  1. I was talking with the developers and they did say that there will be larger warzones eventually. My bet is that the next warzone (aside from Novare Coast) will be in 1.4, which hopefully will be 12v12 or even 16v16
  2. The day that was streamed was the important day. Don't worry. The first night, everyone met up and greeted each other, then we were taken to the Alamo Drafthouse to see Episode I in 3D and then we went back to our hotels. I believe it would have been illegal to stream that. Day 2 is what was on the livestream, and don't worry, no "secrets" were told. Day 3 was a couple of panels that were about marketing the game and spitballing on how we as players (and guild leaders) can try to get people into the game and into our community. Then we talked a bit about some things that we would "like" to see put in the game but aren't really that important, like say Day/Night or something. Then there was a very brief playtest of the new flashpoint that I sat out of because I am a PvPer and don't really care about flashpoints. After the playtest, Bioware asked people what they liked or didn't like about it (from what I saw, it looked fantastic) and then there was a closing ceremony. See? You didn't miss much! Don't worry. Although, it was awesome to see other faces of the members of the community. A lot of great people play this game. It was great to meet you all.
  3. My computer is nowhere near top of the line, it is a midgrade computer with a video card that is a couple generations behind and still DDR2 RAM (just showing that it's 'old'). I run this game fine, I run it fine while using FRAPS in warzones, I run at low settings when recording, but without FRAPS I can run the game at mid to high settings without any actual issues with framerate. Now I am not getting 60fps, it is more like ~25 average, THIS IS FINE. I'm not some loaded person either. I am a college student who works an average job and has an average income. I saved up and bought a computer a while ago and am currently saving to get a new one. You don't need to save that much to get a computer. Not even 1,000$ (including monitor) can get you a decent rig. Don't blame Bioware. Give your computer some love.
  4. Ranked and normal queues are going to be separate. And cross-server PvP is going to happen. Long queues will happen even with cross-server PvP, at least at the higher ranks; unless you plan on being at a lower rating?
  5. 1.2 is going to have rated warzones, vote kick options and other things to help improve PvP further. No other MMO was perfect at their patch 1.1.5, some other MMOs didn't even have PvP systems until later on. WoW didn't show any efforts towards PvP until 1.4, which was pretty damn long to wait. We are lucky to have what we have and to have a team recognizing our wants/needs and working on them. Bioware isn't God. They need time to work on these systems. Don't take everything for granted and please look at it with open eyes. It is not Bioware's fault for players on your server leaving/AFKing/griefing, it is those players' faults. No matter what MMO you play, you will find these people. People suck. Flame suit on. EDIT: Also, Bioware is adding more ways to get more medals, such as helping with objectives, scoring in huttball, and similar things. Just something nice in the future, not really too relevant to this :3
  6. I was at the guild summit and just wanted to say that it was a great experience. Bioware in no means had to do any of the stuff that they did in addition to the summit. Thank you for this and if/when there is another, I'd love to go again I would like to see a recording of the summit though.
  7. Hey guys, I'm curious what the "best" server is for RPing. Thoughts?
