  1. Seriously, the Black and Black one (basically the one everyone wants) is incredibly expensive. I don't see it in cartel market (is it?) but if it's there I bet is insanely expensive too. I don't mind paying what? 2000 CC? Okay, but add it to my collections so I can have it on my other characters too.
  2. I'm sorry but...open world pvp must be rebuilt and revamped. I'm not tired of asking the same things over and over: Defect (change to the other faction ie: Republic Agent, Imperial Trooper, Sith turning to Jedi and vice versa). You can add this possibility at some point at the end of the class quests so you don't have to create a complete set of storyline quests for all classes in the opposite faction (although this would be AWESOME even if you only add one big "Defection" storyline quest). Planetary Access Ability to visit all planets in both factions (Coruscant, Korriban, Tython, Hutta, Dromund Kaas, Ord Mantell) and I'm NOT talking about the upcoming PVP Operations. Open World PVP Improvements Add rewards for Open World PVP, including dailies, armor pieces and weapons and so on. A commendations system should be instated. Additionally, enable open world pvp in Korriban, Taris, Ord Mantell, Coruscant, Tython, Dromund Kaas, Balmorra and Hutta. Open World PVP Ganking Penalty This has been added to other games with incursions in enemy territory like Aion. You get penalized for killing enemies under a certain level. Temporary restrictions and penalties may apply if rendered necessary. I'll leave this to the devs imagination. Droid and Jawa races I don't need to explain this as it's self-explanatory. Playing as a droid would be awesome. And no, the Series Cybernetic armors are not it. I mean playing entirely as a droid, equipping parts and having droid abilities. Companion Influence, Companions restricted by alignment In KOTOR 2: The Sith Lords you could turn a companion to the dark side or the light side depending on their initial alignment. As you might already know, this is a very nice feature becasue it would allow players to have padawans/apprentices or even teach the ways of the force to companions that originally were not aware they were force-sensitive. About the alignment restrictions, as in previous KOTOR games, you should be able to get companions depending on your current alignment. Some companions would only join you if you are Light side and some other companions would only be your allies if you are dark side aligned. For example, in Taris as a Sith you would get Thana Vesh if you are dark side aligned, or get Ashara Zavros in case of being Light Side. Bring back the old planets Lots of us are still waiting for Manaan, Dantooine, Telos, Malachor V, Onderon and Kashyyyk. Adding a whole planet is highly expensive from the production view, so choose one or 2 of them and throw them at some point of the development roadmap. Graphics Engine: it's too outdated When I play Star Wars: The Force Unleashed I just can't help but to think: damn SWTOR with this graphics engine would just be amazing! Then I'm back to reality and see... this engine. No, it's not what an Old Republic game deserves. Again, this graphics engine revamp would be quite expensive but othe games like EVE Online have done something similar and they were impressive and are doing pretty good! Galactic Star...what? The Galactic Starfighter should be better implemented. We have this ship we equip with tons of modules just to travel from one planet to another and do space battles and then... what? You just go ahead and add an expansion with companions we can't use outside of it and ships that are not the ships we are used to see but also can not be used outside space battles (note: Galactic Starfighter Companions should be available to normal gameplay and not only Galactic Starfighter). Find a way to merge our ship, the old space battles and Galactic Starfighter into one, then merge it with the game in a better way. Right now Galactic Starfighter is like a minigame put apart from the main game. Open World Conquerable Outposts or even Planets This would be a nice feature to add to an hipothetically improved open world pvp. Conquerable Outposts would add a new plethora of options for Open World PVPing as Guilds and Factions would fight over the outposts to conquer them and used them as stagging points to further advance their conquest of territories. This could be enabled in planets like Tatooine and many other existing planets already. It's not costly and would bring an entire breeze of fresh air to the game. Think about it devs! Regarding conquerable planets, making and incursion in an enemy controlled planet would be plainly amazing. Companion Control With some limitations, I'd love to have the possibility to directly control my companion as I did in the KOTOR series, even if it's limited to instanced areas only. Please note that these are my wishes for the game. Many of you will probably disagree with some or most of them, some other may agree with only a few of even with most of the points explained here. Thanks for reading me anyways and excuse my english. I try my best!
  3. I'd love it if you weren't using so many abbreviations. I've been playing this game since nov 2012 and there are some abbreviations even I don't understand. Nerds.
  4. Yes, probably suggested a gazillion times, but had to say it anyways. Please, I need a filter in Warzone Matchmaking so I can avoid Huttball for ever. I don't want to do that WZ never again!.
  5. I honestly expected something better. But more than that, I expected something more revolutionary like the ability to defect to the other faction (Imperial Commando, Republic Agent) new classes (especially a Droid class) or the Jawa, Kaleesh or Abyssin as playable races. Also, please note that many people asked Thana Vesh to be a playable companion too. Hear the community. They have many great ideas for the game. And most important of all: IMPROVE OPEN WORLD PVP. It is awesome, and I really, really think it could become the best feature of the game. You just have to improve it and promote it. Add rewards, skills and ranks, conquerable outposts and fortresses and the like. Once again I feel like I am not going to be heard by devs. But oh well...
  6. This. And Empire is full of kids that choose this faction because of the "cool looks". I am an Empire player too and have learnt to deal with it. Full of kids means stupidity without boundaries, especially in warzones where teamwork is key to victory.
  7. Probably someone else has told you already, but this is not "WoW", therefore you can save the term "proc" for yourself. Special Effects notifications are currently represented (and well represented I might say) with special graphics effects on your character. When the effects triggers, a special effects is displayed around your character, which may vary depending on such effect. For example "Rampage" (Juggernaut) is represented with a black aura, while "Wrath" (Sorcerer) is a blue glow. This is better, because you can focus even more on what's happenning around your character and not having to take a look at any notifications or bars. Your rant/idea is useless.
  8. Agreed on Tatooine as not only the most fun planet, but it also catches the Star Wars Univers atmosphere like any other planet in the game. To me, only Dromund Kaas gets as close. Also, Tatooine is the best planet for PVP, especially featuring the No-Man's Sands area (but open world pvp throughout all the map is the best imho).
  9. The user "ofjectofhatred" opened a thread exposing his views on the game and what should be changed/added. I posted this originally as a response in that thread, but I finally decided to create a thread out of it so we can specifically discuss my points. Regardless of your opinions and views on my points, thank you for posting. Now, here are my points. Some of them are quite self-explanatory. 1. Defect. People should be able at some point to switch to the opossing faction (Imperial Commando, Republic Operative, and Jedis turn into Sith and Sith turning to light side). 2. Light/Dark choices should affect companions, companions should have Dark/Light stat just like in KOTOR 2. Players should be able to turn companions to either light side or dark side, although it is fine that some companions can't be turned, again, just like in KOTOR 2. Companion quests and comments in conversations should change depending on ther current alignment. Jaesa Wilsaam is a nice example of this. 3. More class-exclusive armors. Some armors currently available to all classes (Adaptive Armor) should be available to certain classes only. 4. More race specific content (race specific quests) and comments from NPC's in conversations that depend on the player race. And while you're recording the voices, add more comments about active companions. 5. More planets, especially bringing back Manaan, Dantooine and Kashyyyk. These planets should not be end-game planets in all cases, they should be implemented as optional planets levels 10-55 (ie. at level 23-24 you can either go to Tatooine or Kashyyyk). And while you're at it, give the player the possibility to get a different companions depending of his/her planet of choice. This would give the game A LOT of replayability. 6. Fix bugs, after 2 years there are still lots of them. 7. Fix even more bugs. Yes, I mean, the amount of bugs is impressive for a 2-year-old game. 8. Starmap. And you, Bioware, should know how to make a good star map after the one seen in the Mass Effect series. 9. More, much more graphics engine optimization and improvement <---- please this is a NECESSITY 10. Some animations are dramatically bad. 11. More character customization options (character creation, appearance vendor) such as lots of more faces, hairs or maybe being able to customiza your face with more detail. Some really Elder faces are not available and I see some of them during the game. Make those faces available. Or even better, add a character age slider in customization screen. 12. OPEN WORLD PVP CONTENT AND REWARDS. 13. Alignment companions. Some companions should join you depending on your alignment. For example, you wouldn't get Xalek if you're not Dark Side Tier IV or V, but make another companion that you get instead. For erxample again, if you reach level 46-50 and you are light side, you get a different companion instead of Xalek, thus making impossible to get Xalek later. 14. Thana Vesh.
  10. 1. No. 2. No. 3. I agree, but please elaborate. I have over 20 years MMO experience (yes, more than you), and I wouldn't be writing such a post without, at least, elaborating every point of it. 4. LOL no. 5. No, the current system is just fine. I agree that some armors should be available ONLY to certain classes, such as the Eradicator set (clearly a Sith outfit). Seeing Jedis in that armor just don't fit the lore of the game. 7. Maybe. Some say that there is no need for that, but then there was no need for Cathar race and people demanded it and finally was put into the game. I think aesthetics and character customization are very important in an MMO. 8. No. 9. No need for that.
  11. I've seen even Jedis and Sith use firearms in the Star Wars sagas and in KOTOR I and TSL. Most classes can use different classes of weapons (one or two). For example, Assassins and Shadows can use Lightsabers, Double-Bladed Lightsabers and Electrostaves.
  12. The Empire side is natively Dark Side. You will find in most situations that either you choose a dark side option or a no-alignment gain option. Just like it happens with the Republic. If you intend to play the Empire, also have in mind that in group choices most people will expect you to choose the dark side options and someone may get pissed because of your lightside choices. If you do not like dark side I suggest you to remain at Repubic. Maybe Bioware will add the changing sides option. Would be awesome being a "Republic Operative" or "Imperial Commando".
  13. If you finish a Warzone while being in cloak (Sith Assassin) all of your ship characters will appear with the cloak effect (and cloaked). I do not know if you have to enter the Warzone while being in your ship, but it is certain that this bug exists.
  14. Agents, Operatives and Snipers always appear with a blaster pistol in cinematics and conversations. Why not make them able to use blaster pistol to make them more lore-friendly?
  15. Been farming this robe for countless hours and no drops. Not even 1 piece of the set. Killing the champion, the Taskmaster and the Veteran. No drops at all. Been farming it on Taris and no drop either. I heard the champions in the quest "Last Tarisian Pirate" gives the robe as well. My conclusion is that you have to be lvl36-40 for this to drop. If you're 50ish you won't get anything at all.
  16. You have my full support in this. I woud like to have Zash (with her original body) as Companion though.
  17. Speak for yourself. "WE" is a very wide term in this matter I think. I personally like those spikes, although I like Thana Vesh's clothes too. Ahhh. would love to have Thana as companion.
  18. Yes, i have one: Peace is a lie, there is only passion. Through passion, I gain strength. Through strength, I gain power. Through power, I gain victory. Through victory, my chains are broken. The Force shall free me.
  19. Total support on this. At least give the option of letting the lightsaber on the waist while using abilities and only draw it when actually using lightsaber skills.
  20. This game needs ASAP: · Droid, Jawa, Cathar and Togruta race · Completely different and better graphics engine · Jedis to be able to turn dark side, Sith to be able to turn light side (switching to the other faction) at least once per character · More KOTOR Stuff (Kashyyyk, Manaan, Dantooine, Malachor V, companions light/dark meters and ability to lure them to either side) · Endor · Better open world PVP with interesting rewards system · More classes · Space PVP · Fixing many bugs · Higher level limit (beyond 55) · Prestige classes (IE: at level 50 or 60) · Sith should be able to visit Ord Mantell, Tython and Coruscant. Jedis should be able to visit Dromund Kaas, Hutta and Korriban. · Quicker ways to travel between planets
  21. Open World PVP is, in my opinion, one of the best things this game could offer as endgame content. I've been craving for an OpenPVP rewards system since the launch of the game, along with many other things. But this has been indeed one of the things I desired the most. You have my inconditional support. (ya mejorarás ese inglés, suerte)
  22. Resolve system is useless. Right now you fight 90% of the time stunned, and the other 10% left you do it movement-impaired. PvP is broken in this game.
