I'm with Hayete on this one. Is easier to be ranged than melee in the current tier of content since they are parsing higher or equal to melee and are less punished by some mechanics. However sentinel is still viable, but it probably requires a higher skill cap than other classes.

The second disptach doesn't proc always on time because the third GCD after the second PS window is on the edge of the HoJ ICD, if is doesn't proc then just strike once and delay the rotation by one GCD, all other dispatches should proc consistently on the second GCD after the BR+CB window.

the one I stated does work with alacrity (I have one enhancement and 2 augments). Remember that alacrity affects the ICD of HoJ

After the opener you exit your second PS window with 20 centering and continue on with the following: BR>Dispatch>BR>Zen>TST>BR>ZS>PS>MS>CB>Strike>BR>BR>ZS>PS>BR>CB......... This rotation is focus and centering neutral and you should be able to Zen like clockwork every time. There is only one BR under Zen placed one GCD before the MS+CB window to for the extra chance of ataru procs.

yes I did forget Master Strike between Force exhaustion and concentrated slice. My comments are more of a purely dummy parse, I don't use concentration for raiding since I run combat in all fights.

My regular rotation is Zealous Leap Focused Burst Force Exhaustion Concentrated Slice Zealous Strike Focused Burst Blade Storm Slash Concentrated Slice Slash-Zen Zealous Leap With one alacrity enhancement you can get CS in the heightened power window by clipping MS at 2.7sec

3.5K is entremely low, atm concentration is parsing 4.2K-4.4K however this is still much lower of the 4.8K-5K some ranged are getting
