Hmmm Ive made a tank and two healing toons, so I've finally decided to try out the DPS side of things. A friend told me marauders were really nice, so I decided to make one. I'm level 28 now, and while I've heard that Annil is great for lvl 50 raids and such, im trying to decide between rage and Carnage for leveling. So far I've been all carnage, and its been nice, but im just curious about what makes rage such a good choice. Heck, someone told me rage was nerfed o_O. So I guess the question is, is Rage a much, much superior choice over Carnage for leveling up. Thanks in advance

I hate to piss in everyones cheerios, but despite all the forum complaints(mostly legit) that they did this because it worked. I can guarantee you that for every person sitting here and cursing EA, theres likely 10-20 people swiping those credit cards right now. Its the nature of the beast, especially a beast raised by EA, they know it will work despite forum backlash, I know it will work despite backlash, and in the end if they're doing this than the game is likely making profit to the point that they no longer need care to heavily about the moves they make.

Any word if the 2 hour crash bug caused by the memory leaks or whatever will be fixed? Thats all I caree about as new content don't mean jack if you cant play the game

Ill be blunt, I like Old republic, flaws and all its a fun game. The story is great, combat, while still hotkeybased feels more alive than others of its mold, and star wars always has a nice backlog of lore etc for me to sift through. I can put up with a lot of annoyances, heck ive been dealing with MMO's since Dark age of camelot , so ive seen damn near all the bugs/glitches etc that this genre can throw at you. I want to keep playing, but I can't because of the Crashing, the endless crashing. By now most know its an issue mainly effecting 32 operating systems( 32 bit vista here). Its an effective memory leak that makes the game crash in 1-2 hours depending on what your doing. Warzones/Op's speed that time up drastically. Now what miffs me is that this wasn't the issue months ago, I quit around 1.2 or 1.3 but I could run the game on High with no issues, save for initially getting into Imperial fleet, So i know it isnt that my computer is effectively crap. All im asking is a response, SOMETHING other than Stock " update your driver" answers to respond to this rather annoying problem. I, and despite a forums rather usual torrent of whines, can live with Graphical bugs, a mission bug here and there and other issues. But the one thing NO gamer will usually tolerate from thier game, especially one demanding monthly payments is being unable to play it. I really don't think anyone should have to tell the nicely paid developers that this needs to be fixed, as if players can't play, they wont pay. Im not trying to make it seem like a threat, but at least to me, I can put up with most any other problem, but when I can't play my game than thats the simple end of it, as im sure is the same with other gamers. Thanks for reading, though I sadly doubt i'll get a real response given theres a 30 page thread on it, and all I've seen are useless stock answers that don't actually help.

I played dureing the release, but stopped after a month or two, decided to come back and I have about 100k credits after getting some legacy stuff. For an early char, What is a nice easy way to earn cash? A friend said Artificing for armor mods is a decent way to start, that true? Thanks in advance

Im sort of torn, and I was curious mainly because I wanted to be as efficient as possible for 2 man heroics etc. Im lvl 34, I got khem val and Andronikus. Khem val is certainly a cute tank, he eats jedi so thats a bonus but Im already aware he gets replaced by Xalek I believe. Andronikus is naturally not a tank, and squishier but he does help me down mobs far quicker than Old Val ever could. So is it worth it as a Madness/lightning dps sorc to stick with Val until Xalek or just stick with Steve bl...I mean Andronikus? Thanks in advance.

not to sound rude, but unless you got to enjoy splicing pre nerf, or exploited something....you'll REALLLY get clingy with your credits when skills start costing 30k to level up. Also you use credits all the time in sending your crew to go do things for crafting

Your opinion is totally fact, how DARE bioware add content and fix bugs, the thing that people have been bringing up for over a week. They should only cater to the WoW kiddies and the fact that they dont wanna be forced to type! Just click a que and take a nap in town amiright?
