay our burst would be quite OP and it's already pretty good as it is. It's a tricky one to handle, it would appear that there is many easy solutions to this problem but even the slightest tweaks could then upset our energy pools, burst, sustained damage, it could end up a big mess quite quickly. I think this calls for a complete rework. Would love some opinions on this. The secondary issue with the operative PvP is the lack of mobility, there's quite a bit of cc(more on that in a moment) but not always a lot you can do to close a gap against a good player and as people start to improve this is going to become more frustrating. It feels like a lot of the other classes really have endless amounts of jumps, pulls and charges, we do have our ways of getting close to people or keeping them still at least but I'm a bit bored of the lack of mobility and I definitely would have thought than an imperial agent would have some tricks up his sleeve somewhere. (Rocket boosts anyone?) Definitely need something to close in on cappers, huttball carriers, gates, recovering from being knocked off a bridge at hutball, runners, etc. Another thing I'm not really liking is that it seems we're pretty reliant upon this knockdown which is a tad OP against the current gear/level of players at least. It's great that I can put someone on the floor and drop them before they get up but is that really all that fun? I don't really think so. Not to mention the fact that once you've pressed it your stuck with epic resolve eliminating the possibility of using some of your other abilities. I think that this particular ability really needs some adjustment, with out it though we'd probably be one of the weaker classes right now so that's something that would need addressing. On a positive note Although not directly related to this role or spec I would like to give Bioware credit for the fact that the Imperial Agent voice actor and story fit perfectly and it's awesome! I genuinely felt like a more evil version of James Bond the whole time I was levelling, definitely the most engrossing story by far! That's all for now, may add some more later.
