I think nearly everyone agrees with you, but to find out about the content being removed on patch day is what has everyone butthurt.

And that's what will stick with people. An MMO, unlike all other types of games, forms a relationship between devs/product managers and the players. There's a certain amount of trust and responsibility that must be maintained and it fortunately/unfortunately falls squarely on the company who owns the product. The below is true for any producer/consumer relationship. Players pay in trust of an ever-satisfying flow of increasingly "better" content. Though loyalty is appreciated, Players have no personal responsibility to the company. Companies have the responsibility to provide players with the same ever-satisfying flow of increasingly "better" content. Companies must have the trust of their players to maintain the relationship.

Now I know that quite a few signs do point at this. I feel it's still only an assumption that they planned this. While a genius short-term business play, I'm not so sure we're dealing with masterminds who also have incredibly bad foresight.

I actually just got this game two weeks ago. Not level 50 yet, so the actual content isn't as much of an issue for me. What is an issue, however, is the last minute bombshell cutting of expected content. That shows lack of ability to pull the trigger on tough decisions. My opinion of this game's future has been promising, but I'm not as confident as I was yesterday about where it's going.

Nothing PvP related matters until Cho Mai is merged with any other server. There's 4 or 5 warzoneQ pops a day.
