I just ran through a Flashpoint in HM. It took us a good few hours to complete with Bio breaks and couple of wipes! Rewards were great...for some of us! (meaning next time my class columi gear will drop and I want it! ) Point is we had fun running through it and they're a challenge!

While you may be right about the legalese, I very much doubt that this whole thing has anything to do with Bioware really. Probably some PR/marketing decision made a long time ago by corporate people that has no grasp of SWTOR whatsoever! It's certainly not good timing to throw this at the community the way they did!
