I found everything about Thana Vesh SUPER attractive. Sadly, my friend selected to kill her, and spoiled it for me. I was really hoping for her to become a crew member that I could romance. Sadly, even the amounts of 34 on her are extremely low.

I've only been playing this game for a little less than 2 months, and my BH for only a bit over a month. I play in a big guild with their exp boost, I also get exp boosts in the group with my friend, and I also used my legacy to max out my exp for FP, Story, etc. I've also used nearly every exp boost given to me when I went through flash points. I don't kill everything, as the things I've been killing since a bit before alderaan have been giving little to no exp. I've also completed the quest lines to get HK, and I've done bounties the 2 times it's been available to me, although not many of them (8 or so total bounties). I purchased SoR last week, so I never had 12x exp. I'm living proof that it is extremely possible to hit level 57 before completing Taris.

Not a troll post, just annoyed when someone likes him hjacked the thread with comments that had nothing to do with the reason this post existed except to try and belittle someone. You are clearly continuing this argument for your own sake at this point. As I said, I do my dailies, that's the only time I do my flashpoints/GSF/PVP. I've clearly stated that multiple times. I do just what I need to to get my dailies and weeklies done. I also have done the lasty 2 bounty weeks, as that's as old as this character is. I also have my HK companion. If it's too much for you to believe that I am level 57 by following my stories and doing all the quests on each planet up to where my story currently is, that's your problem, not mine. And yeah, you didn't say I couldn't upgrade my companion, but you DID ride my case about it. And as I said before, when you are 2 manning flash points, especially over level 55, you NEED an upgraded companion. Also, I'm not complaining about the weapon. I'm posting here because I was ASKED TO because the SWTOR website had false information. I wouldn't have posted here at all if I wasn't asked to by customer support. I'd suggest you just drop whatever reason you have to come in here and try to put me down for being over level and go do your angsting elsewhere.

I called you all bigots, because it's true. I am doing my story with a friend, and we are both in a guild with over 500 people, so we do get a rather large exp bonus. We complete every quest on each planet that coincides with our story, including the bonus missions. I also have used my legacy level and purchased bonus exp for flash points, class stories, and starfighter, and I've used most of those EXP boosters the game gives me. It is obviously very possible for someone to reach level 57 and just finish Taris while following your story. Just because you tend to skip around, play by yourself, or not in a big guild doesn't mean I do. Also, why are you even telling me how to play my character? If I want to gear my companion to match me, that's MY prerogative. Also, don't assume that just because I am level 57 in a level 40 zone that I don't need a fully geared companion, because you are obviously ignoring the rest of the game such as flashpoints. Me and my friend tend to 2 man most of them. Also, on a side note, I tend to avoid PVP, and only play it to the bare minimum that I can to complete my dailies and weeklies. I'm sorry you are mis-informed of the way others level in this game, but don't go at me just because you dislike the way I play, or can't accept the fact that others play differently than you expect. That's what makes you a bigot.

Wow, guys. You are all finding reasons to make this my fault. I have been following my story, and I haven't done any side tracking at all except to run my dailies and weeklies. This went from a posting that customer support told me to post here because the official site was wrong, and you all are making it how it was my fault because I didn't check 3rd party sites over the official source, then you're getting on me because I'm over leveled so the gearing issue is also on me. Seriously, the whole reason I researched the guy WAS because I was over leveled. I know I am, it's blatantly obvious. I was also over leveled for Galt, but I had no problem prepping him to get him ready for my level once he became available. You all are being rude bigots about this whole situation, and most of you derailed this completely from the original purpose. Nothing ANY of you said has anything to do with the fact that the official site has incorrect information on it.

Well, going from market research, in 2013 SWTOR was the 4th highest revenue MMO. It was only beat by WOW, Liniage, and TERA. The newer pools that should be coming out in the next few months I would suspect that they would overcome TERA since they had no expansions or any big pushes to get new players, but SWTOR had the Revan expansion. No other "big" MMOs have come out that really had a good release. The only one I can think of on the top of my head was Archeage, and that was a flaming flop within 3-4 months of release.

Because, I'm still somewhat new to the game (2 months at most), and I didn't HAVE him yet. I did my research before I received him as a companion, as most normal people would. You can't look up this information in game before you get the companion, and considering I was level 56 at the time I was going to get him, I wanted to prepare the mods and equipment for him so I can use him right away. Any sane person would think "I better research this from the official source" and not "I better wing it and waste time when I get him". Also, your second paragraph is kind of, well, dumb. You're saying you shouldn't trust 1st party information, and rely on 3rd party information. No one would rely on 3rd party over 1st party straight from the source.

It states 'Electrostaff', but that is completely wrong. This wrong information cost me quite a bit of credits I can't seem to get back. The correct information should state "Techblade and Techstaff" as the Primary Weapons he can use.

Not sure why my ticket was thanked as a suggestion, then directed me here. Torian Cadera is a Bounty Hunter companion. On the SWTOR official site, it states that the primary weapon he uses is a Electrostaff. ( http://www.swtor.com/holonet/companions/torian-cadera If you care to check it out). Using this information, I purchased a rather expensive Electrostaff off of the GTN. My issue is that Torian doesn't use an Electrostaff at all, he doesn't have the ability to even equip it. I come to find out that the ONLY things he can equip as a primary is a Techblade or a Techstaff. I sent in a ticket about this, and it seems I keep getting copy/paste responses on it. Fine, whatever, but you all should really correct your site information. This little false information of yours cost me quite a bit of credits that I will never seem to get back, mainly because it seems no one wants to buy electrostaves. This wasn't feedback, this was "Fix your site because it lies", thus the original ticket.

Well, I'm level 54, but only at the beginning of Chapter 2 on Taris currently. At what point should I even consider getting the Shadow of Revan expansion. What I mean by that is, when will I be able to partake in the SoR additions (minus the level cap)?

This is a useless comment. I've handled 16 players on my screen fighting at the same time fine, and maintained a FPS of around 60. I think the client is just optimized better for different setups. I also don't run my game off of my SSD. I run it of a WD Black 1TB I use for all my mid range games. I don't see a reason why this game needs to be put on a SSD except for slightly faster loading of areas. Performance wise it doesn't really do anything for you.

Well, I've been playing for a bit over a month. I've managed to get my biochem to nearly 400, but need to start making money to support any more leveling. What types of things sell the best that a Biochem makes? I just need some way to support my craft leveling at this point.

It's impossible to scam someone using the GTN. Please stop calling it a scam.
