This is exactly what I meant. PTs and Ops have auto shoot (among others), maras have dual saber throw and charge, juggs have saber throw and charge. Sins now just have force lighting with recklessness, which is a very long cooldown.
Giving creeping terror a very small initial damage might work for hatred, but deception and darkness are SoL in that case, and it being spam able might be unfair anyways.
I dunno, it's just frustrating as a sin running to a node and not being able to stop a cap, when every other class can.
Perhaps giving mind control taunt a very small damage would work.
