I've tried everything listed here and still get stuck on load screen. I can play F2P on a different account and have no issues on the same computer. I hope they get this fixed soon. You have toons that you have leveled and geared along with whatever you have in your storage hold you have picked up since playing the game, like gear, mounts and and stuff you can't find anymore. Very frustrating at this point.

Isn't it strange how you can login in with the same computer by creating a new account and play the game but when you are a sub you get the load screen that freezes and you can't login. I'm not willing to give up the gear i have collected and saved over 10 years of playing. They need to get this fixed ASAP

I am having the same issue. It freezes on the Chains in the Dark load screen. I have re-installed the game a couple of time and still get stuck on the splash page/load screen. i created a f2p account and can login and play with no problems. I have been a subscriber since the game launched, I have been able to play the game with my same computer until the updates on Tuesday and now get stuck on the load screen. Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.4GHz Meet all system requirements.

It's definitely an account issue. I have been able to play with prior updates with no problem. I logged in with my same computer after creating a new account with no problems, I was playing until Monday night, the update gets released and now am getting stuck on the frozen load screen.

I am having the same issue now and can't get past the loadscreen for chains in the dark

After i login, the launcher gets stuck and will not finishing loading.

I did check those steps and the servers are still not showing for some reason

After completing the update, the servers aren't showing after logging in? How can this be fixed?

I cannot beat this guy..have summoned Kira and he keeps killing me. I tried in a group and he gets down to 1 bar after 1st cutscene and he won't die...how do you beat him?
