Nobody needs voice tutorials for the raid encounters in swtor.Save yourself the trouble imo.

The replay value is bad.Unless you like the linear stories.Inwich you could lvl up as many toons as you like to go through the stories.Or you could just skip all of the gameplay/lvling and go read a sw book. @vlax eq2 has great crafting.You have to use skills while crafting.certain skills at certain times or you'll likely break an item if you screw up.Difficulty ofcourse depends on the lvl of item you're making.There's actually crafters gear to enhance your crafting abilities.You can make a buttload of items too..thousands of items infact.Items for your player house or guild hall (furnishings etc) , potions, mounts, adorns,gear, trophies of defeated raid encounters.. the list is semingly endless.I could go on for hours.Lot of replay value in all of that itself.

No.I don't like it because it is still in alpha phase.Mabey when it reaches beta phase i'll reconsider re-subbing to see how things are.

Yes.You can thank instanced pvp.Why go out in the open world of an mmo to pvp when you can just sit on fleet and do instanced pvp?A dead open world = fail MMO. Silly goose.

swtors main target audience are monkeys.Monkeys are very good at mashing buttons.Monkeys are probably the most skilled at swtor though, they can faceroll and mash buttons faster than any human.

I did at the start.Came over from eq1.It didn't take long to realize what a terrible mmo it was.Kind of like star wars the old republic.

Seen all of the content on all difficulty modes within a ~month of sub starting date.This game sure wasn't what it was hyped up to be.But since I like starwars and since iam very fond of the BG series (on pc only) I figured i'd give it a try.Seeing as how I 'm a huge BG fan I figured this would be the best game ever made.Boy was I wrong. Mabey BW needs to get back with Black Isle Studios so they can produce quality mmo/rpgs again.This game wasn't even remotely polished at release.Not even close.I refuse to pay for BW to play an Alpha staged product.It is getting really close to the Beta stage though.Grats. Here's a list of things that could help fix this game.If not that, just use this list the next time you make and release an mmo-rpg. *Where are the crazy good player models and textures at?You know, the ones that you advertised this game with?The current textures look like dog puke.Make sure next time you release an mmo-rpg that you include the right textures.It kind of upsets people when in the videos and screen shots (supposedly actual gameplay not cenematics) you can see the smallest details on player models, then when you get ingame...well.. Sorry to hear about your arm =/. The first thing I would do (if you havent already. iam unclear if you were/are a clicker or not) is make sure to get a mouse with tons of buttons on it so you can setup easy acces keybinds to the mouse buttons. Razor molten naga is a decent 'budget' gamers mouse.It has 17 buttons + wheel.You can virtually play the entire game via mouse.there are some other types that give a but load more buttons, but at a prety steap price (for a mouse) Then you could play any class you please with ease and also could pvp without any loss =D my rl friend uses the molten naga mouse and he only uses his right arm / hand the entire time.He's pro too!he brags about only playing with one hand and out healing most others!

exactly. even in eq2 the open world avatars (highly scripted raid mobs) had days-week(s) respawn timer.nowadays everyone is spoiled.thanks WoW...

Instanced pvp is bad.That said, getting 10+ medals is ludicrously easy.Take out instanced pvp.Lets have dynamic open world pvp throughout the galaxy. that is all.

You're right.Look what WoW did to the MMO market... If it means anything Maligzar, the DoV xpac for eq2 is nearing a year old and there is still hardmode content that no guilds have cleared.SOE will wait for a full clear and then some before releasing its new content based xpac.Mabey hop over and give eq2 a try.It may be hard to believe but there is still a very good looking (looks leaps and bounds better than WoW or swtor) , challenging, large player base MMO to play... no global reuse / cools.. just alot of uniqe abilities (tons more than swtor & wow put together) and alot of challenging content... and i do mean challenging. EQ2 > all 'newer' (wow,rift,swtor,AoC,WH) released mmos in terms of challenging content and graphics. (ok mabey not Rift graphically, but really close). note: If you haven't given eq2 a try or haven't lvl'd to endgame and experienced a large majority of content avalible in the dynamic, robust, immersive MMO known as eq2 your flames will be disregaurded!! I don't care if you played WoW since vanilla, when wow was 'hard'.. it was never 'hard'!! 26 classes, 25 races, vast, immersive, challenging, good looking content is FTW. Not to mention the great highly customizable/scaleable UI and the ability to do a large 1.5-2day quest chain to betray over to the 'other side' or the option to be on neither 'good' or 'bad' side..but be in the middle faction known as exiles (even though exile technically isnt a faction). EQ2 ftw.that is all.
