  1. Darth Vader turned back to the light tho...
  2. Isn't a Sith a Dark Side user who believes in the Religion of the Sith. Meaning they follow the teachings and holocrons of the Sith, follow the rule of two and vow to destory the Jedi. Where as a Dark Jedi is just a Dark Side user who wields the force for his/her personal gain and isnt really interested in following the Sith Religion or work to destroy the Jedi order.
  3. Well it was imprinted in there DNA to follow orders to the letter. Which is why Cody is all cool with Obi Wan and after getting the orders blasts him. I think it is stated somewhere that some clones felt bad about turning on there Jedi Generals but had no choice because of the way there DNA was wired.
  4. According to WOOKIEEPEDIA. This is the exact text of the order referenced in "Contingency Orders for the Grand Army of the Republic: Order Initiation, Orders 1 through 150, GAR Document CO(CL) 56-95" "Order 66: In the event of Jedi officers acting against the interests of the Republic, and after receiving specific orders verified as coming directly from the Supreme Commander (Chancellor), GAR commanders will remove those officers by lethal force, and command of the GAR will revert to the Supreme Commander (Chancellor) until a new command structure is established." Does anybody know if there is a Lore or Canon reason why the Jedi or Anti Palpatine Senitors missed this? It would be like a western government putting something to the effect of... "If leader X feels that the judicial system is acting against the intersts of the Government. Then leader X can remove the leadership of the judical system with lethal force." I guess the Jedi's just let this one slip past? I mean they didnt trust Palpatine at this point so one would think they would be watching what he was passing into law.
  5. Gotta get help the old school way. Page a Game Master! I am sure they will help you.
  6. I consider myself a casual player, I am not level 50. This is my review so far. - I feel very much like I am in the Star Wars Universe... Sounds, Looks and feels right to me. - Voice acting is good, Music is good, Zones I have visited look great visually. The Map does a good job of telling me where to go. I find using quest items to be clunky at times but not game breaking. - PVE combat is great. I do find it difficult sometimes to see debuffs or buffs on me, they are kinda small on the UI. Some quests are a bit more tricky then WoW beginning quests but nothing unbeatable, and I like the change of pace. -I see people complaining about empty servers but the Republic Jedi starting zones seem very active. I dont feel alone. - Player combat animations are awesome. Only complaint is I dont understand why my Jedi is holding her lightsabre (when running or standing) like a two handed claymore that weighs 100pounds. - The story based quests are awesome. Really feels like I am playing a Star Wars Movie. However I think they did that at the expense of the "sandbox" feel of other MMO games. I was kind of hoping to eventually buy or rent a ship and cruise the galaxy and create my own story. I am very conflicted about this as I am enjoying Biowares story but I feel I have no choice but to follow the story and have it control my destiny. - The game does leave me wanting more. I can't wait to explore it and I feel like I have just scratched the surface. I rank the first 20 Levels = 9/10
  7. I am working as well.. WOOO! Merry Christmas.
  8. I am sure it will get easy as more people reach higher level. In time I am sure the LFG system will be tweaked as well.
  9. I like the game. I find the Republic Jedi story to be interesting thus far. Can't wait to try Imperial.
  10. Us Jedi/Sith Warriors just gotta try harder. Ok we are not the best... But I am sure things will get tweaked.
  11. Speaking as someone who doesnt follow the Expanded Universe and gets 99% of my Star Wars Knowledge from the films. I am glad it doesnt look that different. I like the feel of the films... Blasters, Lightsabers, Jedi, Wookies ect. Cant be beat.
  12. Hence why I said PVP shouldnt be ignored. PVE is still far and away more popular... Remove PVP and some will quit. Remove PVE and more will quit and game will shut down.
  13. Agreed that PvE is more popular to most players. Look at the amount of effort that TOR and WoW put into PVE content compared to PVP. PVE content will always be more popular and the DEV effort for both games is probably like 95% PVE effort to 5% PVP. Dont get me wrong though. A healthy PVP environment is good for any game and shouldnt be ignored.
  14. I am not bum hurt and I have never been ganked... My post is directed at people who are complaining they can't easily go back into the world and gank lowbies and my belief that this would be a bad way to cultivate a new player base when you are fighting a jugernaught like WoW. PvP servers will be fine when more people are level 50 and fighting in quest hubs or farming rich areas. The fact that it is more difficult to go back to lower area's and grief lowbies is a good thing and will help this game progress. Don't frustrate your lowbies.. they are the future player base of your game!
  15. Republic is probably outnumbered 10-1 on my server. Ok.. Maybe like 4-1.
