  1. This is the build that im going to run now, used to play the 31/0/10 but for me that doesn't do much for the team in rated. Yes the wither spec might have more dps coz you can spam FL but this spec has more utility. DF is a really good skill to have to interrupt node caps etc if you don't have a stun, pull or sprint available and at killing multiple low hp targets. Instant whirlwind is so good. Any good player will recognize whirlwind being cast and interrupt it or los if your solo defending something. It also gives the sin/shadow more instant stuns. Sap, stun, spike, ww are enough for you to cap/plant and even stall opponents for teammates to turn up and help you. Also going back to the dps. Both specs are similar in terms of dps produced. I feel the sins/shadows roles in rated (tanks) are not ment to dps but annoy opponents, you have mara, pt, snipers to dps.
  2. So I am going to collect the WH tank set with the extra comms that I have. But what augs should I put on it?
  3. If they make it truly uninteruptable then I can see warriors saying make our ravage the same. Use force shroud or use it when the opponent has his interrupt on cd, hell if you use it with recklessness stand at the full 30m.
  4. Ok so the 'nerfs' are live, anyone noticed a change to their survivability in PvE or PvP? From a PvP point, I have noticed 0 survivability issues. It still takes effort to kill a tankasin. Actually if I'm going to be honest I have noticed I die slightly faster but the difference isn't huge and has not caused me to respec or change my gear around. Healing wasn't something I relied upon pre 1.2 and so doesn't make a difference after 1.3. Also because I run 21 points in Darkness I don't have HD and so the HD healing doesn't impact me. When I read the notes I was convinced these changes where due to PvP reasons rather than PvE. And for me nothing has changed. Hybrid tanks are still viable. What do you guys think? Noticed any difference in your PvP or PvE performance.
  5. Double bladed and single, no dual wield. If you want to dual wield role a sentinel or marauder.
  6. How hard is it to get a 8 man pug ops and farm ranked comms. You don't need a guild to do rwz and you don't need rating to get the gear. Screw if you lose every time, getting rwz comms is better than getting wz comms and trading them.

    Dual Spec

    Your introducing field respec in 1.3 so how about letting us dual spec and switch between the two.
  8. I play one of these dps tanks (sin) and the reason I do is because deception and madness are not viable in pvp. Doesn't mean those specs suck (madness is fun). Dps tanks have pull, guard, kd out of stealth, survivability and decent damage. Before 1.2 I guarded my healers 24/7, after 1.2 and the messed up time to kill I only guard guild healers coz pugs are busy healing themselves. Why guard a healer if they wont heal me? Will be interesting to see what will happen once 1.3 is out and the sin tank stance gets nerfed.
